Kaylyn was a bit disappointed when none of the items were magical, but she gathered them up just the same. But the disappointment fled quickly as she was suddenly surrounded by a small cloud of fluttering butterflies and colourful floating flower petals in the air around her.
"It seems our spells cause a few strange things to occur here in this area." she remarked as she laughed at the sight.
Then Kastix and Sekkar disappeared!
"Kastix, Sekkar! Are you there?" she called out, hoping they were merely invisible but her concern fled as she realized she knew the spell Kastix had cast, they were invisible.
"OK, moving on then? Down it is?" as she moves o follow the others.
"I'm waiting here, thought I'll get some stealth as well," Kastix states, invisible with ear to hole, "Give a shout of you need to be seeable!"

As Joetaro moves to stand next to Zeno, the rogue again feels sick at the smell lingering on the paladin's clothing, and he tactfully moves away toward the hole to have a look down. Kaylyn and Rhayna also feel their way carefully toward the hole, careful not to bump into the invisible Kastix and accidentally push him in. All can hear Sekkar's sibilant voice from below warning them to wait.
As Sekkar looks around the dark chamber, his reptilian eyes can see that this chamber is the same size as the one above. A large gilded sarcophagus rests atop a stone bier against the western wall. Sekkar has only taken a few steps however, when a misty form rises from the sarcophagus, taking a vaguely humanoid shape with two pin-points of red light in the place of eyes. This creature appears to be even more powerful and malevolent than the specters in the room above.
Suddenly the loud voice of Kastix yells down the hole, informing Sekkar of his desire for stealth. Kastix looks up in surprise, having intended to speak softly, and a little abashed at the unintended volume. In the chamber below, as the creature takes shape, a sepulchral vaguely-female voice issues from it, speaking softly in a language Sekkar does not recognise: Sonunda, ihtiyacım olan gücü vermek için yaşayan bir ruh. The twin red eyes scan the room and the voice speaks again. Ama neredesin? Kendinizi gösterin, ölümünüz beni bu hapishaneden kurtarabilir.
Kastix leans back into the hole to whisper to Sekkar to shout out if help is needed, but again his voice bellows out in a shout of his own, echoing off the chamber walls. The ghostly form looks sharply toward the hole and then slowly starts to float toward it, and those looking down from above can see the twin points of light and the misty incorporeal form as it enters their view...

Here's a couple of maps to clarify the current situation
The map on the left is the upper room. Kastix is red and is invisible, Kaylyn is yellow, Zeno is maroon, Rhayna is purple, Joetaro is blue. The sarcophagus in the bottom right has actually been rolled to the left beside the other one, and is out of the way.
The map on the right is the lower room. The wraith is directly below the hole opening and visible from above by all adjacent to the hole. Sekkar is green and is also invisible.

Looks like Kastix was right - the evil those ancient people locked in here was hardly a match to a demon-in-the-lake. Still, it was powerful enough to be trouble for him - and for the group. Good thing they had some practice just a minute ago.
He could not stop the ghost from floating up, but crawl behind and attacked at first opportunity:

Kaylyn gets a very concerned look on her face as the spectral creature begins to rise and she is slow to act. With a wave of her hand she casts Invisibility on herself.
(It was a little difficult to hear from her location, but even Rhayna didn't recognise any of the speech.)
Kastix blasts the ascending wraith with a triple ray of flame. Much of it passes through the ghostly form, but the creature evidently feels something and it hisses in wrath.
(Rhayna's turn)

Rhayna's prayer to Selune bolsters the confidence of all as they see another spectral figure rise from the floor, this one more malevolent and powerful than the last. The wraith reaches out a misty hand toward the tiefling that harmed it, lusting for his life force, but so soon risen from a centuries-old grave, the attack is feeble and poorly executed, and Kastix is unharmed.
Actions from Joetaro and Zeno. Kastix and Rhayna can take Round 2 actions if desired.

@Al_the_bard: As no-one has moved yet, Joetaro can't get within melee range of the wraith. Instead I can apply your attack rolls to Guiding Bolt which is ranged, does more damage, gives advantage to the next attack, and avoids Joetaro imposing disadvantage on the others with his poisonous smell. Let me know if you prefer a different action than this.
Kastix: Scorching Ray: HIT x2, 11 fire dmg. Invisibility ends. Rhayna: Bless -> Kastix/Joetaro/Kaylyn/Zeno Wraith: Life Drain v Kastix: Attack: 9 miss
Joetaro: Guiding Bolt HIT. 17 radiant dmg. Kaylyn: casts Invisibility Zeno: advantage roll from Guiding Bolt: 10 HIT. 10 dmg Sekkar: Hunter's Mark, Attacks HIT x2, 14 slashing dmg
Joetaro sees the wraith rise above the heads of his companions, floating near the ceiling and looking for its next target. Calling on Selune's light, the paladin fires a bolt of energy like a concentrated moonbeam which strikes the ghostly figure, illuminating it in a soft aura and causing it to shriek in agony. As Kaylyn disappears from view, Zeno takes aim at the now-glowing creature and fires his crossbow. Although the bolt again clatters in the corner near the ceiling, he seems to have struck a sensitive area. The area vacated by the rogue is suddenly filled as Sekkar appears in view, his blades flashing through the spectral form. The substance of the wraith is rapidly dissipating and the glowing eye-points begin to flicker uncertainly.
Back to Kastix and Rhayna. The wraith is severely weakened.
