With a sudden rush, two dead figures climb awkwardly out of the upward-facing door on top of the overturned carriage. They are about five feet off the ground, silhouetted against the growing flames behind them. Qivys is the closest, with Dwal not too far behind. The rest of the party is about forty feet away.
Everyone except Butter may act before the creatures. (As usual, I'll resolve your actions in the order I receive them, unless several you post before I can, in which case I will resolve those in initiative order.)
The old dirt highway is about fifteen feet wide. The scrubby landscape is difficult terrain. (I neglected to include your horses and cart on the map; there are also two dead horses on the far side of the carriage.)

Missy
Missy cringes when Dwal calls out that setting the carriage on fire was not his plan. Then cringes again the bush catches fire. Wasn't it raining not that long ago? Her embarrassment quickly changes to amusement as everyone starts joking about their sudden change of plan.
"As part of the town guard I think dealing with these guys is part of the job description." She tells Peri before flinging her own fire bolt at the closer creature.
Qivys and Dwal both hurl globs of arcane flame at the creatures atop the overturned carriage, and both miss - the creature in the coat and hat just barely dodging Missy's flaming missile.
The grass is still damp and icy from the day's sleet, and unlikely to catch easily from a normal fire. But they are not resistant to magical flames, alas, and the two additional fire bolts add to the growing fire in the dead brush behind the carriage.
Shouting back to his companions "While burning undead releases tension also, you sort of need to hit them...not the bushes". With his inspirational speech over he assesses the situation. Two baddies against four and a half adventurers. Should be ok, I guess. His own thoughts don't even convince him. He takes a moment to call on Pelor to give him strength in the fight. He holds his hand to his chest as it starts to glow.

Peri fires a beam over the bewildered creatures' heads and into the night sky, as Qivys quietly provides himself healing.
The two undead figures leap off the overturned carriage and down into the road on all fours. In a few animal-like lunges, both pounce upon Qivys and attempt to rake him with their sharp, bloodied claws.
Both of the ghouls manage to slip their claws between the shoulder plates of Qivys' thick armor, cutting deeply into his skin. (11hp) A chill goes through Qivys' body, as a deathly, venom-like effect courses through his stout frame. Qivys' constitutional saves: #1: 6 and #2: 12 The sturdy dwarf shakes off whatever the effect might have been.

Meanwhile, without getting up from his seat in the cart, Butter takes careful aim with his heavy crossbow. He can only see distant silhouettes against the flickering flames, but he believes he has a reasonably good guess as to who the bad guys are.
Dwal launches another ball of flame at the hatless ghoul - this time striking it. It glares and hisses as parts of its flesh boil away, leaving a nasty hole in its midsection, revealing bare ribs and burnt rotten flesh. It still stands, and barely registers the injuries to its form.
"Careful everyone, these...things have some sort of disease. Stings like a mule kick." He shouts back to the group. Intent on not letting anyone else feel the burn from the undead attacks, he swings at the Top hat ghoul.
Attack: 14 Damage: 11
((Love the fact it has a hat on the map. Nice touch. ))

Missy
"Lovely," Missy mutters eyeing the growing fire. Deciding forgo throwing around fire for a moment she guides her horse forward and to the right of the group to cast thunderwave on the creatures but avoid the others.
Qivys connects his hammer to the side of the hatted ghoul with a mighty blow and a very satisfying crunch, slamming the creature sideways.
Peri fires another beam of energy into the night sky, illuminating the scene briefly with an unworldly glow.
Missy gallops forward and, with a word and a wave, generates a invisible but deafening blast of force. Hatted ghoul save: 2. Hatless ghoul save: 6 The carriage is slammed again, and tips over completely - it is now upside-down and off the road. Although your ears are ringing from the shockwave, Qivys and Missy hear what sounds like a brief muffled shriek from the interior of the carriage.
Both creatures are blown back a full ten feet down the road in the blast. The hatless ghoul has been reduced to pulp - it appears to be quite dead. The other ghoul was knocked prone, but gets back up. Its hat was knocked off but its coat is still on. It appears to be in pretty bad shape, although it's hard to tell with creatures like these.

Qivys
"Welcome brother" he says to Dwal as the cleric joins him on the front line. "I fear you've come too late though. I'm about to send this ghoul back to the grave" He lines up the debowlered skull and swings.
Dwal contributes to the growing bonfire behind the carriage, and then moves closer to the fray.
With careful aim, Qivys takes one final, massive swing and knocks the ghoul's head clean off its well-tailored body. The fiendish head is knocked clear into the shrubbery.
Combat is over.
