Ok... Here goes!!
After swinging the door open, Chrys and Kess run in with weapons drawn. However, in their riotous, drunken revelry, it seems as if your presence is not noticed by all of the goblins, at least for now. It looks like three members of the cheering group on the left have seen you come in, as is evidenced by the wide-eyed stares that they give you as the crane their necks and look over.
This is the group that Chrys intends to hurl the flask at.
However, before that happens, the three goblins who notice you turn and launch towards you in an excited sprint, yelling and hollering high-pitched goblin screams that are clearly intended to alert the rest of the group. Two of them quickly close the distance and suddenly Kess and Chrys find themselves face to face with a pair of the foul smelling creatures that reek of ale and sweat.
The two goblins pull their scimitars from their bets scabbards, but you notice that neither of them has a shield, which is of them the case, at least it has been with the other goblins you've seen recently. Glancing out of the corner of your eye, you do see a number of shields strewn about in a couple of piles on the floor of this chamber.
Yelling with yips and gargled yells, both goblins bare their teeth as they slash their blades furiously at Chrys, who is currently one step ahead of Kessdara. Attack: 9 Damage: 6, Attack: 12 Damage: 6.
Lumen, who is poking his head in the door ten feet behind, casts his readied Vicious Mockery spell at one of the goblins jockeys, who, caught up in his debauhery, is apparently obvious to this sudden intrusion. (Wis save: 21.) Unfortunately, either he doesn't notice that he's the target of the spell, or else he shrugs it off with no affect.
Another goblin follows closely behind the other two and joins the attack, wildly stabbing and slashing at this dwarven intruder with his blade. Attack: 15 Damage: 11.
Chrys, you can either try and lob the oil, or else engage in melee with the three goblins that are currently attacking you. As of right now, those are the only ones who have noticed your entrance into the room, but with the commotion of battle, you know that will change and in a few seconds, you'll have the entire group on you.
( Chys is still going to lob the oil in such a way that Vesper's fire bolt will do maximum damage (or any damage at all, if it missed the goblin but still hit some oil). )
Chrys grunts a little as the goblin horde rushes at her -- but she was expecting it, and is prepared as she brings her shield to bear, knocking off the multiple hits from the three goblins with little trouble. Reaching back, she flings the oil at the group of goblins as planned, yelling "Vesper! Light 'em up!"

Ranged attack roll: 20
Though being swarmed by foes, Chrys manages to squeeze an eye shut, stick out her tongue, and fling the oil in the direction of the goblins she was aiming at!
Her tough dwarven tenacity paying off in a big way, Chrys hurls the flask at a trio of goblins that are grouped together. The flask strikes the middle one right in the head, and you watch as the small bottle smashes apart and splashes oil all over the creature's head and torso. A bit of it also splashes onto his two companions.
The goblin screams, and the three goblins turn to look at you with rage in their big yellow eyes. By now, the commotion has altered everyone in the room, and even the two "jockeys" abruptly halt their horrid contest and reach for their weapons.
While the oil-covered goblin frantically tries to clear the messy, black liquid away from his face, one of his companions races forward and charges right at Chrys, his scimitar waving wildly in the air. Joining his two comrades, he pokes and prods his blade at the dwarf with vengeful malice. She can see the grime on the metal as she tries to deflect the attacks with her shield. Attack: 11 Damage: 5.
(Vesper is up next, and I'm going to say that Chry's direct hit has splashed into the goblin's eyes, temporarily blinding it. This would give her advantage on her attack for the Firebolt, so I need another attack roll from Vesper.)
Standing just behind the threshold of the door behind Lumen and Krackle, Vesper lets loose her arcane fire bolt. The orange glowing missile flies right towards the oil goblin and slams right into his face. His entire head erupts into a ball of fire that sends a plume of black smoke above and you hear a wicked, blood-curdling scream as the creature flails about for a few seconds in spastic desperation, before the body slumps to the floor.
In the fracas, the goblin standing next to him ignites as well, although he only had a small bit of oil splash onto him, so the fiery damage is minimal. Quickly patting out the flames, this slightly charred goblin draws his own blade and charges forward. Seeing that there of his fellow goblins are engaged with Chrys, he races right at Kess, who is standing right behind her. Swinging with wild slashes, he does his best to try and stick is sword past her own defenses. Attack: 13 Damage: 5.

With deft swordplay, Kess easily parries the attacks of the goblin that's currently engaged with her, and quickly finding an opening it the creatures own defenses, she slices her scimitar across the creature's throat. The goblin drops to the ground in a pool of spurting blood.
Then, spinning her body to the side, she slashes hard across the back of one of the goblins that's fighting Chrys. She draws a deep red gash across its back, but the blow is not quite enough to kill the creature.
By now, the two jockeys have leapt from the backs of the two naked humans. Kicking the abused men to the ground, they both grab short bows from the floor and fire arrows at Lumen Attack: 19 Damage: 9 and Vesper Attack: 17 Damage: 9. They're about 40 feet away from the door when Lumen, Vesper and Krackle are, and about 30 feet away from Chrys and Kess. The slightly burned goblin, who was standing next to the one that was hit by the oil leans down, picks up a bow and fires his arrow at Kess. Attack: 18 Damage: 8.
Looking for an opening, Krackle unloads his sling at one of the goblins that's fighting Chrys. His accuracy is good, and he watches as the stone threads the needle between Chrys and Kess and strikes the goblin firmly in the chest. The creature wavers, but it remains standing.
Round 2
Feeling emboldened by the three-on-one gangup on the dwarf, the first two goblins keep bashing, swiping, sticking and prodding with their swords as they relentlessly attack Chrys. The noise of their blades banging on her shield almost becomes a deafening flurry of clanging in her ears. Attack: 24 Damage: 9 and Attack: 13 Damage: 12.
Lumen sees Chrys taking a lot of punishment and rushes up behind her, pressing his hand on the center of her back, saying, "you're not alone, my strong dwarven friend." He casts heroism and she gains 4 temporary hp at the start of each of her turns for the next minute.
He also inspires Vesper with his bonus action, strumming loudly and powerfully on his lute (OOC I am trying to inspire everyone equally so if I'm neglecting anyone please let me know!!)

As Lumen attempt to inspire and motivate his companions with music and arcane abilities, the injured goblin that had just been cut on the back by Kess does his best to dodge her blade, while still pressing his own attack after Chrys. Trying to take advantage of the fact that the dwarf is facing a relentless blitz of three goblins, he waves his scimitar in wide arcs, looking for a way to get it behind her shield. Attack: 8 Damage: 13.
That other goblin (#4) that just saw his friend's head explode in a burst of oil-fueled flame fires another arrow at Kess Attack: 16 Damage: 11, and then sprints over to the far wall to try hide himself amidst the piles of broken furniture that lay strewn on the far side of the room. (Stealth roll: 25 - Anyone trying to target this goblin needs to match this roll with a Perception check to see him.)
(Vesper is next, and she has one of Lumen's d6 Inspiration dice to use on one attack roll or ability check she makes in the net 10 minutes.)
Swinging Due Process with full force in a wide arc, Chrys's weapon slams into the goblin's chest. She hears bones break as the hammer shatters the creature's rib cage. It's followed by a small puff as the goblin's shredded lungs instantly collapse. The force of the blow sends the creature off its feet and it flies a couple yards away before landing in a dead flump.
(Vesper, you're up, and Kess is next, so go ahead and take her turn too.)

With a few arcane words and a flash of light, Vesper's fire bolt skims right past Chrys's shield and slams into the goblin's throat. The bright orange flare exploding so close to her causes the dwarf to blink, but as she opens her eyes back up, she sees that the creature's entire neck and chin are black and blistered. With a surprised, pained expression in his hollow eyes, the goblin falls dead.
Right next to her, Kess whirls her blades with amazing precision and deals a relentless series of attacks on the third and final goblin that was attacking Chrys. Seeing his two compassions go down so quickly, his expression suddenly changes from excited malice to frightened desperation as he tries to fend off the elf's merciless offensive. He's clearly outmatched, though, and within seconds, the goblin succumbs as he falls dead, bleeding from numerous wounds.
All of the goblins that were fighting with Chrys and Kess are now dead, and the only three that remain are the two bow-wielding jockeys about thirty feet away from them, and the hidden bow-wielding goblin. Since it's still Kess's turn, we can assume that she would take her move action and race the thirty feet towards the two jockey goblins.
As she runs forward, the first one fires an arrow at her: Attack: 12 Damage: 7, and then takes off running, using its Disengage action. He turns to flee into the hallway that leads out of the open exit that you now see leads out of the north wall.
The state of the battle is now as follows, and it's Krackle's turn.
22 - Goblin 1 - Dead. Burned by Vesper
22 - Goblin 2 - Dead. Crushed by Due Process.
21 - Lumen
20 - Goblin 3 - Dead. Killed by Kess
16 - Goblin 4 - Slightly Burned. Wielding a bow. Hiding with a stealth check of 24
15 - Chrys
13 - Goblin 5 - Dead. Head burned up like a giant matchstick.
12 - Vesper
12 - Goblin 6 - Dead. Killed by Kess
11 - Kess - Now standing next to Goblin 8
9 - Goblin 7 - Jockey with bow - Currently Fleeing into the north hallway
4 - Krackle
3 - Goblin 8 - Jockey with bow. - Injured by Krackle
As you scan the room and get a more thorough look, you see that it's about 50-60 feet across and about 40-50 feet wide. There's a door in the middle of the left (south) wall, and open hallways in the west and north walls, which is where the fleeing goblin has just gone. It appears to be a dining hall, but many of the tables and chairs have been smashed and pushed up against the west wall. The other bow wielding goblin is hidden somewhere in this area, having taken refuge amongst the broken furniture.
In the northeast corner of the room, you see an open barrel next to a broad hearth, in which a roaring fire is burning, and in the center of the room, there are a number of improvised beds made out of straw, sticks, leaves and scraps of dirty, stained canvas, maybe 20 beds in total.
The two naked humans have collapsed onto the floor and are not moving. Both of them are relatively near Kess and the last bow wielding goblin, about 40 feet away from the door where Lumen, Vesper and Krackle are standing, and 20 feet away from the opening where the goblin has just fled.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Krackle would move down the hallway, choosing to still stay behind his friends as he loaded another stone into his sling. Seeing a goblin standing next to Kess, The tiny kobold would quickly spin his sling as fast as he could before letting loose a stone towards the jockey with a bow (8).
Attack: 16 Damage: 9
