Fletcher was tasked during creation to make navigation possible in the slums with only his small-frame and determination. His creator often commented on his commitment to such a normal task, noting that is far more than a regular Warforged's set goal. Nonetheless, he was an expert tracker and was often revered for his relentless need to do his purpose. During the war between the skies, all Warforged were drafted, forcing Fletcher to be included and separated from his creator. Forming into an expert tracker, scout, and reconnaissance soldier, he moved through the ranks and became a general not soon after. His frame was improved to fit his design, and was given scale-armor that befitted the knightly order of the SteelShield Guardians, which were great bastions of law and devotion that fought for the people. During a skirmish, what seemed to be a simple task had become a war-zone, as Fletcher and his regiment were fired upon via ummeriton(magic-black metal formed from the crystallization of magma and volcanic material in rain) cannon that rained down bolts of lightning. Fletcher commanded the rest of his remaining squadron to escape and report back to the order, as he stayed behind to buy them time. He fought in a valiant effort, but was eventually shot straight through his scale-mail into a part of his memory-drive from a stray lightning bolt, knocking him down into a powerless sleep for 60 years. By the time he wakes up, the world he is in has now changed, and as he stands up to look for his order while now covered in moss, plantation, flowers and undergrowth, Fletcher will never be in the same plane of existence for quite some time. Holding on to the seal and scarf of the SteelShield Guardians, he holds out to find the knightly order, preserving their ideals, and finding out what happened during his slumber.
Name: Finnegas Fitspatrick Blackwood, "Trick" Class: Rogue Race: V Human Backstory: (Backstory feels a bit rough, will try and smooth it out if I'm chosen) Trick grew up luckier than most in Sharn, his father worked as a clerk in Upper Central. Life was quite normal, living with his mother and his 3 sibling, his father working long hours. That was until his mark started to manifest. At first it was just whisper that no one else could hear, then the mark became visible, a series of strange and eerie swirls made of scar tissue that almost resembled a face, covering his right shoulder blade. As it became apparent to his parents what this mark was, Trick heard them arguing one night about what to do with him. Hearing them yelling back and forth, horrible suggestions of turning him in to one of the Dragonmarked Houses, Trick ran. Descending deep in to the belly of Sharn. Trick doesn't remember too much about the time he spent alone, accept being cold and hungry. At some point he found Whisper, or rather Whisper found him, welcoming him in the fold of House Tarkanan and training to use the power of his mark.

Name: Vlaar
Race: Bugbear
Class: Blood Hunter
Background: Outlander
Backstory:
Vlaar was taken as a pup and brought to Cyr to be experimented on. he was smuggled out prior to the destruction of that land, but not before his body had been changed dramatically. He has scars that mar his dark fur, not just from the chains that were used to bind him, but also from the various surgical processes that were used to change his body internally.
During the escape from Cyre Vlaar managed to get free of the lab technicians that were taking him away from that land, and was able to hide out from them long enough to get away. he has dedicated his life since then to hunt down and destroy any who would do onto others as was done onto him. He uses the changes done to him to help in this work.
Backstory: This warforged creature was recently sent forth from Coldflame Keep in Sharn. A garrison temple of the Silver Flame, this place once housed a hundred templars dedicated to protecting Sharn from supernatural threats. It has largely been abandoned; only a dozen devoted templars and adepts remain in residence. Like many of his kind, Wun-Oh-Fyve reveals little of his past and less of what motivates him now that the Great War is over. What is very apparent, though, is that it was built to create other constructs, and it possesses a vast amount of chemical and physical scientific knowledge. He bears the mark of the Knights Templar of the Silver Flame - although no-one has ever heard of a warforged being an actual Knight. The most common belief is that he is a servant of the order, perhaps used in their continuous efforts to rid this world of fiends, undead, and lycanthropes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I would like to apply as well.
Name: Breni "Duck" Krendall
Class: Paladin
Race: Halfling / mark of healing
Backstory: Breni is a member Clawfoots - the special forces of the Boromar clan. During the Last War she was a demolitions expert mostly accompanying smuggling operations handling explosives. This is where she gained the nickname - she made a loud quacking sound to indicate everyone should duck to avoid shrapnel.
She's missing her left wrist and has various scars both visible and hidden. There is a reason she is part of this group / crew, but nobody know why exactly, including herself. Her ties to her house - Jorasco are more of the passive kind, at least so far.

Name: Isabel Sagefist Class: Paladin Race: Human Backstory: Isabel is from Thrane, so she was raised to worship the Silver Flame. She has trained in service of the Church of the Silver Flame and considers herself a devoted follower. However, she has always felt a hint of wanderlust as a stationary life that seems to satisfy those around her doesn't feel like quite enough. She feels like the Silver Flame wants her to get out into the world and adventure, and that maybe her deity has some greater purpose in mind for her, waiting beyond the boundaries of her home nation.
I have an idea for Walben to be a very young man who was a boy and civilian through the war, and affected adversely. He’s hoping to have taken to the airship to escape it all. He’s a cartographer, so he can technically pay his way with this plan. However, lately he finds he has magic practically bursting from his fingertips. This may give him feelings of empowerment.
I don’t know anything about Eberron’s houses etc. Is there a good fit for this character?
Sorry to those who won't receive the PM. It is always a hard choice for a DM. I ll keep your character in case someone drops the game, otherwise see you on another adventure.

((As a note, I have little prior knowledge to Eberron, so I hope my backstory is good enough to the point where you can explain as you go.))
((Sorry if I give a hassle in advance))
rolling stats, will work out character after.

((So, has the PMs been sent yet? Just wanted to clarify.))
I'm pretty sure they haven't - I definitely had the most interesting character and have not received a PM :)
Doing it now.
I got a bit sidetracked by the Covid Virus ..
