Just as Yasei’s grip on the hand railing was about to slip, her ring (a Ring of Evasion) started to glow, and she found her footing was magically restored. Success!

Yasei flexes her muscles, cracks her knuckles, and grunts as she makes her strength check: 12

You manage to push the skiff from the wall just enough to allow Misha and Sana to climb back aboard. Good job. Just as Misha was about to say something, massive stalactites crashed into the skiff from above, impaling themselves in the deck like two enormous splinters. "Of course! This must be the serious wounds eye cave! Now it makes sense. Everything here is dangerous and even the gravity is different, which has nothing to do with the spell, but just an observation." 

Yasei deadpans "Is this the point where we're supposed to rub syrup all over our bodies?!" and laughs at the thought.  She then searches around the skiff, looking for something that would operate as a makeshift shield, to help cover herself from any additional stalactites.

"And here I thought that all of the eyes were serious wounds eyes." Jill joked, as she searched for the eye.

"Ow. Let's find this eye and take it down," Sana says grimly.

VALKOR

The cube forms a tunnel again, but no damage is done to the skiff, thankfully. It's barely holding together as it is. You followed the tunnel in silence. It turns to starboard, and you can tell that there is a bright light around the turn. You said around the bend into a dazzling light. The tunnel opens up into a much larger cavern. The cavern is cubical, 100 years on a side. Like the rest of this cavern system, its walls are obsidian. In the exact center of the cavern is the glowing crystal sphere providing the illumination. Below the sphere is a huge platform and on it, something that looks like a huge obsidian statue of a handsome man. It's 40' tall from head to waist, and the waist is the statues base. The legless statue is carved from obsidian, with sharp corners everywhere. It shows a man with crosses arms and a curious expression on his face.

A beholders eye is affixed to his forehead.

The statue moves. With a noise of grinding rock it uncrosses it's arms and looks at you on the deck, and speaks. Its voice is a grinding hollow roar, like a high wind in a deep caverns.

"Greeting, doomed champions. I congratulate you. Few mortals ever last long enough to see me this far in the Hive. I imagine the ship helped you. Bu tnow, prepare for a slow and painful death."

"The ship helped. Tymora helped. Bane helped. We helped more. And sorry, a slow and painful death isn't reeeeally on my schedule for the day." Sana unsheathes her sword, her eyes and hair flickering gold.

Misha scowled at Valkor and gripped her hammer tight.

"My mama's watchin' me, I ain't got time to die, buddy!"

"YAAAGH!" Misha roared and charged.

"Ah, the Acheronian!" Valkor mused. "Tell me, you should feel honored. Soon, you will be art upon my walls."

"GyhHaA!" she barked, squirming away. She spun around and let out a loud scream, clearly getting mad.
