The bear is well stitched and from very find material. It seems to have been through some dirt though as it is well stained and played with. The piece of wood seems.. different. You are not able to discern exactly but it seems like there is something more to it.
As TT moves into the northern room, she sees that a group of draconic faces have been carved into the west wall, and a ruined gauntlet lies in the east side of the room.
Rhaucred is still confident that the entrance to the mansion is over here somewhere. TT's communication with animals has also led her to believe that there is strong magic on this side of the cave.
Feeling sharp after her meal, and using the knowledge she gained from the beasts earlier, TT scans her surroundings in hopes of finding a way into the manor.
Nedrick goes and picks up the ruined gauntlet and taps on the the draconic faces. Nothing happens. He stares at it for a second and notices that there is some writing at the bottom of the statue. It is in a language that he does not understand, but he remembers seeing it before. He thinks hard trying to recall what it is and it is seems like it is draconic.
Hunding searches the room looking the walls for anything that could lead as a passageway to somewhere else. He then finds a small hole on the north wall about 4 feet tall, but big enough to crawl through. Getting on his knees and looking through the hole, he sees it leads to a passageway about 10 feet across and 10 feet high. Hunding heads down the tunnel to see that it leads to a small hole in a wall with what appears to be a cabinet on the other side.
Mort casts Detect Magic, but besides the wand and the other trinkets that the adventures have, he does not detect magic.
Rhaucred reads the statue text and it reads "The Great Mother Will Have Her Revenge."
OOC: Unfortunately, Nelvik has not posted in the last 3 days. I am not sure the reasons, but I will be taking over his character until he is able to start posting again.
Nelvik turns to Rhaucred and says "Ah, I see you speak the tongue too." He then turns to Nedrick and says "Earlier you asked me about the necromancer. I do not remember many details from that day due to all that happened, but he was able to attack and destroy a large portion of my city and steal our most precious artifact. My fellow paladins and I had to fight through waves of undead to even reach the city once he attacked and I was taken out by a fire explosion by the time I reached him."
Nedrick advances into the tunnel and discovers that there is a cabinet or some wooden object blocking the exit.
" it seems like a possible reference to the dragon mother god Tiamat, but I have little idea what it could reference about these heads. Almost sounds like some kind of trap. Saying she will have here revenge."

Nedrick stares ind disbelief as this Wizard he just met pockets both the wood and the teddy bear but is concerned about the task at hand.

Nedrick looks to TT and says casually.
"Good eye, TT. Good eye, I say! By the way, would you be able to transform into something like a Warhorse?"
Still shuffling around the cave, TT considers Nedrick's question. She tries to remember if she has ever seen a Warhorse before.

"Hmmm. Do any of you fine souls speak Draconic by chance? This seems to be a tad out of my mill wheel."
mort scratches his beard, standing at the foot of the draconic statue, unable to decipher the the foreign text.
Turning to nelvik, “perhaps you could make light of this cryptic message?” *hiccup*
Rhaucred pipes up" I speak and write draconic. It was part of my education."
He comes up to the wall to attempt to help decipher the text.
