The surprise hit interrupts Del's song and concentration, the spikes fade back into the ground. Del holds his hands up at first to ward off the attack but it instinctively becomes wiggly fingers ( Conjure Animals ), and eight Constrictor Snakes appear, four by each hag, looking to get grabby

 Was still under the assumption it was a surprise-type round, so was assuming Raven would start round 2.  Guess that was not correct. 

 

She would attack number 1 still.  Unless that hag is taking an action to hide, she can still be located by sound.  If she did hide, then she has to beat a passive perception of 20 for Raven to not be able to locate her.  Invisible does not mean unheard or unfindable after all, it just means unseen.  The above will just end up being disadvantage instead of advantage for the attack.  It would have been two d20 rolls after all and I did roll them individually so that they could be seen as two individual rolls.  I can reroll if you wish.

Still need this attack against which of the hags she could reach the previous round.  TIf she couldn't find hag1, then she would have moved to attack hag3.  Just use the first attack roll, since there would be no advantage or disadvantage.

The warlock cursed as he saw Raven's father fall to one of the blights. Not for the first time, he wished his patron cared enough to give him spells to help others, not just himself... but that would probably be asking far too much of Orridon.

Settling for what he had, Elwin moved toward one of the blights that had surrounded the man and attacked, trying to pierce anything solid within the tangle of foliage he could!

(( First two attacks are piercing damage, last is bludgeoning, if that matters. ))

Under the attacks of Del, Raven and Elwin, bllghts go down all over.  One is still standing. (Mindartis and Quentin will surely finish it off.)
