The group files back out of the armory, and head back in the main chapel area. From here you have the door across the way, opposite the door you just came back through, or the stairs behind the angel statue. Which path do you wish to try?
Pinnacle scoffs at the automaton, no true reasoning...just complying to preset directives. A pale shadow of what true warforged are. Once again taking up his warpick, he turns and leaves with the others.

The stairs lead down to a small door. It seems to be made of a solid slab of grey stone, carved with runes that shimmer with silvery light.
As you approach there is a noise of grinding stone and the runes spark with light. Slowly, the door swings open, seemingly inviting you in.
The room beyond is large and lit by magical torches that provide the feel and warmth of sunlight. Water trickles through a fountain to the rear of the room, and two four-poster beds equipped with thick red curtains lie in the far corners. An oak table is laden with stacked books and notes.
The overall impression of the space is a strange combination of bedroom and shrine. In the very centre of the room is a circle of glowing silver runes, within which sit two young humans. Blonde-haired and paleskinned, they are clearly twins, one male and one female, and wear dazzlingly white robes.
The boy has his eyes closed and his face is screwed up in concentration, but the girl watches anybody entering the room intently. The twins are both fully enclosed in a spherical Wall of Force.
"How do you do?" The girl asks. "I am Nayla, who are you?"
Iorythas will step into the room while making sure to keep his bow in his hand even if he does not have it set to fire." I am called Iorythas. Are you being held captive behind that wall or is it to keep those that have attacked the other temple away?"
Real steps forward as well. "We are friends of the Temple and come to protect it from the dangers of misused Chronomancy. We want to stop those who play with such power without recognizing it's dangers. Like my friend asks, what are your allegiances?"
Tykoris will move into the room moving over towards the desk with the notes, seeing whats on them, "My name is Tyrkoris Dawnbringer, as my friends have stated, we are here to stop the abomination from desecrating this holy place."

"I am King Bejorn." Bejorn says with confidence that would make any commoner snap to attention. "I have ruled over lands, and earned many riches, but my path has led me here, to to this temple, to protect this world from the dark use of Chronomancy. Tell me, where do your affiliations lay?"
"We..." She nods to her brother. "are the temple’s wardmasters, and key to keeping it free from outside invaders." She sighs as she hears about the use of foul magics. "Tempani has gone mad., but we agreed to keep the wards up, due to the constant attacks from mind flayers and far realm entities." She glances to her concentrating brother again. "Plus I fear for my brother's safety if we release the wards..."
Real sees a chance to gain information or allies, "Yes, Tempani has gone mad, we are on a quest to stop the madness of her actions. Do you have information that will help us in this quest? Can we help you bring order back to the Temple?"

"So you are the key to keeping it free from outside invaders? You wouldn't also happen to be the key to the armament room would you? We are a strong group of warriors that have been summon here to fight for your cause. To face the mind flayers and their comrades we will need the superior weapons that you posses in this temple," Bejorn says.

"Any help in straightening out the temple is good with us." The young girl says with a nod. "As far as things that might help... All I can tell you is that Tempani has already gone through into the Far Realm."

"I am afraid I cannot help you there." She says with a shake of her head. "We hold no rank here in the temple, it is our divine-given duty to care for the wards, that is all."
"Along with such questions what can you tell us about th things we may face during our time in this place." Iorythas asks.
"Many of the angels have been twisted by time in the Far Realm." The girl says. "Other than that, the rest are just people, people who follow a mad leader, but still just people."
Iorythas will move to scout ahead once more, keeping his bow at the ready as he does so.

Iorythas will go the stairs behind the angel statue, keeping himself in the shadows the entire way.
Tyrkoris will follow Iorythas.
"It's hard to turn away from such a beautiful array of weaponry, but we must in hopes to lay our hands on it." Bejorn follows Tyrkoris.
Clay follows Iorythas as a distance in order not to interfere with his stealth. Real follows after that.

The Yuan Ti nods as he crosses his arms, deep in thought for several seconds. "Perhaps we should take some time to form a plan of attack."
