Yuno will run up to the leader with both her swords. She will say, "You and I are not that different you know. We both live surrounded by bloodshed and violence whether we want to or not. So why don't we see who has better at this gig? Let's have a battle between just the two of us. The loser dies. AHAHAHAH" Yuno challenges the bandit to a 1 on 1 battle. Regardless of what he answers, she will immediately attack him with both of her swords.
Gedyr is going to bail from the cart and move to the side opposite the forest to give him cover from that side.....He will notch and arrow and prepare to fire, Holding his attack until hostilities start.....once they do he will take a shot at whoever is on the road in front closest to him....
Move to G6
Held attack in case of hostilities Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Advantage roll: 7 Seeing as the enemy is approaching from the rear, and in the open, Gedyr will jump from his position and fire first at the closest enemy, but still move to the same position....

(Elwin's readied action goes off as a reaction to the men drawing their weapons.
He casts Frostbite, targeting #8. The target will need to make a Constitution saving throw; on a failure, he suffers: 5 cold damage AND has disadvantage on his next weapon attack roll. No damage on a success.
EDIT: The DC for the roll is 13. He'll take his actual turn after everyone else on the team complete's theirs.)

(The dice thing is because I forgot to put disadvantage on the bandit save.)
The battle starts as both Kosh and Yuno engage the 5 bandits ahead of them. Yuno getting a hit upon the leader while Kosh cuts down the bandit besides him. The party springs their own surprise attack as Janter, Elwin, and Gedyr burst from the back. Letting loose a simultaneous strike upon a single bandit.
Leaping from his hiding spot with a tumble and both hands on his weapon, Elwin rushes towards one of the bandits. The idea that these guys would try to deem their ravaging of innocents as "necessary" grated on him. At least the miscreants who he grew up with were honest about their wrongdoings, and didn't try to make their actions seem noble.
Getting within range of the archer, Elwin thrust with his spearhead, then shifted positions, pivoted and spun to strike with the backside. He then returned to a ready position, silently praying that his untested "armor" of frost would provided sufficient protection.
Elwin moves to E3 to attack #8 with both his Action and Bonus Action.
ACTION: Attack Roll - 16, Damage incl. any crit - 9 BONUS: Attack Roll - 24, Damage incl. any crit - 6
If another bandit moves within 5 feet of him, he'll use his reaction to attack them.

"Oh dear, oh dear. Why must so many bring the ire of fate against themselves when there are so many productive pursuits!?" Janter exclaims as a shout to all. "Yield and surrender yourselves and you may all see the next morning yet! Did not one of your number only recently escape a transport? If ye be, the authorities themselves want you to live as well! Do not let yourselves be wasted!"
"Be slowed, and surrender!" Janter taps the edge of his shield again with his small carving tool, quick glyph carved in the air, and aims a new ray of frost at #6, intending more to slow his movement than to maim. Attack: 9 Damage: 1
Elwin comes from out the cart, with his frosted armor as he thrusts toward the hurt archer. With a single thrust, he goes down. The leader calls for the bandits to rally as the archers raise their bows to fight back. Janter casts another spell towards the archer, yet it seems to be a weak chant as it merely chills him a bit. Gedyr moves more out as he tries to help Yuno and Kosh, but misses.
(Added Gedyr's and Janter's action, since their actions were technically readied.)

Bandits Turn:
The ones with the leader converge around him, grouping around Kosh and Yuno. They mostly strike at Kosh as he seems the most intimidating, as he just cut down one of their own with a single slice. The leader strikes at the both of them, swinging his large hammer at the both of him. The archers behind the cart take a step back as they fire arrows at the surprise party members. One of them getting lucky as their arrow pierces through Elwin's frosted armor and his flesh.
The hammer lands on Yuno's arm and leaves a nasty bruise and tears the skin. She hisses from the pain and then laughs manically. "NOW THAT'S THE SPIRIT!"
She attempts to decapitate the leader. She follows up the horizontal swing with her Sabre with a thrust of her rapier.
Saber: 20 Dmg: 8 Rapier (Will target the leader if he still stands after the Saber attack. Otherwise will target 4): 11 Dmg: 6
EDIT: I just noticed that Kosh is next to 1. So Sneak attack damage: 3 For a total of 11 damage to 1 on hit.

"Yuno, if you scare them too much, they may run. Then we wouldn't be able to finish The Work." Kosh says in a voice so cold it seems it should be misting the air. Casually he swings the heavy blade of his great sword into the side of the bandit that is standing over the body of the last he'd killed.
(I wanted to wait until my next turn to say this but I came up with a response that perfectly fits Yuno's character)
Yuno makes a split second eye contact with Kosh and says, "Loosen up, Whitey. Enjoy the bloodbath! Life is too short to be uptight and serious all the time. Have some fun or I'll start calling you Tighty-Whitey. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH"
Elwin swore loudly and bitterly as the arrow tore through him, shattering the frost covering his body. He glared at the archer. He couldn't deny that there was a certain thrill to being in a life-or-death struggle... but it made no difference if one didn't actually survive. And he was determined to survive, more than anything.
He quickly uttered a terse arcane phrase. It was a curse, specific to his patron Orridon... one that marked his target for death.
The warlock raced toward his foe, maneuvering so that he blocked the other archer. Then, after a feigning side-step, he again thrust with his spear, roaring as he took advantage of the slight edge his patron's curse gave him.
Elwin activates his Hexblade's Curse as a Bonus Action, targeting #6. He then moves to A5 to attack.
ACTION: Attack Roll - 14, Damage incl. crit - 11
He'll regain 4HP whenever #6 dies in the next minute. And again, should any opponents move within 5 feet he'll use his reaction to attack, unless #6 provokes an Opportunity Attack instead. (Taking him down first is the priority.)
Janter hops along behind Elwin who happens to be the closest injured ally, still fiddling with the carve, tracing Elwin's wound, and mumbling a bit more. "This doesn't look like you are surrendering!"

ooc: Currently I am in China, and the link to the map is google which doesn't get through the firewall. Until I get this sorted I'm a little blind.....)ll
Gedyr will continue to back away from the cart so, that he can see both groups of enemy, backing away another 10 feet. He will strike toward the target on his right.
Attack at 5 assuming still clear line of sight....Attack: 18 Damage: 5

Yuno responds to the bandit captain, "Well sucks to be you then. I live for bloodshed!"
Who is the captain? Is it 1?
(Yes, 1 is the leader, and 20 is not a bandit, it is the merchant.)
