Aisha shouts fro mthe tree however loud she thought she'd need to, telling Harmony That is a good question, but the wrrrong one. Ask him what will make it come, and how much of that is needed.
Harmony hears it and Aisha, nodding. "Do you know what would make wolf death bring come, and how much of it would be needed?" she then asked the ogre now.
Harmony shook her head, sighing and thinking hard. "Do you still think of wolf death bring when you're not guarding the statues? Back when there were only twelve statues instead of sixteen, did you ever think of wolf death bring? Which four of these statues are the new ones?" she then asked it.
The ogre writhes within his bindings and lets out a wail, saying, clearly frustrated and exasperated, "Medekhgui ee, ene bol oilgomjgui yum! Fenris irne, daraa ni bid fenris khamt alnau!"
For Harmony:
"I don't know, this is confusing! Wolf death bring comes, and then we kill with wolf death bring!"
Abraxas readies Ray of Frost, watching the ogre writhe and listening to its frustrated sounds. If it gets loose or jumps at Harmony, he will attack. Perhaps, he thinks, lightening would be better . . . just as he dreamed, as in the vision the statue put into his consciousness.
Not wanting to become what the vision showed, he'll stick with Ray of Frost.
Aisha isn't sure what to do, she can't think of any other questions, however, there is still the issue that the other tribes may come down on them for killing the ogre's. And as much as it chagrined her, she would shout out the best course of action she felt was nessecary to keep the other tribes from assailing them, and give more credence to the second lie she was going to have to convince the others to tell.
She asks Harmony if there has been any useful information, and assuming a Yes....
Harrmony, Aisha doesn's think we'll be able to get anything from this brrrute at this point. Forgive this one for asking this of you, but... We need to convince it that the other tribes want to stop them from bringing the wold from our visions into the world, and that they are the one's who slaughtered his kin before we came to help him and they retreated. This will.. hopefully make him attack them, and we can then tell the others that the ogre's had been drrriven mad by the statues, and were attacking anyone and anything. Him attacking them will lend crrred.. creeda.... Crrredit to our storry.
Frrom there, we may be able to convince them to destroy the statues before they do the same to them. As Aisha cannot think of any other way to apprrrroach this without risking the ire of the other 'guards.'
Harmony steps back, surprised by the ogre's wail as she hears it. She sighs, trying to think of what else to ask. Then she hears Aisha, nodding back and listening to her ideas. "But once this spell wears off, it'll know that I charmed it. So unless it can attack the others and be killed before it wears off or I can manage to cast the spell on it again, I don't think it would listen to me or do what I say afterwards, telling the tribes that I tricked it and then they would all be against us." Harmony whispers back to her, worried about once the spell wears off.
If Aisha can hear what Garu says, she responds with This one is not happy with the idea either. But our options are that, or trying to explain to the tribes that we need to destroy their statues, with no guarrrruntee that it will do what we want. This is simply the easiest route to not having to fight two or thrrree entire tribes at once, and purrhaps even having them assist us in the destruction. While any other route puts us in conflict with them.
From the top of the statue, Abraxas says, "I have spell called Crown of Madness. It will only las for a minute, but it can cause our friend to attack whoever we would pick. I think we can turn the tribes against each other if we want to." He ponders for a moment. "If we should. But best would be to use their labor to pull the statues down." He thinks again. "Are we sure that won't trigger the 'wolf death bring?'"
Aisha responds to abraxus Aisha doens't want to turn all the tribes against eachother. Just to make them believe the statues caused the ogre's to become crazed and attack them, so they will see the statues as a threat.
"The spell only lasts an hour, and I imagine it's been some time already." Harmony says back to Aisha's question. Then she hears the others discussing, thinking. "I'm not happy with this either, but if it will save everyone in this world and all of ours, it needs to be done. If anything, Abraxas's spell could help with convincing the other tribes that the statues are bad if the ogre attacks them. Fighting them ourselves would be too dangerous." she said back to them all, nodding.
"Well," Abraxas says, "my spell lasts a minute. How far are the bugbears? We could move toward them while the ogre is under the influence of Harmony's spell. I'll cast mine and send the ogre toward them at that point? Is that our plan?" Abraxas will wait to hear from the others before climbing down from the top of the statue.
"We have to find someone for it to attack as part of casting the spell!" Abraxas yells back. "It has to attack before it even moves!" he yells. "Why did I like this spell so much," he whispers to himself. "Seems to have all these difficulties associated with it."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Aisha sighs and says Make it chase me. at which point she will move to the ground, and her intention will be to use her superior speed to lead it to the tribes if the DM allows it wherupon Abraxus, once it's in the camp, assuming this is all even possible, will change the target to the 'clan' Aisha will also heal herself once, just in case.
"Aisha, I'm sorry, but nothing I know about the spell indicates I will be able to switch the ogre's target." He thinks, considering the spell mentally. "Upon further review, I can cast the spell and have its target act normally until a victim wanders up, but the hourglass, the minute glass really, will have been turned at that point."
Abraxas rolls onto his back to ponder for just a second before turning back over. "If this is our plan, I suggest we use Harmony's charm to point the ogre at the other creatures. I can cast the spell and crown the ogre with a violent madness from a distance. It can attack the others. And then we can blame the statues and suggest they pull them down."
The ogre continues to wear a confused expression, as if it had not thought about that question before. "Bi medekhgui baina," it says.
For Harmony:
"I do not know."
