In response to Rhayna's spell, one of the quaggoths shrugs its shoulders and shambles over to squat on the cushions. The other pauses in its attempt to apprehend Rhayna to wonder what its companion is doing, and then crosses to the cushions to demand the disinterested quaggoth get up and help, giving Rhayna a few moments to descend the rope ladder and examine the room. In addition to the bed and two chests seen previously, Rhayna also notices a small table with two chairs, on which rests a small silver-framed mirror, and a small shrine to Lolth draped in white silk, on which hangs Rhayna's holy symbol.
The escaped prisoners sprint across the walkway, all except Buppido who lets out a small cry of glee and flees to the north to leap off the ledge by the north guard post, dropping into the pool. Joetaro, Kastix, Sekkar and Sarith are the first into the guard tower, and quickly ascend the ladder to the armoury. Kaylyn and Zeno head further south while Eldeth stands watch at the southern exit. Stool cowers in the edge of the room, Topsy and Turvy look nervously out the tower window overlooking the cavern, while Shuushar, Derendil and Jimjar wait below the ladder, Jimjar calling for the others to hand down some weapons. Each round after this, the four in the armoury can either hand two items down to those waiting below (including Eldeth) or grab two themselves. Shuushar won't take weapons but will take anything else
Zeno and Kaylyn slip quietly across the second walkway, through the door of the shrine, and see a quaggoth seated on some cushions. Another quaggoth is standing with its back to the door, talking to the first. Neither seem to have noticed the approach of the two half-elves.
End of Round 1. Discovery roll: 16 (The drow and other quaggoths continue to fight off the demons)
For this round, Joetaro is going to hand down weapons to the others.
Joetaro passes 2 shortswords down, which are taken by Sarith
You can specify if you wish. Each item can either be: - a single set of armor OR one shield - one crossbow OR one case of bolts - 1 shortsword OR lets say TWO daggers - 1 bag of something OR 1 coil of rope So in two rounds the three of you could get 12 items altogether, two each for six people, or three each for four people, etc.

Rhayna takes the quaggoth's confusion as an opportunity to slip down the rope ladder. Her heart skips a beat upon sighting her Selune's pendant. She runs to the small shrine to Lolth, takes it and holds it tight. "Thank you Goddess." She then inspects the room further for any non-drow adventuring gear. Perhaps, there might be more items from her companions that are of easy reach. (If the priestess is not wearing her armor.) She also checks the room if Lady Ilvara left her armor here. (Perception: 16 + 4)
(If there is still time for this round.) Rhayna goes to the black chests. She is about to open one of the chest when she remembered one of her colleagues at the library. He claimed to be an adventure before his position at the library. One thing that stuck on Rhayna's mind is he would always say. "Watch out for those damn chests!!" Rhayna carefully inspects the chests. (Investigation: 9 + 2)
(OCC: Forgot to add Guidance.)
(OCC: UGH!!! I am really sorry. I remember that Perception was 23 and Investigation was a 9(?). I remember it was not a crit fail, but it was under 10. I guess forget about the Guidance role, it's changing every time I refresh the page.)

If Sekkar can first get his hands on a long sword (any type will do, but "if") and a shield - he will arm himself before doing anything else. Then the items will be handled in the order - ranged (plus ammunition) - melee (beginning with swords) - armour - ropes.
Kaylyn quickly scans the room and fear grows in her heart as she does not see Rhayana. If she sees the opening down she moves to descend hopefully not drawing the attention of the 2 quaggoth guards.
Kastix grabs a coil of rope and two daggers before passing them down for first round.

(I will be AFK a bit this weekend, so I'll post now, even though we haven't all reported in yet. I expect it might be a bit frustrating for some, not having equipment or spell components, but I think it's all a part of being under pressure, which this adventure tries to maintain. I ask for specifics only because I've randomised at what point the drow will start chasing you, so I just want to be ready)
Rhayna is confident no other items of note are currently visible. However, she does detect that the chest on the left is locked and has a trap mechanism, and the chest on the right is ever so slightly ajar and neither trapped nor locked. (Used Rhayna's Perception roll as her action, and her passive Investigation rather than her roll). Her heart leaps as she sees two figures drop into the room, but breathes a sigh of relief when she sees who it is...
Kaylyn and Zeno slip into the room, staying to the outer edge, and sidle around to the ladder, dropping down into a bedroom where they find a bruised and still-bleeding Rhayna moving nervously around the room. (Using same Stealth checks as before)
Sarith receives the two shortswords from Joetaro, Shuushar takes the rope and Jimjar catches the two daggers. (no backpacks, sorry) Sekkar is disappointed to not see any longswords, but takes a shortsword and shield before looking around for more. (added to inventory)
End of Round 2. Discovery roll (DC 6) = 1There it is! Now you're in trouble!
At the southern end of the outpost, the three remaining demons seem to have taken their battle to the air again, but several drow have turned and spotted movement in and around the central guard tower, and a cry of alarm goes up. Topsy and Turvy start whimpering and convulsing (with fear?) at the edge of the room. After giving a shout of warning, Eldeth snatches a shortsword from Sarith, calls out Save yourselves! then starts to run south along the walkway, yelling a dwarven battle cry...

If it's possible, Sekkar will turn over the stand with weapons (so it will rain down), pick up the armor and slither down to the ground. "Run, fools!"//sorry, could not resist//"To the pool! You can not fight them, and if you stop - others will come. North, everyone who can move!"
The chest Rhayna opens contains Ilvara's scale mail, underneath which lies Rhayna's journal, Joetaro's holy symbol, Zeno's thieves tools, Kaylyn's magic rod and healing potion, and Kastix's wand, as well as some silken garments.
There is still time in this round for Rhayna, Kaylyn and Zeno to grab two items each (or just the armour) and ascend the ladder. Attempting to open the locked chest will require this round AND the next at least (one to disarm the trap and one to pick the lock, assuming both attempts succeed).
