  Rule doesn't say anything about being attacked prevents sneak attack - will let the DM confirm or reject and adjust damage from your last attack if you would have used sneak attack if it was available....

Heilamin attacks Sauhagin 10 Attack: 14 Damage: 3 and as a bonus action casts Healing Word on Mackenzie (2nd Level): 8. For my movement, I will move as close to Sahaugin 4 and the stairs as I can get (understanding that unless Sauhagin 10 is dead, that I will generate an opportunity attack).

Renee's sneak attack damage: 17

Renee's is able to piece the heart of the sahuagin and it falls to her blade. The ape misses one slam but is able to land their second, wounding Sahuagin 9. 

After healing themselves, Mackenzie's spiritual weapon cleaves into Sahuagin 1. It is still standing, ready to strike at the first mate. 

Heilamin you strike Sahuagin 10, dealing 3 damage and healing some more damage to Mackenzie. The sahuagin still stands. Sahuagin 10 opportunity attack with it's claw: 14 Damage: 4

The first mate lunges again, trying to fend off the ugly fish person in front of them.

Captain Andy is not able to dodge any attacks and can't parry them away. He takes three hits from the champion he is in a blood frenzy.

Brazzak glances over the rail and looks at the fishman in front of him.

"Hey! Is that a shark? I ain't never seen no shark a'fore. Anyways..."

And the dragonborn attacks. 

Brazzak strikes twice and takes out Sahuagin 9. The dragonborn then moves towards the steps to the upper deck where Andy and the first mate battle these creatures. Brazzak peeks over the edge and you see that the huge shark is swimming in circles near where it last surfaced from the water. 

Modron is able to move past Heilamin and misty step with a BA 30 feet, to the other side of Champion 3. They then use action Fire Bolt on Champion 3.

Champion 3 is singed by Modron's firebolt, but continues to press on Mackenzie...the blood frenzy still in his eye.

^Had to remove Sahuagin 6 from attack because Renee crushed them.

Renee isn't quick enough this time, and both claw and bite get her. "Ey, watch the clothes! They're new!" she complains before going in for her own attack with the rapier.

The Ape will rush up to #3 and attack it with its fists. (It has 30 ft movement)

OOC: With Mackenzie locked in melee with the large Sahuagin I don't think posting in initiative order will change the attack

Accepting the raking attacks with a grimace Mackenzie tightens his grip on the halberd and spins tbe blade into an arc the descends down toward it's nead and then stabs forward at its torso, all while manouvering 5 or 10ft toward capt Andy but remaining based with Champion 3

And with a quick glance toward the first mate he also brings the shining battle axe down upon that Sahuagin

As the first attack bites he will call force on his divine connection to Smite for an additional 12 bring total damage to 17 "You cannot win...yield to me"

On Heilamin's turn he casts Thunderwave at third level to effect Sahuagin 10 and Champion 3 dealing 10 damage. DC15 CON save. Sahuagin 10: 5 Champion 3: 9

Champion 3 is not pushed back from the thunderwave, but Sahuagin is boomed backwards over the rowboats. DEX check: 5. They hold their footing and are not knocked prone. 

Unfortunately Renee you miss with the rapier (AC12) and your ape is not able to hit with their slams. 

Mackenzie you cleave into Champion 3 with your first attack dealing 17 damage with help from the smite. Your spiritual weapon is not able to connect with Sahuagin 1. 

Modron, you're up.

First mate takes his lunge at Sahuagin 1.
