Despite The Kid putting all his might behind it, it seemed as though the bush's foliage absorbed some of the blow and the bush doesn't take the full force of the hit.
The tree in the middle of the arena lumbers over to Kierro. It raises it's arms and with a loud slam, he brings them down attempting to smash Kierro.
Attack: 12 Damage: 16
The other two creatures begin making their way to the only open targets Damaia and Raza.
The one by Damaia claws at her viciously
Attack: 17 Damage: 7
The one going for Raza pulls out a sling and a rock and attempts to use that to hit him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Damaia hisses as she gets scratched up. She unsheathes her dagger (free action) from her belt. She raises her left hand over her head, holding the dagger in a reverse grip, looking like she's about to bring it down on the creature in front of her (east). Then, she smirks and raises her right hand with the open palm and rests the forearm of her left hand on top of the forearm of her right. Her right palm is glowing white and the blade of her dagger which is pointed in the same direction of her open palm (due to the grip). She says, voice low and only those around her can hear it "... Now burn." A large fire flows out of her palm and spreads in a cone like Dragon breath (Burning Hands). The fires engulf the creatures in G6, G7, H7 and E8.
Fire Damage: 5 DEX 13 for half.
(*Faceplams* all that cool build up for a measly 5 damage)
.Kierro looks around. There’s a bunch of attackers within 30 ft. Perfect.
He jumps up into the air, his sun medallion in hand and pointing toward the sky as he activates Channel Divinity: Radiance of the Dawn. A flash of light comes out of the medal.
16 radiant damage, DC 13 CON save for half in a 30 ft radius from Kierro.
Almost everything in the radius is disintegrated except the tree and one bush. The crowd screams in excitement and you hear them cheering Kierro. (d4 on your next roll)
(You'd have to move up or right to melee the tree, but you are 5ft from the tree, I just don't do diagonal melee attacks so you can't be swarmed on 8 sides.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(That's actually good because that seems to me like the tree can't hit me with AoO)
Damaia seeing what the tree did to Kierro decides to not be within striking distance of the thing. She runs as far south west as she can (M4)and then spins around to hurl an Eldritch blast at the tree.
11 Dmg: 6
Not sure whether the d4 bonus roll was for damage or for hit but here it is: 3
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The tree, distracted by the flash of light, misses Kierro completely. Seeing it turn to face Damaia, Kierro moves to G5 and says: “You’re not finished with me yet! as he casts Burning Hands. DEX save DC 13, 9 fire damage on fail, half on success.
(Wait... the hoodie, the baseball bat, the shotgun... is Kid a time traveler?)
(Ish.)

Haven’t used this account in forever. Still a big fan of crawling claws.

Everything in Damaia's blast radius is annihilated.
The crowd goes crazy screaming and cheering for that fiery display. (Gain a d4 on your next roll)
(Is the d4 for damage or for hit? And can I hold on to it or do I have to use it next turn or lose it?)

Raza sees the lone bush at D2 hasnt moved at all and runs to it.
"Its so obvious....be the bush!", he thinks to himself. He launches an arrow from his short bow at the Tree on his way.
Atk: 18 dmg: 5
Then using Cunning Action he swam dives into the bush to hide.
Stealth: 9
In the haste to dive into the bush, the arrow goes off course a bit and lands in the dirt next to the tree with a thud.
The two dead shrubs on The Kid slash at him.
1. Attack: 12 Damage: 4
2. Attack: 5 Damage: 4
The bush on The Kid attempts to do the same.
Attack: 12 Damage: 1
And finally the bush that survived Kierro's spell will attempt to get revenge by raking him with twigs.
Attack: 4 Damage: 1
The Kid's turn.
(sorry I missed this)
The Kid swings at the plants at his feet. Die, evil plants, Die! Take this, and that, and this...
Attack: 8 Damage: 8

(Next time please specify which plant you're attacking)
The Kid swipes wildly at the creatures, but none of the blows connect.
The tree angrily roars at Kierro as he attempts to crush Kierro.
Attack: 26 Damage: 17
As The Kid is attacking the plants, the small creature attempts to rake it's claws across The Kid's legs.
Attack: 24 Damage: 8
Kierro, Damaia, and Raza can have their turns.
(I don't know how the hell that happened, but Kierro give me a death saving throw.)
(I'm a bit confused by the map. Are any enemies within 5ft of Damaia?)

(Its the same as a Bardic Inspiration die so it wouldn't apply to damage)
Damaia's blast scorches the tree and it lets out a loud roar before turning to face her. It seems to have acquired a new target.
(Reaction)
As the tree swings at Kierro, he sticks his hand out, yelling “warding flare!” as a blinding flash of light comes out of his hand.
(The tree has disadvantage on the attack roll; roll again)
Attack: 7
(Good call. You can have your turn now)
The tree, distracted by the flash of light, misses Kierro completely. Seeing it turn to face Damaia, Kierro moves to G5 and says: “You’re not finished with me yet! as he casts Burning Hands. DEX save DC 13, 9 fire damage on fail, half on success.
