"As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the weapon up to 20 feet and repeat the attack against a creature within 5 feet of it." You could but as it moves so slowly you can't take it with you when you travel.
Hmm, Sarah will nab Imp Invis and Galdur's Tower as well as Poly and Arcane Eye. She'll make permanent her Darkness Bead and Imp Invis on another bead. She'll say which she's concentrating on at the beginning of a fight.
How about Permanent Goodberry and Pass without Trace? What would the modified version do?

Fire bolt- Shoot a streaking ball of fire towards a foe and deal a measly 1d10 fire damage. Use eldritch blast instead.
Fireball - Drawing magic from your inner reserves, you unleash a devastating nuke that explodes in a circle, hitting multiple enemies, and burning them to a crisp with a godly amount of 8d6 fire damage. Make your DM’s fights look like garbage. It’s also a nice way of TPK your entire party and have them triggered at you for the rest of the week.
Scrolls can't be permanent because... they're scrolls. Goodberry can't be permanent because it has a duration of Instantaneous.
A permanent Pass without Trace
This can be permanent but remember what I said; permanent concentration spells are still concentration spells and are subject to all the limitations as normal
Concentration
Some spells require you to maintain concentration in order to keep their magic active. If you lose concentration, such a spell ends.
If a spell must be maintained with concentration, that fact appears in its Duration entry, and the spell specifies how long you can concentrate on it. You can end concentration at any time (no action required).
Normal activity, such as moving and attacking, doesn't interfere with concentration. The following factors can break concentration:
Casting another spell that requires concentration. You lose concentration on a spell if you cast another spell that requires concentration. You can't concentrate on two spells at once.
Taking damage. Whenever you take damage while you are concentrating on a spell, you must make a Constitution saving throw to maintain your concentration. The DC equals 10 or half the damage you take, whichever number is higher. If you take damage from multiple sources, such as an arrow and a dragon's breath, you make a separate saving throw for each source of damage.
Being incapacitated or killed. You lose concentration on a spell if you are incapacitated or if you die.
If you lose concentration on your permanent spell it takes an action to bring it back up
Following scrolls made:

1 Locate Objects = 2 levels
3 Hunter’s mark = 2 levels
2 Fog cloud = 2 levels

That's 22 levels of spell, you are limited to 14 as per my previous posting
Spell level of scrolls available

Levels 6-10 caster level x 2
Levels 11-15 caster level x 3
Level 16+ caster level x 4
Creation time 1 day per spell level
Casting time one round per spell level or for healing 1 minute/spell level
Also, if i can, i want to inscribe some spells in my wizard spellbook. Here is the order i want to inscribe first:
Charm person (Takes half time due to School of Enchantment), Disguise Self, Alarm, Distort Value, Silent Image.

Improved Invisibility? Do you mean Greater Invisibility? I don't think there's a spell called Improved Invisibility. Anyway, you can't cast it on a bead, it has to be cast on a person.
So I wouldn’t be able to keep resummoning it? If not then Armor of Agathys at 2nd level would be permanent. If I can’t do second level, then Aid, and I’ll do just 7 scrolls of Level 2 Armor instead.

The permanent 2nd level Armor of A... would give you a permanent 10 THP plus the cold damage would active as long as you had at least 1 of those hp. So if they are wiped by damage you'd have to heal somehow to get 1 or more of them back to reactivate the cold. Healing of any kind works on HP before THP.
I mean Greater Invisibility as a permanent item, not just casting it as a spell.
I'll say this again. No magic items. You have the option to make a spell permanent. This means the spell is as written with the one exception - Duration Permanent. This means, by the way, you could have someone else cast the spell on you but if it is a concentration spell the caster has to concentrate.
This world is low magic. There are no magic items beyond potions and scrolls. (One exception that occurs in 10 or so years). Sarah's magic sword is not a magic item it is a class ability.
Okay, I think get where I messed up. You'll allowed us to add a Fire Arrow spell on our quivers. I assume that's because it was targeted on quivers? We still take an action to activate it and use concentration as per normal. Would this work on Greater Invis similarly minus the bead and instead on Sarah as it's targeted on self?

Couldn’t I stop concentrating on it and summon it again?

It's not a concentration spell. It lasts until its duration expires.

Are we finished with down time?
Permanent Goodberry? Any spell that has a duration of instantaneous can't be permanent. It does its thing and that's it.

Yes, Flame Arrows is cast on a quiver, not a person or arrows. Magic Weapon is cast on a weapon. Invisibility is cast on a creature.
Greater Invisibility is a concentration spell so if you stop concentrating you become visible. It takes an action to resume concentration
Are we ready yet? Downtime finished?
I'm good :)
I’m also ready
Aleister will make his boleadoras +1, if that is okay.
Other than that he is ready to 'road trip'!
Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
Thomas is ready.
