Payme's first action is going to be to Dodge and move into Melee with Zanyeras. If he still hits with disadvantage this match is over.

(apologies, should I have rolled twice for disadvantage, or just once more because I'd already rolled once?)

(You should have just rolled your attack one more time. Disadvantage doesn't affect damage. I'll take the 18 though which means you one shot your opponent.)

As the announcer projects her voice, "Begin!" Zanyeras shoots an extremely powerful ray out and with one spell, Payme is knocked unconscious.

The announcer stutters, "O-oh. That was... unexpected. Everyone we will provide a refund for you if you'd like. Just visit the ticket booth on your way out." The crowd groans and exit the tent. 

Payme is stabalized and teleported to her room in the inn. Zanyeras is free to leave and explore the shops.

Zanyeras receives 300 XP and 100 gold

(This is not the first time I've been humiliated in the arena and it will not be the last. I would say GG but that requires me to have actually had a turn. Till next time...) 

Zanyeras bows deeply at the waist, straightens, and leaves the arena at a serene pace belying his excitement at bringing glory to Tyr through his victory.

Corvus, Maghdim, and Zanyeras are brought to the gates. The arena looks to be a marshy terrain today. You are informed this will be a PvE match.

Corvus

Initiative : 21

Walking around the mud Corvus nears a couple of the rocks (11-G). Looking up his raven appears above him (20 feet up) circling erratically. Then intoning the words of his patron Ŝildo de Fido he reaches down and touches the lantern at his side. Pale green light shimmers up his arm surrounding his form.

Zanyeras stops as he gets to the arena gates, bows to Maghdim and Corvus, bows to the crowd, and calmly walks to the tree at N-10 hoping to use it for cover.

He prepares to cast Tyr's Blessing on himself and his compatriots at the start of the battle.

Initiative 10

You all watch as 6 creatures emerge from the gates. Zanyeras' Bless triggers. 

Two look to be creatures made of mud with wings and long, pointy noses. 

The second two seem to be made of steam, making their forms hard to see. All you can really tell is that they seem to be floating. 

The last two are black creatures with sharp wings and talons. As they move, their forms shift as though they were made of smoke. 

Everyone can have their turns. 

Zanyeras targets the creature nearest him that appears to be made of smoke. He feels the might of Tyr's blessing guiding him as he wills the Sacred Flame of the war god to strike down from the heavens.


Flame seems to descend from the sky and surrounds the dark shape... Attack: 2 Damage: 1

Corvus

Holding his lantern toward the smoke like creature nearest Zanyeras (O-10) Corvus calls out Sankta Flamo. Pale green flame blooms beneath the creature. The raven flies across the field (1-H , 20 feet up) and continues to flit about.

DC 13 Dex save or it takes 5 radiant.

The creature takes 1 point of radiant damage from failing its saving throw.

(Maghdim you are underneath Corvus' familiar which is a raven 20 ft in the air)

Corvus attempts to use his sacred magic on the steam monster to help Zanyeras, it sees the blast coming and evades it with ease, but does not expect the same thing to come from Zanyeras. The blast from Zanyeras grazes the creatures side, causing it to shriek loudly. Maghdim sends out a freezing ray toward the mud monster and hits it with ease. The mud monster swears in an unknown language. 

The smoke monsters descend on Zanyeras. One attempts to use Cinder Breathe (Make a Dexterity Saving throw DC 10 or be blinded until the end of the creature's next turn). The other slashes at Zanyeras with it's claws. 

To hit: 14 Damage on a hit: 5 slashing damage

The two mud creatures run after Maghdim.

Finally, the steam monsters will go for Corvus. The one closest to Corvus will use Steam Breath (Make a Dexterity Saving Throw DC 10 taking 8 fire damage on a failed save and half on a successful one)

Zanyeras' armor appears to protect him from the slashing of the claws (ac 18).
Dex Save vs Cinder Breath - 18.

Zanyeras points at one of the Smoke Monsters and unleashes Guiding Bolt Attack: 15 Damage: 18. He then uses his bonus action as a war priest of Tyr to make a second attack at the other Smoke Monster with his warhammer Attack: 11 Damage: 7. 

(You would have disadvantage on guiding bolt because its a ranged spell attack and they're both right next to you)
