"Drabash Grumobark" says Drabash to the old soldier as he approaches, "I've been up and down the sword coast for most of my life, never really settled in one spot with my folks. What is this 'task' you need to accomplish? Perhaps it will mesh with our mission."

Moses squares his shoulders and breathes deeply through his flared nostrils. "I have been tasked by the great I Am to deliver his people from bondage. His people — my people — are enslaved by Gauwervyndhal, the Empress Dragon, and her suzerains. I arrived in Marangor less than a tenday ago to deliver my message. Before I could have an audience with Gauwervyndhal, I was tricked into being transported and left here a short time ago." He looks at the newcomers. "I'm blessed that I was found by you and not by something much more dangerous."
Tibi pushes on the doors and is a bit surprised to find that they slowly swing open. As they do a cold mist settles around your feet. The passage proceeds 15 feet and then ends in a T-intersection. Ceilings are 10 feet high and the entire passage in hewn from solid rock. The ankle-deep mist fills the hallways but seems harmless. It is utterly cold within the depths of the crypt.
Looking left and right the two hallways seem to lead to rooms.

Unable to spread his wings and fly as would be his preference Tibi is forced to walk. He does his best to examine the floor when the mist permits (Perception = 9) as he moves cautiously along (Stealth = 24). When he reaches the junction he looks both left and right (I'm assuming that the complex is lit in some way) before deciding to go left.
Kaelani follows about 15' behind, shield strapped to his arm but his other hand free to call upon the magic surging through him. His aasimar eyes clearly see the passage and room to the east where Tibi is headed. Perception: 18
Moses turns at the sound of Tibi opening the door to the crypt and then looks back at Drabash and Kaelani with surprise. When Kaelani waltzes right by, following Tibi in, Moses stammers to Drabash. "A-are you just going in? Is that the way out of here?"
Drabash says to Moses, "We too are on a mission, if you would like to accompany us, you may, otherwise just wait until our return. When we return, we will see about leaving this place and returning to our world." He then calls out towards the outside "Anyone else coming? It might be useful to have all of us down here." After that, Drabash follows Tibi and Kaelani, again about 15' behind.
The hewn stone passage opens up into a large room. Large iron burial urns are positioned reverently throughout this hall, each engraved with a noble coats-of-arms from the city of Elturel. Polished swords, lances, and shields hang from racks on the walls. The mist continues to cover the floor and earie green lights provide dim lighting as the it gets even colder.
Drabash smiles at Moses "Good to see you choose to come with us, the more the merrier." he says, before returning his attention to the way they were heading.

Passing through the room you ignore the contents and keep moving. Choosing the south passage you pass into a hallway with 3 recesses in the walls that each hold a pair of iron burial caskets, six caskets arranged in stacked pairs, a pair in each recess. Each casket has a single, healthy red rose resting on its lid. At the end of the corridor is a turn to the west.

Kaelani will attune his senses to the area as he walks through the hall (Casting Guidance on himself)and attempts to determine if there is anything amiss here, and if the red roses are what they appear - a tribute to heroes. Perception: 11
Kaelani takes a closer look at the roses and they appear to living, healthy flowers. He cannot see how they remain alive as they lay on the caskets.
Meanwhile Tibi forges ahead and looks into the next room.
An iron urn heaped with human bones squats in an alcove at one end of this hall. On the wall nearby, a carved relief shows a column of mounted knights charging through a portal into a fiery hellscape.
A passage runs to the east and another to the north that then turns west.
As Cracticus clearly knows exactly where he's going (hopefully to their salvation), Moses continues to follow along, not bothering to worry about any of the curious things they pass by.

Moses appears uncertain, but then glances skyward. "Protect my steps." He ducks his head a little and follows the other three.

Moses says a little prayer, casting resistance on himself.
"Lets go south lads," Tibi says.

"Aye." Kaelani says. He's willing to continue letting the quiet one go first, then following behind to provide a little shock and awe if needed!
