(I was checking what you meant. The map could have been wrong.) Zephyr walks to the chimney and pokes it to see if it is real 

As you walk towards it, something shoots out and hits you in the upper thigh, piercing through, causing 29 damage. It looks like a slimy grey tentacle, but pointed on the end like a harpoon. A hand, pierced through at the wrist, sits at the end of it and wraps around your thigh as well. Give me an athletics or acrobatics check to escape grapple.

Uri should be close enough to try to cut him loose?

With the cry of pain Terrick here's from Zephyr.  He'lll grab on and try to prevent Zephyr from being pulled in.

Before you can reach him, Zephyr's legs are pulled out from under him, and he begins sliding towards the fireplace. As he slides, another arm appears, its pale flesh mottled and diseased looking. With an effort, it pulls itself forward, its body a quivering mass, black eyes set deep into its sockets. Black, tarlike tears stream down its face, its gaping mouth twisted in a grimace of sorrow and pain. It chokes out a strangled sob. Heeeeellllllp it manages, its hoarse voice like slithering scales over dry, dead leaves.

Uri, your attack finds its mark and you make a deep cut. Its still embedded in Zephyr's leg until Terrick yanks him free, however. When he's pulled free, more of that strangled sobbing comes from the creature, and fresh tears track down its face.

 "What in the gods damn nine hells is that!?" Eden gathers a ball of light with her hands and shoots it off at the horrifying creature.

(Does the thing have claws on the ends of it's hands that could have made the mess downstairs? Because if not, this might be what's left of the last party to run through the Manor, and maybe we should give it the benefit of the doubt.... a drowning man will climb over a rescuer to get to air, and whilst that may kill the rescuer it doesn't make the drowner a bad guy, just a desperate guy. Yes, I would feel different if that were my 29 HP :D )

Aluchard is going to follow suit and cast Moon Beam at the creature -

(Its hands look like normal human hands, just severed at the wrist and stuck on the end of the spiked tentacle-like arm. Need an action from Zephyr and Urth. Zephyr, keep in mind you're currently prone.)

Eden's sacred flame doesn't seem to affect it, and the moonbeam not very much.

Zephyr rolls back 5ft, stands up and moves back another 10ft before shooting 2 arrows (with sharpshooter. I'm mad) BA, designate the creature with slayers prey (first time I hit each turn takes 1d6 damage extra) 

Attack: 16 Damage: 19

Attack: 10 Damage: 24

Assuming at least one hits, a bonus 6 damage is done.

Your first arrow sinks into its gray flesh, but the creature doesn't even seem to notice. Your second arrow hits the hearth and skitters away.
