Effort, you're up. Just to reiterate, there are two wolves in the horse stalls with Brask (and a very freaked out horse), along with one wolf and a direwolf in the field behind you.
Seeing the dire wolf, Effort immediately makes a dash to enter the stable. She tries to find a place in the stable that is as far away as possible from the two menacing wolves inside., as she points at the wolf on Brask and uses her bonus action to hex it, granting the wolf disadvantage on any strength checks. (Unless we're making hex affect saving throws, in which case I'd choose constitution...) She then fires off a eldritch blast at said wolf in an attempt to blow it off of Brask.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As the wolf pulls on Brask's leg, it flattens out and the blast from Effort flies past it. The wolf notices though, and seems to bite down even harder on Brask's poor leg.
Attack: 23 Damage: 4
It shakes its head back and forth, pulling at the flesh on Brask's calf. The second wolf turns, bounds at Effort, and lunges at her when in range (the stable isn't that big and they have movement of 40 ft):
Attack: 24 Damage: 8
Effort instinctively puts up her arm to shield herself, and the canine bites deeply into her forearm, immediately drawing blood. You can all hear the snarling of the other two wolves outside getting closer. Burik, you turn just in time to see them at the entrance to the stall. The dire wolf towers over you. You're up.
Burik will charge the Dire Wolf, summoning Spiritual Weapon behind it as he does so. The magical weapon is identical to the one Burik holds in his hands, but the fire is black instead of red. He'll swing with both weapons simultaneously.
Spiritual Weapon Attack: 97 Damage: 11 Force damage
Flames catch the wolf's fur for a moment, singing it, but it quickly flops onto its side and puts it out with only minor damage.
The dire wolf rears back and avoids Burik's spirital weapon attack, but as it lands back on its front paws, Burik is able to connect with his greataxe. It slashes across the shoulder of the dire wolf as he lets out a yelp, pulling back but quickly gnarling his teeth in anger.
(oops, this means it's Effort's turn again for round 2, whoops)
Effort collects herself, slapping at the wolf next to her with a shocking grasp. Cadmael assists, flapping his wings to distract the wolf so she can take better aim:
Attack: 21
Damage: 7
If the attack hits, Effort will take the chance to escape from the immediate vicinity of the wolf and gain some range, without provoking an attack of opportunity from said wolf. If it doesn't hit, she'll remain where she is.
The wolf opens his mouth to try and catch Cadmael as he flaps his wings above the canine, but the lighting from Effort's spell enters through its mouth, jolting the wolf back suddenly. It flops onto the ground motionless as a tendril of smoke rises from its head.
Brask's maul swing fails to connect with the wolf, who lets go for a split second before biting down on his knee and thrashing about. Attack: 20 Damage: 6
The dire wolf looks visibly weakende by Burik's attacks, but still lunges forward as the dwarf. Attack: 15 Damage: 6
Roll a DC 13 strength check or be knocked prone. The other wolf will still attack as it has advantage either way with pack tactics.
The smaller wolf also charges at Burik, seemingly hoping to impress its defacto leader. Attack: 23 Damage: 7
Wincing at the attacks, but keeping his footing, Burik lets the flaming greataxe hang loosely in one hand while he punches with one of his fists. As his hand moves, it gets darker as if it's drawing the nearby light into it. Inflict Wounds at lvl 1.
Atk: 16 Dmg: 8
The spiritual weapon will swing at the Dire wolf again (If it's still alive, the other wolf if not)
Burik catches the dire wolf with his fist right across it's snout, sending the wolf reeling backward as the necrotic energy takes hold. It stumbles down for a moment, but gets back up just in time to dodge Burik's second attack.
Brask swings his maul again, this time connecting perfectly. It catches the wolf in the mid-section, and the canine flies backward, hitting the barn wall with a thud. It slumps down, unconscious or dead. Brask doesn't care which at this point. He gets up and walks over to the smaller wolf that is attacking Burik. Still filled with rage, he brings the maul over his head, and with both hands, smashes in the wolf's skull. Bits of blood spatter upward.
Rd 3: Effort > Dire Wolf > Burik > Brask > Cadmael
Seeing the wolves dropping, Effort focuses her attention on the dire wolf that remains, transferring her hex to the creature. Cadmael, fly by it,she orders, as her familiar attempts to help her aim once more. Focusing, she calls on the dark power within her to fire another eldritch blast at the dire wolf as it‘s distracted: 9, dealing 8 and an additional 5 hex damage if it hits.
