Raiketsu’s house rule is that when any creature misses a melee attack, the target of that attack gets an attack of opportunity on the creature that missed its attack.

You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.
On Herman's turn, Herman will take the Dash action to rush over to Cirrus. If he has any movement left over, he will pick up Cirrus and carry him away from the combat.

Vimak sees Herman move toward Cirrus, who he realizes has been grievously wounded. He wants to help Cirrus, but is slightly more likely to damage those he tries to treat medically. Healing is not a focus of Goliath society. Hopefully, Herman can help? Especially, if he isn't distracted by the last of Klarg's wolves.
Vimak attacks (If Gilari's attack of opportunity after the wolf's miss hasn't already slain it): To Hit 20 Damage 8
If the last wolf is dead, Vimak moves toward Herman and Cirrus. He worries about being helpful in this sort of situation, though he can try if need be.
OOC: I'll be traveling the next two days. Connectivity may be spotty.
Assuming the second wolf is dead and that we're out of combat, Vimak moves toward Herman and Cirrus, explaining the limits of his medical abilities as he goes.
If we remain in combat, Vimak continues to focus on the wolf.
(OOC: What exactly is the limits of Vimak's medical prowess? Herman's medical prowess is a +2 to medicine. What is Vimak's bonus? I am asking this because Vimak will have explained his limits so I don't think it would be metagaming to compare bonuses in this instance.)
(My computer has completely crapped out on me. I’m doing what I can to get it fixed. In the mean time, I’m gonna need the DM to roll my next death save whenever I am supposed to do that.)

(will be updating later today, tired. The wolf will have died to that atatck, i'll put some flair later. You can make a medicine check with advantage if someone helps you. Medical DC 12 to stabilize him. 1 attempt. avfert that he will need a death save, before you can make another attempt)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Well.... here goes nothing: 15 (Adv: 5)
*phew* Just barely made it.
Herman puts Cirrus down as he notices the last wolf die from the corner of his helmet. With Vimak's help, he tries his best to close the wound. While doing so he says to the unconscious Cirrus, "Stay with me now. Today isn't the day you die. You've got too much to live for, kid. The world needs more people like you; people who can come with functional plans and who aren't afraid to spear-head an assault if need be."
The wolf crumples to the ground, dying with a pained howl. The corpses of Klarg, and the wolf pair now litter the floor. In some cases blood oozing, in others the body simply crushed and maimed. After a moment, you all realize that the fighting is over.. finally.
Herman, likely calling one of the others over, neither really knowing what to do, but guessworking it based on stuff they had both seen at some point.. and just barely managed to pull it together. Cirrus, though still unconscious, heaves a breath as life fills his lungs once more. As the adrenaline finally slows down, with no immediate threat nearby... everyones fingers start shaking, chests heaving and dry, gut rumbling... everyone collapses, falling into lvl2 Exhaustion you all fall to unconsciousness.
Twelve hours pass, and the time is now roughly 2 PM in the afternoon. Everyone wakes up, getting the benefit of a long rest, but continuing to suffer from level 2 exhaustion. It takes only a little while to realize why. Your had all been running for a full day, straight into multiple combats, not having eaten a single thing the entire time (you fed the wolves but not yourself :P that I can remember)
Your bodies are shaking from hunger, exhaustion, and need. You can move normally, other than whatever effects the exhaustion places on you. But you feel thirsty, hungry, and every muscle in your bodies ache.
Herman wakes up and says, "I don't know about you but I could use a break. Let's get Slider or whatever his name is and camp out in the woods for a few days."
(Post #390, I made sure to note that I was eating breakfast.)
(also, my computer is still busted, so I won’t be able to color my speech, add spoilers, or roll until I get it fixed.)
Cirrus is not showing any emotions at the moment. He says “w-well, either Vimak or Gilari should drag Klarg’s body to Yeemik to prove we killed him. Then we can get Sildar. Here’s the problem: we now have everything that was taken from the cart, plus more. But how are we going to get the cart anywhere? We have no horses. On that note, where do we go? Should we continue to Phandalin? Or go back to Neverwinter?”
