You would think that a raging barbarian would be too incoherent to give a lecture during combat. But Raddunth is no ordinary barbarian.
"You should have headed the wise words of Zashier, and fled or surrendered. By trying to harm these innocent gnomes, you have proven your foul natures. Let Raddunth prove your folly!"

Yokini's voice rises into an inaudible siren as she continues across the room toward her mother. (She can get to E7 or E8, depending on if Lem moved.) A quick flip of something on her glove and a short spray of water issues forth to join the contents of Lem's waterskin on the flames threatening her mother.

Zashier is disheartened for a moment, seeing his words fall on deaf ears. But he promptly sets that aside at Yokini's yell. Without missing another beat, he starts to go for the axe, then thinking about things more wisely, looked to Amros. "Worth as much a shot as the axe, I be suppose'n."He mutters as he searched Amros unconscious body for any keys to retrieve. Whether he finds any or not, he races over to the table to start working away at freeing the mother from the chains.

An unconscious gnome catches on fire…but not just any gnome. Yokini’s mom has become a small rotisserie, and that kicks this group into high gear. Lem and Yokini both attempt to douse the flame with water, one from a waterskin, the other magically. It is enough to put the flame out, and she only looks a little burnt.
Lem also tries to be helpful to Raddunth. After upending his waterskin on the flaming gnome, he shoots a bolt of fire at one of the standing cultists who tries to move, but is not quick enough and is now on fire. He taks 6 damage, but his hooded cloak is still on fire. He uses his free hand to pat out the flames. He turns to Raddunth, his face scorched, and swings his scimitar at Raddunth. (to hit: 21) But Raddunth deflects the swing, and retaliates hitting number one with his axe with a big gash and number one falls to the floor. Raddunth also connects with number 4 for 11 damage. He is still standing, but barely. He uses whatever strength he has to raise his scimitar and swing at Raddunth (To Hit: 12) and he connects with the barbarian for 5 damage.
Thistle also seeing Raddunth getting double teamed fires an arrow, but just barely misses the mark.
Zashier searches Armos Kamroth’s unconscious body and finds a whip that looks a bit unusual (the end of it looks like a scorpion’s stinger), the mace that he had, and 8 silver pieces. You also find his necklace with the thin gold dragon attached to it, and single skeleton key.
A single cultist is barely standing.
One cultist and Armos Kamroth are unconscious, and will remain unconscious for 2 hours.
Lem walks up to the remaining cultist, pulling out an old, battered, army-issue battleaxe, and spinning it around in his good hand. He raises the flat of it and tries to bonk the last awake cultist on the head.
Yokini's mom and sister's eyes slowly start to open. They seem to be waking up from some charm, not a normal sleep. They are still chained, and they both start screaming for help and calling out, then they look around and see what has changed in the room since they were charmed, and how their captors are all down for the count, and they stop...then they lock eyes with Yokini and start saying your name and calling out for you, amazed that you found them and saved them somehow!
Raddunth stops being outraged at these cultist (rage ends, assuming no more fighting).
He will assist the others in freeing the gnomes, binding/gagging the dozing cultists, and looting the bodies looking for clues on the cultists.

Thistle, you try but are unable to unlock the manacles, and Zashier strolls up and dangles the key in front of you.
Raddunth and some others bind the cultists and search for clues on the bodies. All total you find 11 gold, 18 silver, and 43 copper pieces, 5 scimitars, and in number 5's pocket you actually find some gauntlets that are a deep shade of green (or whatever you want - feel free to tell me how you think they look!). You put them on and feel really strong (Gauntlets of Ogre Power). You wonder where they got these, then remember they have been hijacking shipments for a few months. This could have belonged to a slave, alive or dead, or maybe it was destined for someone in Fallcrest.
That gets you thinking about the rest of the treasure in the room. Will someone see you wearing these gauntlets and try to claim them? Same goes for anything else you find here...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Assuming the cultists are tied up well, and people are okay.) Lem sheepishly waves hello to Yokini's mom, mumbles an introduction and apology for dumping water on her, and then turns around to the pile of dragon treasure and his eyes widen. He walks over, sits down in front of it, and ritually casts detect magic. He also spends some time investigating what interesting things are in the pile and around the room, taking pointers from anyone who wants to help. (Investigation: 25)
You do sense the presence of magic in the frozen trove. Some things are obscured by the ice, so you cant exactly tell what is in there. You see loose coins and gems, some pieces of art and tapestries, different size treasure chests, and a few other things you cant quite make out.
Around the room you see the tables mentioned earlier, and the bookcase with several books and an assortment of glass jars, some with potions in them and others with humanoid body parts, several that seem to be in stasis mid-transformation into dragon.
If anyone wants to investigate the bookcase further you can. Any more information on the treasure can only be gotten by digging into it.
But you have things to think about...what do you do now? you have a well-known, semi-respected citizen tied up in his own basement. A dragon just flew out of here. Did it leave? Is it wreaking havoc outside?
Lem fills his pockets and pack with big double handfuls of coins and gems, considering it hazard pay. Does he see any scale mail?
His large eyes scan the bookshelves in his initial sweep of the room, looking first for a general catalogue of what kinds of topics are contained within, and then for particular volumes that have seen regular use. If he can, he'll look for any scrolls containing spells, any correspondence, and also any illegal volumes or books that might be incriminating to Armas. He grabs any that might be useful for later litigation or argument. Basic research questions: Were they actually onto something or was this just cultish, misguided, sociopathic idiocy? What were the goals here? Was this just some sad dragon obsession? Did he have other allies or was he acting alone? Did he make any progress toward his goal? What kinds of magic did he utilize, if any? Who else knows about this? How did they capture the dragon?
His focus is likely not very wise, but the small part of his brain that's not occupied with looking at the treasure and the books figures that others can handle unimportant questions like: what the dragon might be doing, who it might be eating, how it got out of what seems to be a basement, what to do with the captives, if anyone else is coming to check out the noise, how the former captives are actually doing as vulnerable people with thoughts and feelings, what time of day it is, if they need to flee quickly.
Lem has a sharp mind and processes information quickly, but really, he misses gigantic forests for utterly fascinating trees.
Lem, everything is frozen solid in the corner. Your dwarfishness makes you want to put those things in your pockets and pack, but at this moment...you just cant...
I am still writing a response to the rest of your post.

As Zashier's only goal had been the key, he left the rest to be sorted out after the fact. For the moment, he focused on unlocking the cuffs, and even giving the gnome mother a once over for signs of poison or worse having been woven into the ritual. If so, he'd pats her lightly on the back she sits up, expending the last of the good vibes and inner light to purge the substances from her system.
(Expending remaining 5 of my Lay on Hands to pool to purge any poison from Yokini's mom's system)
"I most sincerely sorry that we could not be here for you in a more timely fashion, what with various matters that in the process needing attending to. Which speaking of-..." Zashier glances over to where the Dragon and Kobold had run off to, realizing perhaps then the chaos the duo likely caused in their flight. "We may yet have a number remaining and awaiting our attention. If you'll excuse me."With that, he joins Raddunth in at least binding up the remaining cultist, or more namely Amros along with them, having stripped the man of coin and themsome.
After some hesitation, he tries to bind up the man's fingers with some random twine in his pocket to at least limit any potential spellcasting that much further for him. Once all that is said and done, he presents the others with his findings by leaving it on the alter for clear perusal. "Alrighty then. I'm gonna see about maybe buying us a bit more time, seeing as Amros' people might be down here before long, so you all can figure out the next step. But, if'n my opinion is to be taken, we should most likely be prepared for trouble."The warning given, he hefts up his axe, and begins his march for the stairs leading up.
