ROUND 1: Choker grapples mimic. Kale hits the mimic and ensorcles it. A black pudding enters the room. The black pudding attacks Kale (and hits). Al-Ashari DESTROYS the black pudding (standing ovation!). Thursday attacks the mimic, killing it (yay!). The mimic has no turn, because it's dead, Jim. Pudding 2 enters the room and attacks Kale, missing. Pudding 4 enters the room and attacks Kale, missing. Pudding 3 enters the room and attacks the choker, missing.
ROUND 2 The choker attacks pudding 3, hitting it a few times and grappling it (we hope). Kale attacks pudding 2, blasting it with a spell (and hopefully pushing it out the window), then ensorceling pudding 3. And now it's Al-Ashari's turn! (I think Soveliss' raven gets a turn right after Al-Ashari, too, then Thursday goes, then all the remaining puddings in the room go.)
Attack of opportunity against the choker as it moves away...
Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: 16 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 bludgeoning damage plus 12 acid damage. In addition, armor worn by the target is partly dissolved and takes a permanent and cumulative −1 penalty to the AC it offers. The armor is destroyed if the penalty reduces its AC to 10.
A wheezing sound emerges from the choker, which sounds suspiciously like laughter as the pudding does a classic airball miss and ends up smacking itself in the face.
The choker lands it's first attack, but the ooze manages to ripple and flex breaking the hold. The second strike also hits the pudding, but this time the pudding is unable to break free and is grappled by the choker. The choker rears back and hits with its third attack, also doing damage.
As it attacks it's tentacles get coated with acid, burning and bubbling. As the choker attempts to rub them off, it covers itself with the acid, soon falling to the ground before it poofs out of existence. Choker was destroyed...
choker ... The choker hits with both tentacles, grappling the mimic.
Kale ... Hit sht emimic with his blade, then casts his spell on it.. DC18 save... 8
p1 ... a black pudding comes up through the open window and attacks Kale. Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: 23 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 bludgeoning damage plus 25 acid damage. In addition, nonmagical armor worn by the target is partly dissolved and takes a permanent and cumulative −1 penalty to the AC it offers. The armor is destroyed if the penalty reduces its AC to 10.
Al-ashari ... BP save: (dc is 18) 2 cannot make it regardless, so the pudding is no more...
Thursday ...
mimic ...

yep, above is where I stated the pudding you attacked with your spell was destroyed.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The pudding Kale hits with his blast goes crashing back out the window, disappearing from sight. (No reason to roll the save it cannot make an 18.)
Same goes with the attack on the other, it cannot make an 18 int save either.
As Kale steps back from the other pudding though it gets an attack of opportunity, unless you have a way to not have that happen...
Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: 17 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 bludgeoning damage plus 23 acid damage. In addition, armor worn by the target is partly dissolved and takes a permanent and cumulative −1 penalty to the AC it offers. The armor is destroyed if the penalty reduces its AC to 10.
Kale doesn't see that he steps into the line of fire of the other pudding as he tries to make an escape. He does, however, see it reaching for him and manages to do something of a strange, twisted, almost funny-looking dance to eek out of the way of its grasp as he retreats, dodging the clutches of the grasping pudding entirely.

Ah, sorry, read it twice and still missed :)
Al-Ashari, pleasantly surprised by the effect (she did not have much battle practice) tried a more elaborated approach:
Spending 2 Sorcery points to quicken Compulsion (and turn it into bonus action) on every visible pudding forcing them to move into the farthest corner of the room (WIS 18).
As an action: [Tooltip Not Found] 48 (DEX 18), orienting it in a way to target only puddings

(just want to point out you can't cast two leveled spells in a turn. you can cast a level spell as a bonus action and your other action must be a cantrip if you want to cast. Also, I'm not sure what enemy is still up? So I'm going to try and play this a little loose and hope you can get me there.)
Thursday looks for a creature distracted with one of her friends and she will rush at it. Jabbing with the luckblade and then dipping back out quickly and smoothly maybe with some tumbling.
1. Cumpulssion does not move the puddings until their next turn, so they are still where they were when the spell was cast. They failed their save, so will move next round.
2. yes you can only cast 2 spells in a round, and, if one of them is a bonus action spell, then they cannot both be leveled spells. You can actually cast two leveled spells in a round though, if you do not cast one as a bonus action. Think of actions surge for instance.
3. White gaze is in the basement. I do not believe he would have heard any of this. Soveliss could probably have heard, but he also has a raven in the room, so would know about it regardless.
(In that case, Whitegaze will keep talking to the butler.)
"May I ask who all is buried there? Perhaps I'm looking for graves elsewhere, if you could help me, I'd be happy to leave them alone. I'm looking for a grave with white lilies where I could find an evil man buried."

Kale angles himself in a way that he can blast the both of the puddings with his [Tooltip Not Found] (at 4th level) towards the open window, since they're now grouped closely together, still trying to push them completely out of the room.
Combat order timeline so far is thus:
ROUND 1:
Choker grapples mimic.
ROUND 2
The choker attacks pudding 3, hitting it a few times and grappling it (we hope).
Kale attacks pudding 2, blasting it with a spell (and hopefully pushing it out the window), then ensorceling pudding 3.
And now it's Al-Ashari's turn!

Bonus: Cunning Action to Disengage and find a quiet place where no one else is.
Acrobatics for fun disengaging: 35
Thursday does a series of back handsprings to disengage back from the fight.
Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
OOC: you are right - re-read the explanation, even with quickening it does not allow two leveled spells.
Then everyone still in the corner, but on one of them just a lousy [Tooltip Not Found] 16

(What are the odds Whitegaze would have heard the commotion?)
(Would the pudding blasted out the window have landed near Whitegaze, either?)
Couple t hings...

Kale ... blasts a pudding out the window.
Al-Ashari ... casts a psell ont he puddings, then hits another with mind spike for damage.
Thursday... Stabs a pudding, taking 1 acid damage as she does so. she then quite dramatically flips back to a corner of the room.
Pudding2 ... moves to a corner of the room.
Pudding3 ... moves to the same corner of the room.
Puddings both fail their next save, since they cannot make the DC even with a 20...
Back to top of initiative...
(In that case, Whitegaze will keep talking to the butler.)

And if puddings were not pushed out, Al-Ashari will too cast [Tooltip Not Found] 37 (DEX 18), orienting it to target only puddings!
