holding up all the fingers he had on both hands. Signalling 8-10.
The goblins nod, as they rush forward towards the Paladin, scimitars at the ready as they howl a battlecry. G2 charges forward, slashing at the man in a right-down angled slash: Attack: 19 Damage: 8
G1 following suit, though he attempts to pierce straight through the paladins gut instead. If successful, he would leave the scimitar inside. Attack: 16 Damage: 4
12 - 3
Both attacks landing, the slash landing even more solidly, the slash causing Anders to bleed, and each tuen, Anders will take (1d4 -2) bleeding damage unless healed.. The stab though not quite as powerful, bounces off Anders armor.
Ryner, seeing the goblins attack first, and immediately charges G2, attempting to strike it in the back as it's attention is on Anders (sorry mate XD XP)

Seeing that Salazar's ruse appears to have brought them no advantage, Ander bravely rushes forward with a battle cry to draw the goblin's attention, clutching his warhammer in his right hand with his embossed shield rasied before him in his left. Grunting in pain as the first goblin's blade slices down the side of his shield and into an unprotected part of his arm, the young paladin manages to deflect the second goblin's swing with his shield, even as he brings his hammer swinging by beneath for a strike at the wretched creatures chest. The heavy head of the golden haired warrior's weapon connects with a satisfying *crunch* sending the goblin staggering back a step, though the creature somehow manages to retain its feet.
[OOC] G1's 19 hits Ander for 8 slashing damage, but but G2's 16 is a miss (Ander's AC is 18). Sorry did you say there was a third attack that landed? Also, where did the bleeding damage come from?
Ander gets an AoO vs G2, correct? Attack: 22 Damage: 6
On his turn, Ander will attack one of the goblins, prefering to attack the most injured goblin (hopefully G2 who he'll hit with his AoO): Attack: 21 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. - damage roll due to roller error: 10
Do we have a battle map for this fight? If not, fine, I'd just like some indication of where we are at regarding distance to enemies (both G1 and G2 are adjacent to me I assume), but where are Salazar and Rayner at?

[OOG] All good, thanks for that. Ander is content - meatshield job accomplished (nice new scar earned in Lathander's honour :) AND it seems that betwen Ryner and Vassa both goblins are in big trouble.
@Rasec - curious though, why is Ryner adding +4 to his eldritch blast damage?

(That was from his longsword(wielded with both hands). Probably didn't have the time to add all in the anime flare this time)
(Jokes on you! Salazar's true plan was totally just to make sure the goblins didn't immediately aggro him again. >:P)
As soon as the goblins go charging off, Salazar looks visibly ill. Fortunately, the motions look to be apart of some strange magical gesticulation. "Shim, sham, hrk! Shaloo.... Boo!" At that, Ander would feel his wound begin to stitch close as dimly glowing lines of script flutters in and around it before appearing to stitch it close. By the time the words fade away, Salazar points to any surviving goblin, and with a regretful expression on his face he says, "So it was, they heard the bells toll upon the hour of their retribution." He says, mustering his resolve to cast one final spell. But afterwards, he takes off in the opposite direction of the goblins, putting as much more space between them and the rest of the party, but without entering or getting too close to the mouth of the cave.
Though if none or only one remains standing, he holds his ground with javelin picked up and in hand.
Bonus Action: Salazar Casts at 1st level Healing Word on Anders, restoring 6 HP.
Action: Salazar Casts the cantrip Toll the Dead on Goblin1(if not dead) or Goblin2(otherwise), dealing 2 necrotic damage; Wisdom Save(DC 14) to negate damage.

The goblin hobbles there, dumbstruck for just a moment, like the people in the aliens movies when the alien pops out. Before quivering, and dying.

Despite his wound, Ander nods his head impressed at how quickly he and his new allies dispatch the goblins. Grimacing at first, the golden-haired templar sighs in relief and gratitude as Salazar's healing magic washes over him. As soon as Anders comes over to talk, Salazar curtly raises a hand to ward him back. After a few seconds he backs off to look at the Paladin, revealing the sickly look about him in clear. Before saying a word he motions the Paladin away from the mouth as he too left it by a good distance. Only then... did Salazar heave as if about to barf up his breakfast. He doesn't, if only just, and any attempt to help him is met with a halting gesture.
"Oh.. ugh... Mn... That.. That was too close..."He mutters to himself, then to the others in conspiratorial whispers, "Next time I get an idea like that... don't let me follow through. I'm not g-good with lies... Even by omission... ugh..."He clutches his stomach. "Goes against the tenets... of my faith... oof... Okay... Okay, I should be fine now."Salazar straightens if only just, and takes a swig of his waterskin. "You should check the bodies.. for wolves get to them... Probably get some torches too. Looked pretty dim in there. But shield them as much as you can." He suggests. Salazar sucks in a breathe as if girding himself. "That's the last miracle I can channel for the day. At least.. outside of an emergency. So t-try not to get so injuried next time, okay."He stutters out at points.
Once Ryner and Anders were done with the goblin remains, Salazar stops staring at the mouth of the cave long enough to start into it. Quietly. But following a short prayer for Guidance in what may soon be his time of need.

Grimacing as Salazar regurgitates his breakast, the paladin nevertheless pats him on the back in sympathy, though Ander's chiselled usually smiling face stiffens at the mention of looting the goblins. Removing his hand to stand to his full, considerable height, the golden haired young warrior proclaims,'
"While I see the wisdom of moving the bodies elsewhere to avoid detection for as long as possible, I'll not loot the corpses. Beyond being a morally wretched act, stealing from the dead is prohibited by the tenets of the Order of Aster."
With that, Ander will begin dragging the goblins' bodies away behind some marginally distant trees. While the paladin will not loot the bodies himself, he will not stop another from doing so, though the frown on his face at the act will be apparent and undisguised. Regardless, when the trio is ready to enter the caves, he will shoulder his way to the fore, figuring that as the most armoured of the trio, it is his duty to lead the way into danger. Crouching low as he moves forward with shield and warhammer at the ready, the chain mail clad paladin will proceed with his best facsimile of stealth.

The paladin and Cleric both head into the cave (assuming Ryner does as well but in the back) With the warlock in tow. Salazar, despite his churning guts, manages to find a way to move around fairly stealthily, the paladin however seems to have no such luck, his armor proving to be a constant hindrance to his plans to LARP as a rogue. A few seconds after entering the cave, darkness swallows the group, though the sun can still be seen outside of one were to look back. The cave getting progressively darker the farther the group entered. It wasn't long, however, before Anders clanking steps were heard, and deep, low, growing came from just up ahead, followed immediately by the sound of straining metal.

Ryner, seeing the fast approaching canines, holds out his hand and fires an Eldritch Blast, aimed at the Warg. Though he yells out at both his teammates and the animals, "Get back!"
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
(edited because it wasn't showing roll, if it says something about rolls, I had to delete the second set of rolls I made after the 1st ones FINALLY showed up -_-)
Grimacing at his own clinking footsteps, Ander will merely shake his head slightly and *sigh* by way of unspoken apology to Salazar and Ryner, but is wholly unsurprised when he hears the snarling and witnesses the two lupine forms come tearing around the tunnel corner.
His blue eyes shining with anticipation from within his temple forged helmet, the tall, broad-shouldered warrior rushes forward towards the largest form, but steps away to one side at the last moment in an attempt to split their enemies. Calling out to the Morning Lord with shield outstretched and warhammer raised, Ander brings his weapon slamming down towards the charging worg.

Wisdom Save(DC 20): 20.
Remembering the Worg from his vision, Salazar does the only thing a smart cleric would do... he pats Ander's on the shoulder, whispers a remorseful sounding, "Good Luck", and then... takes off out of the cave as fast as legs will carry him. If need be he disengages, but if not he full out runs running as if (redacted) itself was after him.
(Dont need to link your shield and weapon. Only things that have effects. Such as spells with saves, etc its just to save time when determining outcomes - also why is salazar making a save?)
(I can see a post by Mehmen, I'm not sure if you can or not. But here.
As Ryner shoots off an Eldritch Noodle at the worg, it has just as much impact as it's name suggests. Hitting the worg, but at most, leaving a bruise. Anders charges in then just as Salazar bids him farewell and goodluck, only to abandon the two to their fates as he runs out of the cave, at full bore.
The wolf, Initially intending to go after Anders, See's the fleeing Salazar and takes chase, Dashing after him, sensing weakness. Managing to pull up alongside him, and then just past him. Baring it's fangs at the cleric, revealing its large canines in a snarl (Intimidation: 17)
Back within the cave, Anders swings at the worg, the blow however, was too weak bouncing off the worgs raw muscle. The worg snaps at Anders weapon hand in retaliation Attack: 22 Damage: 5 just missing for one reason or another before it goes in for another attack (its turn attack) Biting at Anders throat Attack: 13 Damage: 11
(Anders gains 2 DAOO + turn action)
And if you choose, bot handers and ryner get a normal AOO
Past response:

Ryner - 14 - Salazar - 14
Wolf: 13 Worg: 7

Initiative: Anders, Salazar, Ryner, Wolf, Worg

(I didn't post much, only wanted to check goblins for items/info, but for some reason it didn't show TT-TT; WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING TO ME!?!?)
Ryner, seeing the fast approaching canines, holds out his hand and fires an Eldritch Blast, aimed at the Warg. Though he yells out at both his teammates and the animals, "Get back!"
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
(edited because it wasn't showing roll, if it says something about rolls, I had to delete the second set of rolls I made after the 1st ones FINALLY showed up -_-)
(Always edit 'after' a roll otherise it will show that. Better to just make a new roll parse than risk the 'manipulated' message')

[OOC] Ander's warhammer attack vs the worg: Attack: 12 Damage: 5
D&D is a game, but it's not just a game. It's the ultimate storyboard, a campfire to share with friends, an imaginary call to imaginary arms and a ship to sail to horizons yet undreamt of...
DM Trevails Upon the Trackless Sea
Wisdom Save(DC 20): 20.
Remembering the Worg from his vision, Salazar does the only thing a smart cleric would do... he pats Ander's on the shoulder, whispers a remorseful sounding, "Good Luck", and then... takes off out of the cave as fast as legs will carry him. If need be he disengages, but if not he full out runs running as if (redacted) itself was after him.
Goyo - [Tortle]Druid/Warlock - Circle of Sea/Celestial (Libretalia)
Drozo - [Hobgoblin]Cleric - Blood Domain (Call of the Netherdeep)
(Dont need to link your shield and weapon. Only things that have effects. Such as spells with saves, etc its just to save time when determining outcomes - also why is salazar making a save?)
Occassional Dungeon Master.
