This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sure. We can do that. For simplicity's sake, if it doesn't work, we'll move forward with the initiative as rolled unless there are any objections to that.
In the mean time, the banshee will roll a DC15 CHA save: 12 (she has a +3 to CHA and she's proficient in CHA saves, so +5.) The banshee fails the save and is therefore charmed (or frightened?) by Rush.
Also, according to the spell description, everyone in a 20' radius of the center point needs to roll a DC15 CHA save, as well. So, where is Rush going to center this spell?
The banshee, now charmed, looks at her new friend curiously, and she says, "My name is Vyldara. And, if you must know, I happened here. I only wanted what was best for my people and these dwarves, but they weren't willing to do what they had to. Instead of fighting to be freed of their needless traditions and masters, they chained me up. I couldn't just let that stand. So, I killed them." She looks confused for a second and then pained as if she is experiencing a sudden sharp headache. "At least..." she struggles to speak, "I...then, I think they killed me...?"
She's clearly struggling to remember what happened.
You can tell that she's attempting to fight against being charmed. She writhing around a bit as she's attempting to remember her past and fight against the spell.
Andrømeda can see her trying to break the charm, her eyes tracking between Rush and the specter, so she readies her greataxe, the adrenaline beginning to surge as she prepares for a fight.

If you think my puns are bad, I'll remind you, my profile pic says otherwise.
Kwisatz, staying behind the door, hears the conversation, and see’s Andromeda ready her weapon. He keeps the licorice in his hands ready to haste her the moment is seems she’s on the move.
The aggressive tone is enough to set off Andrømeda, her adrenaline hitting her in response(rage) as she growls, rushing forward with a leap to slash at the banshee.

Right before she does that, Kwisatz releases his held haste on her.
So, Andrømeda can go ahead and get one attack in (with the extra hasted action), +2 to her AC, and advantage on DEX saves (you might need to remind me of that stuff...).
Andrømeda swung her greataxe once, mightily, and the momentum carried her through three more swings. The last swing was enough to break her spirit's hold on this plane and she evaporated into nothing.
There is an eerie quiet settling over the fortress. You didn't even realize there was noise before, but now that it's got it's like the absence of noise is louder than the ambient noise was to begin with.
Andrømeda breaths hard for a couple seconds, forcing her blood to settle, before turning to Rush and dipping her head. "Am'm sorry friend. Am did not think she vould be villing to speak more, and did not vant to give her a chance to strike. Vi ha been facing too many valking død today."

Andrømeda nods, patting him on the back, then moving to open the middle doorway in the hall. "All det vi ha found here is de same. Vi should complete de search, ja?"

Any chance i can use the ring to cast calm emotions on it before we start fighting? We might actually learn what happened here.

Cha save: 16
Rush just wants to hit her, so centered behind her. And a charm effect, he just wants cool heads.
On seeing the becalmed banshee, he’ll step into the hall.
“What happened here? Who are you?”

Andrømeda furrows her brow, looking at Rush and the others and mutters, "Det does not sound so nice."

“Best we keep moving.”
