I will yell out "Watch your back!"and point to the other bandits. I will just hold a healing word for the half orc and release it if she takes some hits.
6 <-- healing done to half orc with healing word if she takes some hits
Aida shouts out across the bar, and the half-orc looks over her shoulder at the remaining bandits ready to pounce. She quickly spins around and gives you a nod of acknowledgement.
Justin
You watch as the man beside you pushes his way into the crowd of people surrounding the combatants. A slight shimmer to his form as he passes through the crowd and disappears. You slowly draw your weapon from your as you hear a roar from the crowd, and a shout from the back of the room. "Watch your back!". From your current vantage point all you can really see is the head of the half-orc as she spins to face yet another onslaught.
Your up!

There is a slight pause in the action, as the half-orc squares off, slightly outnumbered, but showing no fear. The cheers and roars from the crowd quiet in anticipation of the action to come. In this temporary moment of inaction and silence there is a shout from across the bar. "ENOUGH!" Comes the cry from across the inn followed by a strangely loud explosion. As everyone turns their heads to follow the noise, Justin you are standing there with your pistol in pointed in the air, the smoke still wafting from the barrel.
The next few moments are filled with silence as everyone registers what has just transpired. (Most have never seen a gun, much less been in close proximity to one that has been fired. Before any hostilities can resume there is another shout, this one from behind the bar, Duran, the Innkeeper, from behind the bar is pointing to the door while staring hard at the four bandits. "You lot, out, NOW, and if I see you again, you'll have to deal with me directly!!" The bandits look over to Duran with fear in their eyes, scramble to grab their unconscious companion, and quickly make their way out the front door.
It takes mere seconds for the taverns occupants to turn back to their cups and resume their revelry. The bard starts singing, and very quickly it is back to business as usual inside the Yawning Portal.
Justin
As you holster your weapon, Duran makes his way over to you, and from behind the bar says, "Hey thanks, that could have got out of hand very quickly. Here," he hands you a drink, they are on the house tonight. Fancy toy you have there. What exactly is that?"
Aida
As the crowd disperses and you sit back down at the table the half-orc approaches you. She grunts in your direction. "Hrumph, thanks" she mumbles at you, "That could have gotten pretty crazy pretty quickly, Xanathar scum, never a fair fight when they are concerned. The name is Yagra, Yagra Stonefist. I could have taken them, but I appreciate your help. If you need something sometime, I'm usually here. I better call it a night, before any more of those scumbags show up." With a final glance, not waiting for a response she makes her way out of the tavern

Crag will help the bar staff right the tables and chairs and tidy up. He makes eye contact with Justinfrom across the room after Duran speaks with him. Crag silently nods his approval and thanks for helping keep the peace. He leaves a gold piece on the bar for Duran and his staff for their trouble.
Having seeing the half-orc speak with Aida before leaving, he will approach and introduces himself.
To Aida: "Good evening Miss." Crag leans forward with a polite half bow. "Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Crag Rubblecrust, a simple denizen of Waterdeep with concerns for its well being, and the safety of its people. I couldn't help but notice our half-orc bar brawler friend speak with you before she left. Did she happen to mention who she was or why the fight broke out? Those thugs shouted something about 'killing their mates' as the fighting started, and I would hate to see anyone else get hurt. Violence is on the rise here in Waterdeep and I would like to ask her some questions that might protect us all."
Alec, having taken an interest in those who chose to intervene, will approach Crag and Aida.
"I must say that I am glad you two were able to defuse such a situation. I usually find myself in the midst of getting in over my head attempting to assist others or putting my nose where most people believe it does not belong. I'm Alec Kingsley and I too am interested in finding out what exactly is happening within this illustrious city. I have heard much chatter regarding the fighting of rival factions since I have arrived, not to mention overhearing many mentions of the Xanathar guild this evening. If you two are looking to help out and investigate further, I believe I may be of assistance."
I will say "I call it a gun I found it myself, you say, I'm most likely going to be around here for a while so if you have any information about the Cassalanters please let me know" and I will slip him a piece of gold.
I will nod my head back at Crag and join them and say "Hey I'm glad I stopped that, it would have gotten out of hand real fast, I'm Fever, Justin Fever"
I give the air a quick sniff as Crag introduces himself. "Hi Crag! I'm Aida. Wow that's a pretty nice set of armour you've got there." Aida looks to the others as they join the conversation "Oh wow, I'm meeting lots of new people today. This is a lot of names to remember. Anyways, Crag, I think the half-orc lady said that her name was Yagra, but she was turning in for the night. She really seems to hate the Xanathar though." I'll look back to Alec "There's a lot of darkness in this city and I'm not sure I really understand it. Any information that could help shed some light on the situation would be great. I'm in."
Its amazing how quickly the tavern returns to business as usual... Drinks are served, the music is playing. You are all forced to raise your voices as you speak to each other. As you are exchanging pleasantries, shouts of alarm suddenly ring out as a hulking creature climbs up out of the shaft in the middle of the taproom — a monster with warty green skin, a tangled nest of wiry black hair, a long, carrot-shaped nose, and bloodshot eyes. As it bares its yellow teeth and howls, you can see that a half-dozen bat-like creatures are attached to its body, with three more circling above it like flies. Everyone in the tavern reacts in fear except for the barkeep, Duran, who shouts, “Troll!” Most of the patrons and barmaids flee towards the exits. Except Duran, who pulls a great sword from underneath the bar and leaps over the counter.

I will use my bonus action to use my shifting. Those paying attention notice Aidas nose elongate a bit into more of a snout, the canine teeth grow bigger, and the hair on her arms seems to grow a bit thicker. I'll run up to the troll and take a swing with my mace.

Hold up, for some reason my message from you Jesse before saying it was my turn was marked as new. Just save this for when it's my turn, I realized not everyone has rolled initiative. My bad.
Aida pushes past everyone as the troll crests the well, patrons of the inn rushing the other way. It is hard to see, some of you think you may have imagined a more feral appearance as she stalks forward, pulls a mace from her belt and smashes the troll across the side of its body. The troll grunts and glares down at her.

Justin backs up against the bar, pulls his strange weapon out again and points it in the direction of the troll. There is an explosion from the end of it, and a split second later the troll roars in anger as a small hole explodes from his chest. Green blood erupts from the wound.
TROLL
After the heavy impact of the mace, and now an explosion of pain from his chest the troll's head rears back as he lets out a bellowing scream. His mouth opens wide revealing a row of sharp, crooked teeth that he bears down on Aida with followed by two swiped from its long yellowed claws.
