Sorrin was able to damage the shadow creature. Victor, on the other hand, due to his bestial failure, immediately changed demeanor and could think nothing of but the Hunger - the rush of sinking his fangs in a prey and tasting warm blood washing over his tongue. The Beast takes over and all you can think about is slaking your overwhelming desire to feed. You drop your gun and feed from the closet team member next to you, chosen randomly (roll a die or something), until you slake 1 hunger level. The person you feed off of this round cannot perform any actions. If you attempt to do anything else but feed you can do so at a -2 dice pool penalty.
This effect basically preoccupies two people this round - the rest can decide what to do after Victor's "victim" is chosen.
Victor's failure filled him with bestial fury. Suddenly the only thing that mattered to him was getting another meal. Everything went red and he grabbed one of the bodies near him and bit into their neck, his fangs tearing their flesh. It felt so good, feeding, sating the Beast that Victor didn't notice Alana screaming until he finally regained control. He immediately let go of her, filled with shame over what he had done. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

Alessandra had to double take on Victor going beast mode on Alana, and she was ready to attack him if need be, but it seemed as if he was able to get a grip on himself all the while feeling guilty. She kept her comments to herself and tried to focus on what needed to be focused on. Seeing as she was practically useless with the dagger, she decides to help Misha land some blows on it instead!

Sorrin slashes at the monstrosity again, but the distraction of the mild betray of Victor, throws him off and lets him get slashed by the monster's claws. Wincing more at his own mistake than the pain, he tries to keep the beast away from Alana who is likely dealing with Victor.
Another exchange between the shadow creature and the coterie, but this time Misha took a hit. It wasn't bad, but Aless helped, and it could have been much worse.
Alessandra snorts at Victor's comment as she moves to help Sorrin hurt the damn thing.

(For those that have suffered superficial damage, you can Rouse your Blood to heal a number of points of superficial damage according to your Blood Potency.)
As Misha and Sorrin's attacks beat and cut through the shadow creature, it eventually succumbed to it's wounds and violently vaporized in an explosion of darkness. Misha's flashlight slowly began to brighten again and she picked it up, her top torn slightly from a hit she had taken during the fight. Hitting the creature took a little bit of her mental fortitude - and she didn't have much. Laughter could be hear off in the distance - Ordonio. It faded, as if retreating. Misha turned to the others. "Everyone ok?"
She shined the flashflight along the walls, and it turned out the floor was large, old, dusty, and eventually converged to a long passageway that narrowed and contained huge piles of debris like rock, stone, and trash. The passageway continued, and looked like a number of people had dug to make it. Everywhere they looked, it was dark and the flashlight was barely able to penetrate it. We walked for what seemed like an hour. The passageway eventually edged up and we crawled up, pushing debris off of a man made opening. Peeking inside, Misha looked around for a moment.
"It's a warehouse." She said."Abandoned.."She pushed the heavy panel aside, and stepped out.
You appear to be in what looks like to be a massive abandoned COSTCO like business. It's difficult to tell - the place is old, and completely vandalized and destroyed. Metal industrial shelves tower like sentinels row after row holding expired and ransacked boxes and debris. It is completely dark, save for the occasional dim industrial light overhead that someone is still working. There is evidence of life either living or has lived in this abandoned location - there's rats scurrying, but what's more unnerving..candles. Lit candles everywhere. On the floor, on the shelves, everywhere. There is trash littered on almost every square foot, and some boxes and shelving has been overturned to form a path that seems to lead to the center of the warehouse. As you carefully look around, you noticed that long construction ladders have been placed strategically across the metal racks of the aisles, as if made for rapid travel. If you didn't know better, you were definitely in the official domain of a vampiric cultist group.
Off in the distance, you can hear laughter, grunting, and other humanoid sounds. You are not alone.
The fight itself was very much taxing and Alessandra was quick to rouse her blood to begin healing the scraps and bruises she managed to get. (Rouse success, healing two superdogs!) When everyone seemed ready to push forward, she followed behind Misha, her Eyes of the Beast activated to see deeper into the darkness than the flashlight could.
Hearing the noises in the distance made her grimace, and she squints her eyes to see if maybe she could see how many people were hanging about the area, or if it would be best they sneak past the group.

The abandoned warehouse was a complete mess. Voices could be heard far off in the distance, as if you were being observed, maybe followed, but it was difficult to see anything past all of the debris and the aisles beyond the one you were currently walking in.
There was a clear path however. Slowly walking down the first aisle, you came to the end - it was blocked off with pallets of boxes and other debris. You bent over and walked under the large industrial metal shelving to the next aisle. Off in the distance, a few fires burned - you could hear the crackling - and the sounds of human voices screaming, babbling, making no sense - could be heard. The entire place was old, and filthy. How long has this store been abandoned? At times, the fire created shadows and you would see out of the corner of your eye something running, scurrying, waiting for their moment to strike.
As you explored the abandoned warehouse, objects and markings would catch your interest. Empty oil drums stuffed with trash would be on fire, the only dangerous light source as you slowly walked down the aisles. Occasionally, fresh blood splatters and marking would be seen fresh on the floor and splayed across the rotted boxes of product still on the shelves. Not to mention all the lit candles. Hundreds of them, everywhere. At times, you'd have to access the next aisle by climbing up makeshift ladders and pallets, and it was nearly impossible to not make noise as you pressed on.
"We're making too much noise." Victor whispers. He activates The Silence of Death, canceling out all noise within a seven meter radius centered on him. "Now we should be able to travel quietly" He signs.
Sorrin gives the universal 'OK' sign, then proceeds to make makeshift ladders and steps for his less agile friends, before climbing up himself. Once in the next aisle, he narrows his vision to look for what or who is nearby.
Now that they all were quiet, Alana activated her heightened senses, keeping watch and an ear out for anything other than themselves that makes a movement around them.

We quietly crossed over the aisle and came to what looked like a dead end - a massive blood splattered double door that said "BREAKROOM" slanted on top of it. Some sort of cult like symbol was scrawled in blood on the right side of the double doors. It led to a brick walled back end hallway - it was filthy and smelled terrible. Some of the old ceiling boards fell - someone was definitely up in the rafters scurrying away. Because of the rubble and trash, the only way to continue normally was through the women's bathroom. Feces was on the walls, the mirrors were broken, and the stalls were old and rickety. A single overhead light flickered - the rest were burnt out long ago. Blood was smeared in many places, and in the last handicapped stall, was something of a nightmare - about 4 mutilated and eaten bodies, like cannibals furiously ate a meal and left it there to bleed and rot. While staring at this mess, grunting and screaming could be heard coming from the main warehouse. People were coming.
