(Did forget to mention, with three encounters done the party levels up.)
Henri looks between the two bickering, "U-um...does it really matter? From the context of it, it sounds like you guys aren't likely to group up again...so why worry about who's in charge or if they're giving orders when you all might not see each other again. I-I mean, I'm sorry but its mostly just a difference of opinions not facts. You guys aren't a set group but five strangers working together...I-It's just my opinion though...But I need to head to the commander's room, the records there should be what my senior is looking for. From what I remember, it should be past the dungeon."
The two side doors open practically effortless while the center one is heavier to push open. Inside the side rooms, there are a number of scorched bunk beds. And where there should be some lies a black crater instead. The center door reveals a long corridor, each side having a single cell. A slight chill can be felt as the door is opened. And you all can see various skeletons in the room, in cells and in the corridor. At the end of the corridor lies a similar door to the center one.
"So, nothing in this side passage. Looks like it is the dungeon we go," Caram comments as he joins Nasaar at the doors. "Those bones are probably what the big dog wanted, am I right?" He hesitantly steps forward, in to the dungeon, his demeanor casual with just a hint of tension.
"Then let's move on and check out this room you need to find." Nasaar agrees, nodding to their employer. He moves into the dungeon area with Caram, keeping his eyes open for anything of danger.

Folas replies, "Maybe you're right Henri, and I'd agree 100% if we were treasure hunting, but protection jobs rely on coordination. Stay close as we move through the dungeon"
Folas moves forward with Henri just to the side and behind, alert for any signs of movement behind them.
(Happy holidays to all, hope all had a wonderful time. And just to inform, I will hopefully get back into a daily posting routine during the holiday cooldown. I apologize for any period of silence that might occur.)
(So as I understand, Caram in the front, then Nasaar, then Folas, then Henri, and Bronwen checking the other room.)
Inside the room with the burnt beds, Bronwen finds not much. Even the things he does find, are charred and hard to make out. Some burnt remains of a necklace or armor but nothing of value really.
Before they move forward, Nasaar casts armor of agathys on himself. His clothes and armor covered by a layer of magical ice. (Gives him 5 temp HP and anything that hits him takes 5 cold damage.)
He follows his companion forward, keeping an eye out for anything of danger.
As the party keeps an eye out, they notice some of the bones start to move. As they quickly assemble themselves into a humanoid figure, complete with rusted armor and weapons. Their skull clatter as they point their weapons and arrows towards the group. Henri gives a shriek as behind more of them have appeared.
Encounter Start
Setting: Party is at the center of the corridor, with 3 skeletons flanking each side, total of 6. 20 feet ahead are 2 skeletons with shortswords as well as the back. The other two skeleton stays near the doors, about 50 feet from the party. Caram is in the other room, just alerted via Henri's scream.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Initiative Order:
Soldier 4
Soldier 2
Soldier 1
Folas
Soldier 3
Archer 1
Bronwen
Archer 2
Caram
Nasaar
(Feel free to say something, I mean Henri screamed. And I will address the sudden departure of Belegak after the encounter.)
The first to make a move is one of the dead footsmen behind the party. It charges forward to Folas, slashing at him. Then the two footsmen in front charge as well, one for both Caram and Nasaar.
Attack: 11 Damage: 7
Attack: 17 Damage: 6
Attack: 12 Damage: 8
But Folas dodges the wide swing the skeleton did, as does Caram who weaved around it. Only Nasaar was the one hit, a nasty hit starting at his shoulder and almost going past his chest.
(I don't really know, these skeletons really want to kill. Heck I had one person almost die in their first encounter against a bunch of Manes.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Folas slams his staff into the skeleton and tries to follow up with a kick. But too much momentum had him miss the skeleton, as the other footman joins it, going for Folas as well.
Attack: 10 Damage: 6
The archer in front of the party readies an arrow and lets it fly towards (Odd for Caram, Even for Nasaar) 1
Attack: 13 Damage: 3
As the other archer readies to attack, Bronwen sneaks behind it and whacks at its head. It cracks and creaks as it turns to Bronwen, dropping its bow and drawing a shortsword, slashing at Bronwen
Attack: 9 Damage: 6
Damage Chart
Soldier 1 - 0
Soldier 2 - 0
Soldier 3 - 0
Soldier 4 - 10
Archer 1 - 0
Archer 2 - 10
(Sorry for that Nasaar, totally forgot about Agathys)

Bronwen no longer paying attention to any of it, heads into the left room to search it for any treasures.

(Leveled up to level 2. Thank you! )

(Yeah, that order is correct. As a side note, Caram's passive Perception and Investigation are now 18)
"Damn, all junk" Bronwen mumbles to himself. He chooses to continue hiding out in this room until he hears sounds of danger.
Before they move forward, Nasaar casts armor of agathys on himself. His clothes and armor covered by a layer of magical ice. (Gives him 5 temp HP and anything that hits him takes 5 cold damage.)

Roll Initiative:
Initiative: 5
(Would you permit us to say anything as the action starts? Like as we see them forming?)
(Post edit: That initiative makes me sad lol)
As the bones start to form, Folas pulls Henri toward the center of the group and stands between her and the bones behind them.
Initiative 12
Nasaar initiative: 2
(Haha not an auspicious start for our heroes...)
Bronwen reacting to the cry from his employer and springs to action, sprinting towards the sound of the cry drawing his rapier.
Initiative: 9 (this just isn't going our way is it?)

Folas takes a two handed swing with his staff at the soldiers midsection
Attack: 13 Damage: 10
then spins a kick at his head
Attack: 6 Damage: 7
Bronwen sneaks up behind the archer in the back striking into the undead corpse going for the back of the head not knowing where else to hit it.
Using cunning action to hide, Stealth: 24
Followed by rapier Attack: 9 Damage: 5 Sneak Attack: 5
(Advantage roll: 13)
(The one who attacked Nasaar takes 5 cold damage and Nasaar only takes a total of 3 actual damage. Armor of Agathys was up remember...)
Folas slams his staff into the skeleton and tries to follow up with a kick. But too much momentum had him miss the skeleton, as the other footman joins it, going for Folas as well.
