"Hehe typical..."Ragweed chuckles to himself. "Tucking tail as soon as prey puts up a fight. You've still got it Ragweed, no low-hanging fruit here, no sir!" The gnome turns his attention fully away from the retreating bandit and back to the skirmish on the city streets. "Who are you people anyway?"he squeaks to the others being attacked by the bandits, seeing one tussling with the capable-looking watery woman and a couple others. He sighs as his eyes lock on the leader. "You'd be the one to fight off then..?"he mutters, taking aim as the captain focuses on rebuffing the cleric.

His hasty retreat isn't enough to put a distance between him and Yngvild, she catches up with him and holds him ( 6 ) by the collar. A brief shriek of surprise escapes his mouth, a mix of blood and saliva runs down his mouth and throat as he manages to mutter a single word with a gargle: "Mer..cy !".
The bandit captain receives a discharge of raw magical energy, pushing him a few feet back. Without a moment of respite, Ragweed's arrow lodges in his chest. Grunting, he spits blood on the ground, digs his heels in and launches another assault towards Tyrell. The first strike of his scimitar smashes against Tyrell's helmet (24) while the second is intercepted by his shield (11). While the shock sounds and looks lethal, no harm is done (4). Not giving up, he tries to stab Tyrell's abdomen again, but the chain mail doesn't budge (8).
After Feloren thwarts his attempt to grab her, Zeb's thrust into the side of the bandit with his sword. "This isn't going as planned chief, this ain't worth our hides." Decided to stand his ground, he gets into a defensive stance, ready to dodge.
Seeing her opponent having doubts about the fight, Feloren will talk him down from fighting. "If thee wish to flee so beest! I has't no interest in killing surrendering adversaries! If this be true land down thy arms and surrender I shalt not attack thee."

Zed, catching his breath, looks up at Feloren, and is taken aback by the humanoids exotic look. He gives her a nod and sheathes his longsword. "Ya'll shouldn't have done that," Zed says to surrender bandit as he walk around to is back. Zed reaches into his backpack and pulls out some rope and starts to tie the bandit's hands behind his back. "Now, where do they take people like who are fixin' for some justice?" As he ties the bandit's hand he looks up at the aquatic humanoid and says, "The name's Zebedee, but most people call me Zeb. Didn't catch yours?"
Ragweed's arrow is knocked, his target picked. He's been in enough street fights to know that only one thing really matters: taking down the guy in charge. He glances back with a brief delighted chuckle at the cat-person entering the fray, and strafes to the side to get a better vantage on the bandit captain around the holy-garbed man. He looses his bow.
Shortbow (sneak attack): Attack: 10 Damage: 7
As the crudely fletched arrow whizzes through the air, Ragweed looks over in surprise at the surrendering bandit. "Well, now, that wasn't too hard was it boys??" he addresses the ruffian with a giggle before looking back at the captain to check his shot.

The rightmost bandit is dangling in the grip of Yngvild, having lost his remaining strength, he raucously breathes with irregularity.
The bandit captain is bleeding from several cuts all over his body, as if scratched repeatedly by a feral beast. He steps back and throws his sword to the ground almost theatrically, and declares: "This is a misunderstanding, my friends and I were on the trails of thieves, they eluded us repeatedly, until they sent us a message to meet us here if we wanted to get our goods back. We were tricked !" 10
Everybody except Yngvild:
The exacerbated emotional expressions of the bandit captain, like a caricature of a caricature of anguish, jump out at you as a badly performed attempts at deception.
The leftmost bandit silently let himself be tied up, responding to Zeb's inquiry with a smirk.
"Just giveth up, thou art not deciving anyone with that act. If thee continueth to fight we wilt has't no choice but to end thy life." Feloren grips her sword tighter and prepare for an attack if the captian continues to act out.
