(OOC: Some questions: Firstly, what does Mordekai see up on the third floor? Can he see the kid locked up?...not that getting the kid out is particularly within Mordekai's skillset! Secondly, what did the second daughter do? She failed her insight check, right? Did she just stand there, caught in indecision? And thirdly, how far down would Mordekai be able to get with 30ft movement? Could he get down far enough to get line of sight to an enemy?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: The 3rd floor is where the sisters were. There's a ladder leading further up. The kid, it would seem, is in the crate in the closet. There are three stacked, with the top one open and empty, and the bottom two shut with latches keeping them closed, but they're easy enough to flip the latch and swing the door open. But, you haven't done that yet. The other daughter stood in indecision trying to figure out what was real and what was fake. Mordekai could get to the top of the stairs, looking down into the first floor with 30 feet of movement, or just beside where the sisters are, so, line of site to them, but not the old woman.)
Olin casts his spells while Meepo looses a crossbow bolt that rips through the side of the womans leg, she screeches in pain. (CON save / curse concentration : 14 DC: 10)
Aga looks at the woman, confused, shaking her head, but seemingly slow to react as she glances around the room with a confused look.
Mordekai, torn between opening the crates to let the kid escape, and going to fight the women, finally decides that if they all get killed, the kid will die anyway, and if they can kill these horrific women they'll release the kid after, and besides, how is the kid going to get out of here amidst the fight anyway? (Also, dropping Disguise Self so that the kid isn't terrified of him costs an action, as would presumably opening the crate, and then doing anything to help the kid escape is another turn on that! lol)
Mordekai will rush down the stairs and into the fray, casting Eldritch Blast at the daughter who saw through his trickery.
Attack: 22 Damage: 11
"YOU PICKED THE WRONG MOTHER!" he'll screech - more for the Traveler's entertainment than any further attempt at trickery.
With ferocity the room is suddenly filled with motion, arrows, swinging blades, and blast of dark magic that explodes around the room. One of the sisters is struck by a blast of dark magic from upstairs, the spell buffeting her with energy as she stumbles. Kane does the same, his blast missing, a window exploding outwards just behind her as the energy rips through the room.
The old woman turns to Ismark who is swinging his blade at her to little effect, and suddenly her form flickers and changes and in her spot stands a horrific looking blue skinned devil woman. She shrieks with a loud cackling voice and leaps at Ismark, her fingers ending in sharp claws that grasp for his throat.
Attack: 17 Damage: 16
The one sister that was confused, looks up the stairs and hisses at Mordekai, she extends her hands and three glowing darts of magical energy rip through the air and slam into him.
Magic missile damage: 9
The other turns to Kane, and mumbles some arcane words, an evil voice echoes in the room as she speaks filling his mind. (Make a wisdom saving throw).
Ismark continues his fearsome melee combat, his blade sweeping back and forth with both hands, trying to strike the evil witch before him. Attack: 11 Damage: 4. Attack: 12 Damage: 10.
Aga, at the start of each of your turns, make a DC 15 Wisdom save or you lose your turn as the witches Curse seems to confound your mind and leave you confused.
Ismark shrieks as the witches claws slash deeply into his flesh, his own flailing swings with his blade missing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Being hit by the magic missiles, Mordekai will use his reaction to cast Hellish Rebuke against the other sister, for 14 damage on a failed DEX 15 sav , and half that on a success.
Then, now that she's got his attention, he'll use his turn to cast Eldritch Blast at her, too.

(Aga, it wouldn't have helped these abysmal rolls you're getting but you have bless so add 1d4 to your save roll next turn.)
Seeing Mordekai laying into one of the sisters with great effect, Olin will attack the same sister. First, he casts spiritual weapon as a bonus action, as a large spectral oak branch appears in the air next to her, then comes crashing down on the woman's head. Then attacks with his shillelaghed staff.

Meepo, from behind a cabinet looses another crossbow bolt that slams into the mother, a spray of purple blood splashing across the wall. (Concentration roll for Aga's curse: 8)
Aga, you find the cloud across your mind clears suddenly as the hag growls at Meepo, "You're next you little rat!"
One sister being beaten on shrieks in pain and anger, her own body shimmering and transforming into a similar purple skinned hag as the mother as she curses the group in an angry voice.
Meepo shoots again.
Attack: 24 Damage: 8
Wisdom: 5
Second: 4
(Jesus)
Olin casts shillelagh, infusing his staff with magical energy. Then casts bless on Aga, Kane, and himself.
((Don't forget your blesses! +1d4 to attack rolls and saving throws!))
