Day 1: useing my proficiency in pottery to make small stoneware vials to store poison from the alchemy jug and fill them over the next 6 days: 8 Pottery
Noticing how badly i fail i will get in contact with Hegar and ask him if he could organise me some vials or stoneware for poison/potions. ( 5 vials for poison and a hand full for potions)
Day 2 & 3: spending the whole days in the forrest to collect herbs, also useing my magic to hunt ([Tooltip Not Found]) : 8 & 24 Nature
Day 4: Making healing potions and spending the rest of my time to study medicine in the library: 17 Herbalism / I have 2 doses plus whatever i will find on day 2&3
Day 5 & 6: preparing the festival , hopefully with help of Rohin, Hegar, Bulpa and the Leader of the small village: 12 & 3 straight roll
Day 1: As Gara is looking to have an issue making pottery Rohdin will step in and offer her assistance. 14
Day 2: Rohdin will offer her assistance to Naz'Tog, believing he should win. 19
Day 3+4: Rohdin will work on storytelling. Wanting to have something to offer as a distraction between the contest in the village. Performance: 16 & 18
Day 5+6: "Of course Gara, I would be happy to assist in this. I am excited as well for the festival. I wonder what else the goblins have planned besides the contest..." 16 & 6
You make an adequate vent (although it could and should be improved later if you want your assistants to be able to work).
You make goods which sell for 5 gp, and make a start on the chain shirt (FYI, your current skill lets you craft around 5gp worth/day, more or less).
You help Moxo in rescuing the cave farm from complete failure.
Moxo
The cave farm project is off to a very rough start. Witheir the moisture or other conditions are different, but you cannot seem to get the mushrooms and lichen to grow yet.
Ore processing goes ok. Exit tunnel is nearly done.
Gara
(Re: question. 2 wolves, 2 snakes)
Hegar gives you a wink as his hands you over some glass bottles wrapped in rope to keep them from shattering "I'll take one silver coin for each".
You do well in gathering food and herbs. Once again, you note there is an area further in the south where animals are strangely absent. You can make up to 4 healing potions at 5gp cost each. And you complete the basic study of Medicine (you now have proficiency).
Preparations for festival go adequately.
Rohdin
Despite Rohdin's best effort, he is not able to make bottles adequate for holding poisons. It's a little useful as practice.
Naz'tog nods to your offer of assitance, even though he does not hide is distrust: "You are one of the outsiders too. But if you want to help, look out for suspicous activities at the festival. I'm sure they will make a move soon enough."
Throughout the rest of the week, Rohdin distracts the village distracted enough to avoid fights, though minor disturbances with Naz'tog's guards still occur.

First, she is going to inform the party. "Yesterday I spoke with Noz'tog, he seems to believe someone may try to sabotage the festival, I will keep an eye out for anything, you should also at least remain on guard for now." Then Rohdin is going to play lookout while also taking part in the festivities. Unsure what is going exactly in the festival she might sample food while watching the crowd for suspicious individuals.

Moxo will basically patrol around and keep an eye out for shenanigans. Perception9 But besides stopping interference, Moxo tries to avoid taking sides...
Gara will help set up the challenge grounds and prepare for the competitors. During the competition i will make sure noone get's seriously injured and use spells to heal if neccessary.

Serit does not have a huge skill set to add to a festival but tries to stay in the middle of everything. His charisma might be the best deterrent to de-escalate things, plus he is around the food...
The festival is beginning. The most obvious disturbance that Rohdin and Moxo see is Naz'tog himself, and the and his men search around for... something, but do not seem to find anything. Serit looks intimidating enough to prevent any major disturbances. Gathrick is getting ready for combat competition.
Gara finds himself face to face with Nasaar, who says he is responding to Gara's summons.
What competition do you want to start first: combat, hunting, or item procurer?
I would say hunting, that way people can start cooking it while the other competitions go on, like a big village fare. The battle one second and the shiny things last.
With Nasaar here as well, between Rohin, Nasaar and myself, i would like the three of us to ritual cast detect magic on a regular basis to watch out for anyone who may want to cheet or disturb the event. Also i don‘t know if Nasaar has the spell, but i would like to also spend ten minutes regularly to cast „Purify food and drink“ to make sure no one gets food poisoning.

Moxo will follow one of Naz'tog's people and try to ascertain what they may be searching for. He'll try to be stealthy about following and try to find out from afar (( Stealth20 and Perception14 )) but if he is discovered he'll claim that he just wants to help Naz'tog win, he thinks he is the best leader, just tell him how to help... (( Deception9 ))

I‘ll point out the traces of magic to the others and ask them to keep an eye on it. Could i investigate what may be the source or the purpose of the magic is?
Moxo, you follow Naz'tog and his followers and see that they are asking about the beast attacks weeks ago and whether people saw any of the previous elders and leaders get attacked by the beasts personally.
Gara, since this is not a active spell, but just faint traces of magic, you cannot identify it exactly. But you can tell it's not yours or Brizz'nat's magic, and that it comes from spells both from a fair amount of time ago (several days) to quite recent.

Money: 14 silver for lifestyle, 5 silver for the bottles, 20 gold for the healing potions (trading the 2 last gemstones for that)
Donations to Gathrik for the festival: 3 clay pots of acid, all the meat i hunted this week, 4 bottles of poison, 3 healing potions.
2 wolfes back to the mine, i will start to train them as guards next week.

While everyone investigates various things Serit purposefully remains in the central part of town to ensure that nothing amiss goes on.
