You see a group of three humans (or elves, it's hard to tell) travel through the forest. They are wearing matching grey cloaks. The glint you saw was armor under one of the cloaks. The one in the middle is holding some kind of stone in his hand, and appears looking at the stone.
The group does not appear to be particularly stealthy.
Gara is not particularly stealthy, but the relatively dense forest, and Serit's good choice of position to hide means you are not spotted yet, though you are painfully aware that if they come closer, they will notice you.
A wispy, shadowy flail forms in Serit's hand as he tenses at Gara's spotting of the humanoids. "We gotta make a choice friend. Jump them now or hope they pass?"
While you lie in wait, you notice that bright flash from the stone being held by the the human in the center. The man then puts away the stone and gestures to the others. They then draw their weapons, spread out, and begin to slowly move in your direction.
