cirrus saw where Goblin1 hid (because his passive perception beat Goblin1’s 12 in stealth), before losing sight of it. Cirrus walks toward that spot. Thinking that the goblin could not have gotten far, he pulls out his pan pipes and plays a tune that casts faerie Fire on the area to make the goblin glow brightly, completely blowing its cover.
(OOC: the spell requires a Dex saving throw, which seems to imply that to avoid the effect of faerie fire, the goblin must try to jump out of the way. Given that it is buried in the snow, I don’t know if it can do that. Even if it can, I would think that jumping out of the snow will ruin its stealth, so I think I’ve created a win-win, does that logic all check out, DM?)

You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.

The description of Faerie Fire says that the area of effect is a 20 ft. cube, which, if my math is right, is four squares across each side. As such, Cissus aims the effects of faerie fire over the area below, hoping that the goblin will start glowing, and if that is the case, then his allies' attention will be drawn towards the sound of his pipes.

(If you're within it's AoE you also need to make a save)
Attempting to dodge it without moving much proved futile. The goblin begins glowing (Color not specified by caster) , and a patch of the snow begins to glow brightly.
(OOC: Cirrus is not in the AoE, at least not yet. As for the color, can it constantly be shifting between blue, green, and violet?)
After playing his tune, Cirrus shouts, "Everyone! Aim for the light!"

OOC: So, by Faerie Fire rules, does Herman get advantage on his held action? If so, I'm putting the advantage roll as well as restating the previously rolled hit and damage. If not, ignore this post.

Vimak is startled by the sound of pipes, then by the shifting colors of a goblin's shape, by the fact that he is glowing in the same way! Dex save: 7 They have magic on their side, which is a good thing. Often. Sometimes.
He lunges after the goblin, meaning to kill it: Attack (with advantage due to the spell): 25, Damage: 7
[Will post in the next 2 hours. Also to answer there's either disadvantage normal or advantage. If you have disadvantage, and have an effect that Grant's advantage it negates and becomes normal. Same with having advantage vs someone dodging they negate eachother and it becomes normal]
[To further clarify... imagine, in this scenario like you would an FPS. You're on a dark area that's nearly black and the enemy pops a tactical flashlight on you all of a sudden, it has a blinding effect. So it's easy to see him But he is very bright light in otherwise pitch black area]
With the next few attacks, the Goblin dies, being unable to react before he is finished off. His horrid blood staining the snow near him, sinking into an icy grave. But still glowing .. apparently like a rainbow.
The other goblin is still currently unconscious and bound.
Everyone gets 38 EXP.
What do you all do now? Rest? Search? Continue? Question? etc
Cirrus looks around at his partially glowing party, "Well, we can't deliver the cart to Phandalin if it's empty. And that goblin knows where it went. I was unable to intimidate him, but maybe if he wakes up to a burly goliath pointing a bloodstained axe at his neck he will be more cooperative?" Cirrus says this last part, not in a mischievous way, but rather in a matter-of-fact tone, like this is the most pragmatic course of action and nothing else.

Herman turns around and says, "Yeah, I agree with the music man (Cirrius). Shaking the remaining goblin down for information is our best bet right now."
During this conversation, the goblin begins to wake up. It seems delirious. its not going to die from bleeding out, as the wound has frozen over. After another few moments, it attempts to get up, only to find itself bound. Initially struggling against the restraints, before finding them multilayered, It begins to panic, realizing the situation it's in. It looks around again, it's bleary eyes catching site of some glowing humanoids, and some not-so-shiny humanoids. Off in the distance, a faint patch of glowing snow, that it had no idea what it was.
The snow continuing to fall, ever so silently as it finally says Rrrrg.. what want? What want let gobbline go? You seek treasure? Blod? what seek? despite it's predicament, it almost sounds like its attempting to threaten you alll, though clearly, it can't do anything right now.

( I need to know which tile you cast faerie fire on. )

(First, What square did the goblin hide with a 12 stealth in? Because that would inform Cirrus where he would cast the spell)

Whoops! My bad! My Dex Save DC for Faerie Fire is 12. So the Goblin fails, and Herman succeeds.
