The mage rips a neckace from his neck. He holds the central gem tight in his fist and you hear something crackle. A red pulsating glow starts to spread from the hand.
Panting after his outburst, his curse refilling his vitality as he turns to, and watches, the last of the three begin to do something strange with it's necklace. Believing he can stop whatever it is he steps up and swings at the humanoid.
Looking closer you find there is one minor difference in the enemy attire. The archer and the mage had dark grey stripes on their cloaks, while the paladin had a blue stripe. You find matching amulets on the enemies. The amulets burn your hand if you try to hold them. The symbols on the amulets and on the cloaks suggest some kind of religious order.
Serit joins Gara at the bodies, "I am sorry for the outburst. I did not mean for you or your pet to be injured. Have you been able to find that stone they seemed to have been following?"
Yes, you can carry the necklaces in a vial. The paladin was wearing scale mail and had a warhammer. The archer had leather armor and a shortbow. The wizard obviously had no armor or melee weapons, but he has a small spellbook.
“Iron is hard to come by here, if you take the armor and the hammer, i need to fix up Efeu. Should only take a minute.” and with this Gara goes over to the leftovers of the plant-golem and starts to adjust twigs, metal clamps and vines. A faint glow surrounding them.
With a nod Serit bends down and begins stripping the warrior of his armor. He would still keep an eye out for anything else they may have on them. Coin, potions, magical tracking stones, the usual.

The third enemy is surprised and fumbles this round.
Back to Serit.
Serit casts Mirror Image and places his Curse on this one in front of him. "Gara, focus on that one shooting the arrows," he yells out.
(Image AC is 11 and Done)
The paladin seems to see that attacking the illusory enemy would be difficult so he switches his target to Efeu:
Attack: 15 Damage: 11
Gara is up.
Gara will attack the men close to him:
And Efeu will repair itself:

Third enemy finally acts, and casts Magic Missile on Gara. The bolts deal 5, 4 and 2 force damage.
Back to Serit.
Serit, still faced with this warrior who has gotten into his head lashes out with the fear he has tried to stamp down his whole life.
Arms of Hadar Str save DC 14: 11 Necrotic damage
(Sorry if Efeu is within the 10' )

The mage rips a neckace from his neck. He holds the central gem tight in his fist and you hear something crackle. A red pulsating glow starts to spread from the hand.
„That doesn‘t look good, Efeu get him!.“
Gara will use his action to dash as far away as he can (30+30) while Efeu will attack:
Efeu misses.
Serit's go.
Panting after his outburst, his curse refilling his vitality as he turns to, and watches, the last of the three begin to do something strange with it's necklace. Believing he can stop whatever it is he steps up and swings at the humanoid.
Flail attack: Attack: 10 Damage: 8
Serit misses. The gem explodes, hitting everything within 10 feet for 17 radiant damage.
(Does the enemy live?)
Serit staggers at the explosion, his fur singing from the blinding blast.
Gara would search the remains of the people for a clue what this was about.

Can i put the necklaces into an empty glass vial and carry them that way? What armor was the paladin using and what weapons? Any crossbows on them?
