Athela accepts a glass of tea with a smile. "Thank you, Bea. That was exciting, I suppose. And thank you for healing me, by the way. I very much appreciated it."
Cora took a cup from Bea and gave her a sensual look as she took a sip. She looked down at the liquid. It was actually pretty good. She made a face of pleasant surprise and said. "Huh. This stuff's pretty good. Is that a hint of honey i'm tasting?" she smirked, obviously knowing the answer. "I wonder what else you can make."she said suggestively.
A short amount of time went by.
The hum of the Celeste Noir’s elemental ring fills the air. On the horizon are a jagged row of snow mountains—and brewing around them are jet-black storm clouds. The eccentric gnome Angelica Estrella d’Sivis, your captain, swaggers onto the deck and bellows, “Storm ahead! We’re heading into those mountains, mates. Secure the ship, then yourselves. We don’t want anyone getting blown away.”
The crew of the ship leaps into action. Some tie ropes around their waists, tying the other end to the railing at the edge of the ship. Others begin securing the ship by performing tasks like lowering the sails or rolling cargo below decks. To prepare for entering the storm, how do you guys prepare? Any of you that wants to help secure the ship can make a DC 10 Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check, accomplishing the task on a success. On a failure, the task isn’t completed sufficiently. I'll be tracking the successes.

Athela quickly gets to work getting cargo below deck, gathering things to set on her lap before rolling her wheelchair below decks. Once she's done, she carefully sets the brakes on her wheels and ties it to a mast, and herself to the chair.

Averian reaches out a hand, grabbing onto a rope as it swings by, lifting him into the air. As he flies, he uses part of the storm's energy to bring himself back down to the deck where he can safely tie down the rope.

Willow, noting the storm does the same as her sister, gathering anything that isn't tied down and taking it below deck as well as attempting to help anyone who needs an agile body before she ties herself to the edge of the boat next to Athela.

Cora looked at the oncoming storm and took another sip of her tea, surprisingly calm. She took out some rope and tied it around the deck railing, securing herself. She then grabbed Bea by the waist and pulled her in dramatically. Their bodies pressed up against one another, Cora's mouth was mere inches away when she spoke, as if she had just saved a damsel in distress.
"I reckon you'd be safer if you stick with me, little missy. You just hold on to your britches, sugar, Cora darling's got you right nice and tight now."she said, in her best southern accent impersonation. 8 Eh, it was a little shitty, and she added a sultry wink at the end for good measure.
The storm had taken them completely by surprise, Bea finding herself unfortunately completely unprepared for this sort of thing, but then she felt a strong arm wrap around her waist, pulling the unsuspecting blonde close to their frame. Of course, it was Cora, and Bea found herself grateful to the rogue for having came to her aid, but when she heard the mockery of her accent, she could only laugh, a hand gently placing itself on Cora's chest.
"Well, I sure do hope you have a good grip on me, cuz I'll be cursin' you from beyond the grave if you go ahead and let me die now, kitten. Here, for more incentive..." Bea leans in and presses a kiss against the others lips, her tongue quickly gliding across Cora's bottom lip before she pulls away with a sensual smile. "And you know there's gonna be more where that came from, sugar, no lettin' go now~"

"I'm not sure I wanna LET you go after that kiss, cuz there's a different kind of storm a'brewing somewhere down lower."Cora smirked, implying. She licked her lips at the thought and could still taste Bea on her mouth, the taste was sweet, and she wanted more. It was impossible how perfect her skin was, and her scent awoke a hungry beast inside Cora. Bea was gorgeous, and Cora had the stones and the courage to let her know. She was about when the ship rocked violently.
Willow, clinging to the side of the boat, notices Bea and Cora's behavior. With a loud cat call whistle, she gains their attention, and with a playful smile she shouts across the boat.
"I'm sure we all appreciate the show ladies! And you two make a cute pair! But maybe that can wait until after we're not flying into a storm?I'm sure you two could get some privacy later."
Willows expression is playful but slightly serious, her smile fading suddenly when the boat lurches and her nails dig into the side railing of the ship and she looks to Athela with worry.

The ship rocked hard. Very hard. "I gotcha!!"Cora yelled as the ship rode into the storm, holding on to Bea as tightly as she could. "Don't let go!"
Averian tripped and hit the bulkhead with a loud crunch, like dishes breaking, taking 9 cerebral assault damage. Willow effortlessly kept her balance, perfectly. It was uncanny. Athela got hit by some flying cargo, lightly, taking 2 damage.
The Celeste Noir bursts through the stormclouds and sails into perfectly calm skies. Your vessel hangs over a snowcapped mountain peak. The ship's helmsperson, a half-elf named Demitrius, pumps his fist and whoops. "Yes!"he shouts. "No Lyrandar bows before a storm!"
Angelica gives him a smile and unties herself from the ship's railing. "Everyone take a breather,"she says. "We seem to have found the eye of the storm."
A screech pierces the silence of the eye of the storm. The screech is somehow familiar—you’ve heard it before. Then, a shout. “Incoming, from below!” The ship’s mate is speaking. “Little ones, on winged beasts, like before!”
No more than an instant after the words leave his mouth, a pteranodon whistles past the deck of the ship. It bears a tiny rider—a halfling, decorated with war paint. Both the beast and its rider are dressed in warm furs to ward away the cold. The winged dinosaur wheels around and dives towards the ship’s deck, ready to strike.
Vignette, seeing the gathering storm on the horizon, believes that the storm portends great incoming danger. So, instead of hanging around outside on the main deck, she retreats to the lower deck, and lays down in her stateroom bed.

Taking the shuddering ship in stride, she easily rides out the wall of the storm in bed. However, she quickly hears the screeching of the pteranodon as it screams by the ship. Hopping to her feet, she'll quickly run out to the main deck of the ship to see what's going on.
Willow snarls at the dino and rider. "More of you? You don't learn do you...?" She unties herself and drags her blade along her neck, lighting it with frost energy (pre round). (Did her cleverly hung up dino skins on the mast strike fear into the dino?)
