Sol Rhea: D'artagnan Pennysworth Buttondown II is out for blood, and it has nothing to do with being a bat.

Kevin, you're up.

Kevin goes to Sol Rhea and casts Cure Wounds. "We need all our warriors to achieve victory in the battle we are currently engaging in," says Kevin, when truly he could have said nothing.

Kevin: You run over to Sol Rhea and revive her with your cure wounds spell. You hear a squeak on your shoulder that sounds like D'artagnan Pennysworth Buttondown II is rejoicing.

Dewey, you're up.

Diving around barrels to avoid flying arrows, Dewey leaps up with his rapier to attack Kenku #3.

Dewey: You strike at the Kenku with your rapier, but it blocks your thrust with its shortsword.

Randy, you're up.

Randy hops onto the box to the north of him and chant quickly in a thunderous voice: Thunderwave

The spell is focused on the 15x15 ft area north of Randy, including both Bird 1 and 2.

Damage = 16

Randy: A wave of thunderous force sweeps out from you into the Kenkus around you. The sonic boom rocks the warehouse.

Kenku 1 Constitution Saving Throw: 18

Kenku 2 Constitution Saving Throw: 7

The first Kenku takes the wave right in the face and it's dead before its body hits the east wall.

The second Kenku is able to withstand the wave and only takes 4 points of damage.

After watching their two teammates die painful deaths, the two remaining Kenku decide to high tail it out of there.  The both make a break for the open door.

Kenku 2 uses the dash action to run out the front door and into the courtyard.

Kenku 3 sees that it's all alone and it throws caution to the wind and tries to run to the door.

Dewey, you get an attack of opportunity.

Dewey jabs his rapier at the bird's spine.  14

As the blade sinks into its back, Dewey whispers "Cats like to play with their prey before they kill them."

Dewey: The Kenku barely stops to register the pain as it flees in fear. It leaves a thin trail of blood in its path as it dashes through the front door and towards the open gates.

Sol Rhea, you're up and then D'artagnan Pennysworth Buttondown II.

Dewey and his two hit points chases after the ****er.  Using his cat agility he can travel 60 feet.  

(OOC: You'll have to wait until your turn to chase the birds.)

Can I  shoot the fleeing Kenku non lethally?

Sure, you can aim for a leg or something. 

Sol moves to the broken window and takes aim with her crossbow to immobile the nearer Kenku.

Attack: 6 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Sol Rhea: Your crossbow bolt hits the Kenku in the leg, but it's not enough to drop it. It barely holds on.
