Thistle will return to the group, to inform them of what she found, and to warn them of the trapped hallway. “If we just stay in the passages we’ve already been in, we should be fine.”
She will listen to the interrogation with her Ear for Deceit.

Yokini leaves the interrogation to the others. "If you need me to help loosen his tongue," the gnome says, holding her gadget gloved hand up in view of the orc and flexing her fingers, "let me know." She then heads to investigate the other two unknown doors from the room with the statue, first listening, then opening to peek in if she doesn't hear anything.

Lem, in response to your prompts, he is silent. He sits there and stews, still in quite a bit of pain from the poison sneeze of Zashier.
however, when Yokini flexes her leather gadget-filled glove, he starts to get a little nervous. you see him shifting around. As she moves away to investigate the other rooms, he settles back down into a solemn posture. He looks up at the other members of the party in the room, and says "What now? Are you going to kill me? Kill me or let me go." and he spits at Lem's feet.
Mechanically, he is now intimidated by Yokini. If she is in the room, he is likely to talk more to prevent the wrath of this tiny, fierce gnome.
Yokini, you move back down the hallways, investigating the two doors there. Outside the Northwest door, you dont hear anything, but when you try to open it, it is locked.
Outside the southern door, you listen, and dont really hear anything. You attempt to ease the door open, and in the center of the room you see a gelatinous cube. (Stealth: 11). The door creaks as you open it, and you see the ooze turn and acknowledge the presence of something new....food. It starts to ooze towards you....
Thistle is watching the orc, so she is not with Yokini, though later on we'll be having a discussion about letting the roguish one do the listening and opening. ;)

As Zashier is watching the exchange, his trunk absently fiddles about with one of the pouches at his belt until a potions is pulled out. Only once it is held before his eyes does his expression softens from the the intense focused one upon the Half-Orc. "Now I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, if albeit more so as I do not possess many proper edges to begin with mind you, but I do believe we yet have more questions for you. He soon gives up after nearly fumbling it.

Does Yokini know what a gelatinous cube is? Nature? 20
Yokini slams the door closed and hurries back to the other room with the others. "I don't know if a closed door will keep it at bay, but there's a gelatinous cube back there," she says with big eyes.
Lem, at your earlier comment about "What will happen when the authorities find out everything you are up to? Everything you and your friends have done?" you are able to pry into his mind and you gather the following thoughts:
Half-orc in his mind: They will never find out what we are doing. We have marked the spots with the white alchemical paint made by Skreed. These dumb small-folk have no idea what the paint means. We have kept our digging a secret. This dwarf is grasping at straws. Yea, we are fine. They will never find out about what we are digging for, or the army that is waiting....oh man, the army. How am I going to get messages back to the army without the troll...wait, I remember ,she had a sister. I will see if I can get word back to her sister to come and carry my messages. She will no doubt want retribution on these small-folk for killing her sister.
Zashier, you fumble with the potion in your trunk, but its hard to bend it at the right angle to hold it in your trunk while also upending the potion into your mouth. You likely think about just snorting it in your trunk, but remember the burning tingly sensation you got last time you tried that with an ale, and are not eager to find out what the potion feels like. After almost dropping the potion, you give up and just use your hands.
When Yokini walks back in, flexing her gauntlet again i assume, the half-orc starts to squirm. When he hears Yokini say "Gelatinous Cube" he seems unfazed by it, as if he knew it was down here.
Lem rounds him and probes deeper into the half-orc's mind (detect thoughts allows you to read surface thoughts without them knowing, and then you can use an action to probe deeper if it failed a WIS 15 saving throw... "If it fails, you gain insight into its reasoning (if any), its emotional state, and something that looms large in its mind (such as something it worries over, loves, or hates).")
Thistle will look to Yokini. "Here, you tell this half orc just what he's in for if he doesn't cooperate, I'll watch the corridor." She looks at the half-orc. "Make it hurt, though," she says with a growl (for the half-orc's benefit). She will go to the corridor Yokini just came from and will watch for signs that the cube is breaking through the door.

Yokini looks after Thistle, giving her a curious look, but then she remembers. "Oh!" she says before she can stop herself. She clears her throat and turns to give the half-orc a stern look. She once again raises her glove and flexes her fingers. "I'm sure you've never encountered one of these before," she says mysteriously, taking a few slow steps in the half-orc's direction. "It's a design of my own making. One could call it a torture device. I haven't yet tried it out on a half-orc, but you'll make a great test subject," she says, smiling broadly. "You can tell me how effective it is ... if you survive."
DC 15 wisdom saving throw for the half orc: 2. Lem, your spell now ends because he succeeded the check, if I am reading the description correctly.
Thistle, you "tag-out" with Yokini, and go back to the hallway, but there is no indication that the cube is attempting to escape the room, or consume the door. You now have the immovable rod.
Yokini, you brandish your gauntlet as if it is a torture device, your voice slightly menacing. You see the effect your words are having on the half-orc. He is fidgeting nervously, shuffling as he sits on the floor uncomfortably. He blurts out, almost spitting the words out of his mouth uncontrollably. "What are you gonna do to me? What is that thing? What do you want with me?"
Lem, you probe deeper into his mind as he is speaking in fear to Yokini. He is in quite the vulnerable position, but his mind seems so focused on the endless possibilities of Yokini's torture device, he isnt thinking of much else, and you cant get a grasp on his deeper thoughts.
I would let him roll insight on Yokini, but he is intimidated, so he is willing to take her threats at face value.
Yup, spell ends. In response, Lem says to the orc, "you have a name? We can make up one, but you won't like it. And no, we don't only have the options of killing you or letting you go. There are at least a dozen other options I can think of with little effort. If you spit at me again, I'll try to think of more. You won't like them. That cube might be hungry, want a nibble. There, that's one I didn't have on my original list. Inspiration just comes to me unbidden."
Lem looks at the rest of the group. "I found out a lot. He was easy. Will tell you all after he takes a snooze. My way or your way?"he says, looking at the sleep mist component of his hand, and then Zashier's fists. "Or do you have anything you want him for, Ini?"
(I'm going to assume then that Yokini was lying earlier as seems to be the case, and Zashier doesn't know that)
Unable to tell the truth from a lie, Zashier had been looking to the ground with a mixed look of disgust, anger, and helplessness playing across his feature. As much as Yokini's words had provoked the initial reaction, Lem's addition only served to further leave the paladin gritting his teeth behind closed lips, and searching the ground more fervently for answers. As a result, it took him a few extra moments for the elephantine man to even register a question had been lobbied his way, let alone any eyes were upon him.
When he did, Zashier pointedly looked sharply to the half-orc to avoid look at the others, took a breath, and then marched up until he squated right before the orc. Spitting in his face doesn't even get a disapproving look in turn, and an attempt to strike is either brushed aside or recovered from without relation. He just stared at the half-orc for a long, tense moment. "... There's no easy way to ask this, and don't let it be misconstrued as something else, as that would be a gross misinterpretation. But do you know Brinya Kevlar? And when you were given the task to... do all this, knowing that you'd be getting a lot of people killed, did you even hesitate? For that matter, why? Why start up hostilities again?"

The others stand back, quietly, as Zashier quietly contemplates. Its a few moments before he can gather his thoughts, and as he does so, he marches right up to the half-orc, and squats. The half-orc, sensing the tension in the room, has the wherewithal not to spit in the elephant-mans face.
As the moments tick by, Zashier continues to stare holes through the half-orc, who begins to squirm a bit.
At last, Zashier speaks, his voice a mixture of anger tempered with righteous might and restraint.

She disgraced herself by being with that human. I may not be full orc, but I am more orc than she will ever be. I know where my loyalties lie. When Skreed asked for my help, no I didn’t hesitate. I may not have done the deed, but I would have.

Brinya gave up, joined them, but I know my heritage. I will be rewarded when the small folk are overtaken yet again by the orc hoarde. Dont tell me you dont understand. You of all people should know what it is like to be looked down, scorned, made fun of, reviled....If you had the support of an entire culture of elephant men, you would do the same thing I have done - help create a better future for your kind.
Can you honestly tell me you wouldnt do the same if you were in my position, and have been treated as I have been, as all of my kind have been!
