Sekkar stopped for a minute, pretending to look around but keeping an eye on the sudden followers. Once they came close enough, he turned and gave them a wide and very toothy smile: "Problems, pals?" He pointed at his pin and bent down a little, so they could better appreciate the view: "City's business. You mind your own - and nobody gets hurt."
Zeno will slip down the alley and peek around the corner trying to keep hidden but follow, thinking heavily about what he’s doing and where he’s goi g, hoping to pass it on to Pensieve without delay.

The derro seem to take no notice of Sekkar's pin, either because they are too distracted or because they don't recognise the authority it represents. One of them seems to have sufficient presence of mind to recognise the danger that the lizardman possesses, and with a snarl it slinks away. The other five however, with spittle on their short scraggly beards and featureless white eyes, throw themselves in furious hatred at Sekkar. Two of them wield short hooked spears, while the other three are unarmed.

Zeno runs after Droki, barely managing to keep up enough to see the swish of his hat disappearing around each corner. A timely fly-over by Pensive catches his projected thoughts, and within moments the pseudodragon has conveyed to all the others the image of Zeno chasing Droki through the narrow gaps between makeshift buildings, as well as a general sense of which direction to go.
GoodShepherd: Droki is both fast and sneaky. To help determine the means by which Zeno tracks Droki, please roll the following: Survival (for following his trail), Perception (to catch sight of him), Athletics (to keep up)
Kirin - Level 15 High Elf Wizard (Evocation) - Zorg's Lost Souls - Overchannel Steel Wind Strike for the Win against Demogorgon Silas - Level 11 Human Cleric (War Domain) - Tomb of Annihilation Done
(Will take Acrobatics) Zeno soon loses sight of the swift Droki, but manages to follow the sound of his muttering, despite not being able to make out the words. He leaps over and under loose rocks, ragged roof slabs made of zurkwood and the occasional derro, keeping his eye on the fresh footprints in the filthy ground. Eventually the tracks disappear into a narrow fissure in the chasm wall, which would have been hidden by scraps of cloth, gray sheets of canvas, and moldy boxes if not for the tracks leading behind.

Apparently, those little monsters were too stupid to be scared. Wincing at the pokes of the spears, Sekkar activated his sword "Let's shad some light in here". He attacked the most stupid vicious of them (should one foll, he will target another with the second attack):
Zeno moves past the fissure and sets up watch on it. He sends word back through Pensieve, thinking on the image of the fissure, and saying “I think I found their hideout.”
Rhayna pokes Kastix with her elbow. “Zeno found Droki, and I think Sekkar might be in danger. We have to go!!” She opens her backpack. “Sorry little one, it might be safer if I carry you in it. We are going into derro city.”

(Three derro left. Odds they flee, evens they fight... 5, 5, 6)
The two spear-wielding derro are felled with one stroke each. Two more squeal at the sight of their fallen comrades and turn to flee (can OA one as reaction if desired), but the other crazed idiot continues to swing feeble blows at the formidable lizardman.
(question: do they care about the sunlight of the sword? Duergar did, so, to know who is affected)
"Run away, fool" Not that Sekkar suddenly grew particularly sensitive consciousness, but that was not an interesting opponent - not for him, nor for the Dawnbringer. What he needed to know about derro's fighting style he already learned. If the fool keeps attacking, Sekkar will try to grapple and lift the miniature angry vermin up (Athletic 19 )

(True, forgot that. Yes, they seem equally averse to sunlight as the duergar)
Strength check v grapple: 8 oh, a tie!
The remaining suicidal derro continues to wildly throw punches at Sekkar, who reaches out and attempts to lift the creature up by the back of the neck. But the furious little turd is stronger than it looks, and pulls itself free of his grasp, before turning and running away - not apparently out of fear of Sekkar or his shining sword, but simply out of a crazed impulse. However the altercation has attracted the attention of the surrounding derro, and the sight of their two dead comrades seems to drive more of them into a bloodthirsty anger. A dozen more pick up rocks and spears and the occassional crossbow, but warily stand beyond the aura of Dawnbringer's glow.
Rhayna tries to convince Kastix that they should go to Sekkar. He might be in trouble.

Sekkar looked around. It was either go full extermination - he was not sure that is the best outcome for many reasons, or retreating. If near by (30-60ft) is a corner/hiding spot - he will run for it, if not - for the moment he will enjoy blinding his foes with the Dawnbringer light and hope it will be enough for them to miss (or run).
If there is a place to retreat, then he will run and hide - Stealth 20 , counting on his well trained and honed ability: While in darkness, you are invisible to any creature that relies on darkvision to see you in that darkness.
Dawnbringer flares brighter for just a second, momentarily blinding the gathering throng of derro, so that when they look again the lizardman is gone. Sekkar watches from his hiding place in between two large piles of garbage, and is easily able to slink away from the scene and toward the place where Pensive has indicated Zeno is waiting...
(Unless anyone wishes to do otherwise, you are all able to regroup with Zeno without any further conflict)
(I am taking Pensive is relaying all of what's happening.)
Rhayna sees that Sekkar was able to get out of the sticky situation, so she goes to meet Zeno.
