Nyx manages to land two hits, but Ireniana swings futilely!

Round 8!

The Duchess survey's the scene and laughs.  "You can take all my servants down, but when it comes to fighting a real foe, you quiver in your boots!  I told the Duke that you lot were nothing to worry about.  That fool should have listened to me."   She turns to Umbriel: "I've had quite enough of your electric hands, foolish elf." and she starts swinging: 12, damage: 25.  If Umbriel is still up she'll swing again, if not she'll attack Droop: 24, damage: 21.

A rare miss from the Duchess!

Droop snarls at the Duchess and jumps over Umbriel's body protectively then swings: 16, damage: 8+4, 21, damage: 7+5.

Summary:
- Umbriel takes 21 damage and goes down (I think).

The party is up!

Lyngheid moves around the giantess to Umbriel and pours a potion down his gob. ( 10 hp)

Action: Feed Potion.

Ireniana once again attacks the Dutchess. 

Attack: 19 Damage: 9

Eldritch Maw Damage - 4

Attack: 27 Damage: 14

(Let me see if Strength of the Grave saves me - DC26 Cha save)

Umbriel goes limp and collapses, as his Strength of the Grave isn't enough to mitigate a blow of that severity... but Lyngheid's potion revives him, and he staggers back to his feet!

Wiping the blood from his nose, he says "I can do this all day, Duchess - you will soon be squealing like your pathetic little whelp did!" 

He'll maneuver around to flanking position with Droop, giving him a small wink, then he'll cast Hex (Disadvantage on Dex checks) and attack with Shocking grasp again.

Attack: 17 Damage: 9

6 Hex damage 

Baeshra reserves his few remaining magics for when the next ally drops and makes two more spectral bites.

Bite: 20 Damage: 7 + 2 force
Hungry Jaws: Attack: 15 Damage: 7 + 2 force

(Not sure if I have flanking advantage from Ireniana, given that we're both using distance melee attacks, but just in case, here are advantage rolls for those attacks. 21  8)

"I agree, I have also had enough of this..."

Nyx loads up a giant slayer bolt and lets it rip at the boastful Duchess.

OCC: Nyx does he best to line up advantage, maybe moving in so that Droop is opposite?

Rapier  Attack: 18 Damage: 4 

If Adv second D20 is 20

Hand Crossbow with Giant Slay bolt Attack: 12 Damage: 9  CON Save DC17 or take 32 , half if saved.

If Adv second D20 is 18

If she gets Adv, Sneak Attack is 9

Round 8 Continued:

Lyngheid hustles over to feed a potion to Umbriel, bringing him back to consciousness.

Ireniana jumps around, maintaining her distance as she attacks twice, and lands with her second!

Baeshra manages to land both of his attacks!

Umbriel once again shocks the Duchess!

Nyx comes in and distractes her with a Rapier fake while she lands a hit with her Giant Slayer bolt!  Con Save: 19.

14, she fails!

Round 9:

The Duchess jolts at the latest shock and then swings again at Umbriel: 30, damage: 24

With a miss, she'll attack him again! 25, damage: 31.

This time she hits and knocks him down again.  With Umbriel down, she glances around and then sprints for the door giving Lyngheid and Droop Attacks of Opportunity.

Droop's AoO: 13, damage: 7 + 4

Darn, I thought I had it!

She missed her first attack on Umbriel, landed her second, but it wasn't a crit and it did 20 damage.

Summary:
- Umbriel takes 20 damage and is out.
- Lyngheid gets an AoO on the Duchess as she flees for the door!

The party is up!

Lyngheid AoO: Attack: 22 Damage: 8

Baeshra moves quickly to follow her snapping a quick word at Umbriel to bring him to his feet while sending spectral jaws at the duchess.

Healing Word: 7

Attack: 15 Damage: 8

Ireniana will move to within 15 feet and attack the Duchess once more. 

Attack: 16 Damage: 12

Umbriel pops up, wincing at the unpleasant sensation of bones popping back into place and skin stitching itself back together. He looks around, assesses the situation, and stands a little shakily, then casts his last Hex at the fleeing Duchess (for Strength checks) and throws two Eldritch Blasts at her.

Attack: 12 Damage: 10
Hex damage: 2

Attack: 11 Damage: 10
Hex damage: 1 

Lyngheid chases after the giantess but is unable to make it all the way to her...

Lyngheid lands her AoO!

Round 9 Continued:

Lyngheid hurries after The Duchess, but her short legs are quickly left behind!

Droop hangs back, doing a quick survey of everyone to see if there are any sterilizations needed.

Ireniana manages to land a critical hit!

Baeshra brings back Umbriel and tries a jaws attack, but misses!

Umbriel, still slightly disoriented, misses with both of his Eldritch Blasts!

Nyx: TBD

Nyx will run after her so that she is engaged and will get an AoO if she keeps running.

Rapier  Attack: 20 Damage: 11

Hand Crossbow   Attack: 16 Damage: 6

Sneak Attack (as shes the only one within 5 feet)  12

Nyx lands two hits!

Round 10:

The Duchess frowns at Nyx and then swings twice: 22, damage: 23, 2nd attack: 26, damage: 30 before she hurries out the door and down the hall.

The party is up!

Lyngheid casts Guidance on Nyx and moves after the giantess with no hope of catching her.

Umbriel moves to the doorway (or wherever he can see the Duchess) and throws two more Eldritch Blasts at her. 

Attack: 12 Damage: 11

4 Hex damage

Attack: 26 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
