Rhayna sees that Kirin stopped moving. She looks back at Demogorgon, and tries to get its attention. (Cast Guiding Bolt at 5th lvl.)

 I'm sure there is! Clerics are good for that kind of thing. But as it happens the effect ends at the start of Demogorgon's turn anyway.

Rhayna's divine blast strikes the demon lord like another bolt of lightning in the storm, who recoils in pain but breaks his gaze away from Rhayna and Kirin and instead strides out of the swirling wind and debris and prowls toward Sekkar. It is like two predators vying for dominance of territory, but with one towering high and trying to pummel his rival into the ground, and the other much smaller but with a sharp sting and lots of tricks...

For each attack that hits, Sekkar needs to pass a DC 23 Constitution saving throw, or have his hit point maximum reduced by the amount of damage taken.

Then it is Sekkar's turn. Demogorgon is 10' away from Sekkar.

It was getting too "hot". Sekkar did not plan to stop attacking but would not last long either. The only solution he saw right now was the use of that precious potion (why on earth did not he use it before?). Fortunately, it was not packed that far.

Action: using Potion of Invulnerability

Movement: 30ft North

Sekkar feels like his very soul has been beaten out of him, as though one more blow could finish him. The smaller but slipperier predator quaffs a potion, then tactically slips like a swift breeze out from under the demon lord's deadly tentacles. Demogorgon looks like he might take another swipe, but the lizardman is too quick. One head continues to track Sekkar's movement, while the other swivels around and locks on the gradually approaching figure of Pax...

Pax please make a DC 23 Wisdom save to avoid being stunned, or alternatively avert your eyes and be unable to see Demogorgon until the start of his next turn.

Then it is time for the Couatl and Pax!

Pax: If you do avert your eyes, I think you can still target Demogorgon with the lightning from Storm Sphere (as it doesn't say a target you can see) but since it is asking for a ranged spell attack, then it will be with disadvantage for a target you can't see.

MAP is the same as before except Sekkar has moved 30' north.

Rhayna sees that Sekkar was hit twice by Demogorgon's nasty tentacles, and it seems that she felt the hit herself. She locks eyes with the Couatl, and they both understand what must be done. Sekkar could use more help than Kirin at this moment. The Celestial races to the Lizardman. The Couatl will fly (dash) to Sekkar, giving a wide berth to the Demon Lord, arriving somewhere north of Sekkar.

(Hopefully next turn, it can cast Greater Restoration on Sekkar.)

Pax sees the two headed demon casting it’s gaze around and the terrible effects. He tilts her head down, the rim of her visor blocking the upper half of the demon from view. 
She continues striding forward (35 ft) while unleashing lightning and blasts of energy (eldritch blast) at the demon, hoping to get its attention away from Sekkar.

Bolts are slamming into the demon from all directions, some magical from Pax and Kaylyn, and the lightning from the storm. The glorious celestial feathered serpent speeds over to Sekkar to strengthen him as Pax draws closer. And ever the demon's two heads are turning, eyes burning and discerning, teeth churning, lip upturning... mind learning... hunger yearning... hatred spurning... meeting adjourning?

Demogorgon glares again at Rhayna, trying telepathically to confuse her with his abyssmal poetry.
Make a DC 23 WIS save or avert your eyes to avoid the save and be unable to see Demogorgon on your turn.

Next is Kirin, and then Rhayna.

 I have to keep moving everyone around, because people run off the map (like scared children), so hopefully it's correct.

Kirin takes a moment to shake as he becomes free moving once more, "That's it," he waves his staff in the air as he cast Crown of Stars over his head as he marches toward the demon lord, trying to close the distance. Using his bonus action, he'll send a star flying at the demon Lord.

A bright light shines out from Kirin's location, contrasting with the dark aura of Kaylyn's place, as seven small stars appear and orbit the elf wizard's head. As he strides purposefully toward the demon lord, passing Rhayna (who seems lost in thought) one of the stars shoots up in a high arc and descends... striking Demogorgon! 

The demon lord roars in pain. Never had he expected to be so beleaguered by a handful of puny mortals, and he begins to fight more desperately. Determined to thin out the number of combatants, he thrashes his tentacles once again at Sekkar...

Rhayna's stunned condition has ended.

@Rhayna: I would suggest that the Couatl will cast greater restoration it on its next turn, as that seemed to be the intent of Rhayna's instructions, and she was too stunned to effectively issue new ones. One thing I just realised, is that the Couatl should be on the same initiative as Rhayna, and go after her. I'll amend that for the next round.

Sekkar is next (if he is still alive)

(Agreed. However, I think Sekkar is down. Do I need to heal first, then Greater Restoration?)

The potion did help but barely. All Sekkar could do now is to run away if he wanted to stay alive.

Disengage, ran full available distance (60ft) away (in any direction convenient for the map, but intent is keep those 60ft between them, no cutting corners).

Sekkar knows when to cut and run, and he slips out from under the devastating tentacles and scampers north. The feathered serpent flies after him, and bestows some of its celestial abjuration magic upon him. Sekkar's wounds don't heal, but the feeling that his very life-force has been sucked out begins to dissipate.

With the lizardman fleeing out of harm's way, Demogorgon again turns his gaze to the upstart elf wizard...

Then it is Pax and Kaylyn!

 Sekkar's current hit points haven't changed, but his hit point maximum is back to its full amount.

(Sekkar, try to get closer to Rhayna so she can Heal you.)

Pax continues blasting the Demogorgon with magic, a bolt of lightning flying from the storm near her, and three blasts of magic from her outstretched hands.  

Meanwhile, she walks to the right, trying to get close to the storm. (30 feet to the right, next to the storm)

Still keeping her eyes downcast, she yells out at the monstrosity, "COME ON YA BIG HALF-WITTED SLUG. CAN'T EVEN SQUISH A TINY LITTLE GIRL!?!"  Inside her helm, she takes a deep breath.

Attack: 19 Damage: 16 lightning damage.

Attack: 32 Damage: 12 force damage

Attack: 15 Damage: 5 force damage

Attack: 20 Damage: 5 force damage

Averting his look, he sends another Star at the demon lords as a bonus action before setting off on it's general direction in a dash, crusing under his breath about the limitation of spells in spartial sense.

Pax still can hardly bear to look at the terrible demon lord, but she grits her teeth and taunts him all the same. Whether he takes the bait or not is unclear, but as a single bolt strikes true, one head swivels around and glances at the plucky half-breed. Yet the head continues to turn and locks once again on Rhayna.

Rhayna: DC 23 WIS save please or become stunned again. Alternatively avert your eyes and be unable to see Demogorgon on your next turn.

Kaylyn's action is next. Then Kirin's unsuccessful attack, followed by Rhayna.

Map unchanged except for Pax's movement.

Rhayna is going avoid looking at Demogorgon, and she is going to Dash towards Sekkar. (If they are still able to communicate telepathically. She will yell to Sekkar to come closer to her.)
