Vanzaren follows everyone to the next chamber, summon the song the circus master had taught him. He dashes into the room, ready to attack next time he gets a chance.
Action: Dash into the room with the bugbear, drow, and wolf
Hearing animals roars, Garet in his turn moves close to door and carefully pulls his Mielikki amulet. As he leans out to see what is happening inside the room he whisper short pray to his goddess to calm ferocious wolf.

WOLF - Wisdom (Save): 3 vs. DC 13. The wolf is undeterred by the cleric's show of faith and instead snarls menacingly.
FEMALE DROW - The slender drow watches with some trepidation as the rampaging Marcon barreled towards the bugbear king and shrugged off an attack by the ferocious wolf. But then, the equally slender form of the half-elf wizard appeared in front of her, offering a much more attractive target. She clenches her fists and releases pair of explosive punches at Vanzaren's mid-section:

Marcon catches the blow on the shield, and after a short struggle, knocked Grol's weapon off to the side to regain his guard. "To you? There's only one name that matters!"He growled out, becoming more wolfish and feral in both appearance and attitude and the seconds tick by. "I am Vargr. And I am your end!" He emphasizes his point in trying to catch Grol off-guard in a uppercutting slash up chest and throat.

The drow takes Vanzaren's blade as ut strikes down hard in between her head and shoulder. The image of the drow shifts and weaves as the drow let's out a garbled scream, which also appears to break and crack in a strange way.
WOLF - Wisdom (Insight) 3 vs. Charisma (Persuasion) 18
The wolf's ears perk up at the sound of Garet's howl and it tucks its tail between its legs as its rabid snapping and snarling calms to a barely audible growl.
FEMALE DROW - the physical form of the slender, elegant drow begins to twist and shift. Her face bulges in strange places as her limbs swell to nearly three times their original girth while her torso grows in width. But as these changes occur, so does her height, becoming shorter and stockier than before. Finally, her skin and facial features fade from the polished obsidian of a voluptuous female drow to a pale and pasty male dwarf. As they watch in disbelief, a thick, scraggly beard springs forth from the chin of the shapechanging creature.
"Please! Stop I beg you! That dwarf is me brother!" says the shape-shifted dwarf in a very dwarven-sounding accent, while pointing to the unconscious humanoid lying on the floor behind the bugbear king. "If you are here to rescue him, then we are allies!" He puts his hands in the air in an attempt to show he is unarmed and offering no resistance.
Ronk blinks in confusion as the lady drow becomes not a lady and not a drow who seems to be surrendering. He turns to the wolf and, oh it's just kind of peeved and not murderous. He shrugs and moves in on King Grol, stabs out with his spear, then follows through with a backhand and a kick.
Spear Attack on King Grol: 18; damage on hit - 6 Piercing
Flurry of Blows
Unarmed attack 1: 18; damage on hit - 5 Bludgeoning
Unarmed attack 2: 11; damage on hit - 4 Bludgeoning.
The massive bugbear King screams in rage and pain as the monk's long spear sinks into his side, and when the steel tip comes out glistening with dark blood he screams again and tries to protect himself, but soon buckles under a rain of ruthless punches and kicks, one fist smacking into his great meaty bulk with a resounding slap. His porcine eyes gleam with hatred - and something else, something that could be... fear ? - as he hisses:
" TRAITOR ! YOU WANT HURT KING !? "
He seems to weigh the situation and he suddenly brandishes his spiked mace, waving it towards the prostrate form of Gundren at his feet.
" You wantin filthy dwarf too, uh ? Do you ? YES... ME KNOWS YOU DO. "
He grins cruelly.

Unable or unwilling to take his eyes off the bugbear even before his declaration, the transformed drow-dwarf(?) isn't even spared a glance from the ex-farmhand. He would note that despite feinting and growling to keep the adversaries within 5ft of him on edge for the others, that any opening created had gone ignored by the others(Vanzren & Ronk). Before he could truly come to terms with that however, whatever amounted to conscious thought at the time came to a screeching halt the moment the dwarf got threatened.
And just like so many years ago, Marcon's world goes dark....
What then stands in a man's place is no man an all. No words spoken appears to even register on its face as it stares at Grol with a feralness befitting a berserker or something far worse. If that alone isn't enough of a sign, the fact he wantonly casts the blade and growled would be another. In a moment, it almost appears as if the nails began to elongate and canines became just that more pronounced. In the next moment, he -- it's upon Grol, smashing its fist perhaps uselessly into thick bodied hide relentless, and not caring about how effective it was. All that seemed to matter was to keep trying over and over again the thing before him stopped moving... or it did.
Action: Punch at King Grol. [Reckless, Lethal]Unarmed Strike - Attack: 12 Damage: 9 non-magical bludgeoning.
Bonus Action(if hit): Tavern Brawler Grappling on King Grol - Athletics: 20 vs Grol's Athletics or Acrobatics.
Movement(on Grol): To immediate south of Marcon's position, then 5ft further south into the wall, pushing aside the table(if possible).

King Grol's eyes widen as he sees the ranger rushing to Gundren's help, and he lifts his morningstar to deliver the fatal blow just as the dwarf regains consciousness. Right then, Macron launches itself at him and the bugbear chieftain instinctively puts up his shield to deflect the farmhand's fierce right hook, that whacks ineffectively into the reinforced woodstrips with a hollow ring.
All hell then breaks loose in the room: the brutish 'King' tries to make good on his threat by swinging his lethal club down onto his prisoner, who by now has come back to his senses just in time to witness the spiked cudgel hurtling towards him.
** King Grol uses his Readied Action to hit prone Gundren - Attack: 22 Damage: 12 **
Gundren instinctively rolls aside and the metallic ring of the King's club on the stone floor where the dwarf's head should have been is accompanied by the bugbear's cry of rage and dismay.
Back on the far side of the small room, sitting on its haunches next to the north wall, the King's wolf starts howling: a sorrowful, blood-curling animal wail.
