He'll hesitantly take the dagger from her. "Thank you for this. Do you know anything about it? Where it came from? And, did you have any direct contact with Urgon after he got back from his travels?"

Senine had moved to the side while all of this was going on, glaring hard at Tulgi since she admitted to stealing from the Dwendalian Empire. She quietly takes a pull from the flask she keeps on her hip.

Tulgi glowers at you all and says "Well have a look at it yourself.  Obviously it's a nice dagger.  Not sure where it's from, to tell the truth."

Senine pulls her glare off of Tulgi just long enough to give the dagger a once over before returning to giving the thief the stink-eye, having been around enough weapons in her life that maybe she could glean something.

"I see," Sanjay says to Tulgi.

Then Sanjay says, "Ma'am, if you would allow me and my friends, here, a moment to speak." Then he makes eye contact with each of his companions and motions for them to come and speak with him in the opposite side of the relatively small hut.

In a hushed tone, he says to them, "Honestly, I don't think she's going to be of much use. She's clearly intent on keeping her secrets. We might have better luck starting in town fresh tomorrow morning. Maybe we can track down some of Urgon's companions or get a better idea where he went and what he got into. What do you think?"

"I think we ought to take her to the authorities, personally." Senine says with a huff, "Though, you're right that she'll likely not be of any use, and I could use a meal. Probably best to keep hold of the dagger too. At the very least it's stolen, and if it does have something to do with this it's best not left here, no?"

"Do you think we should bring the dagger to Elro since it's stolen property? Maybe they have somewhere safe to keep it until we know more about it. I wonder if Tulgi's sister is still alive."

Then, looking back to Tulgi, Sanjay asks, "Ma'am, where did you say your sister lives?"

Senine looks the dagger over, and also assumes it must have some significance with it's intricate, ornate designs, but other than that she can't glean any further information.

Tulgi remains huddled ever closer to her Brazier.  "I didn't say where she lives.  She won't take kindly to visitors, I'll warn you."  She looks as if she's considering her options.  Then she goes on, "She's in Croaker Cave.  Now either go on and find the cure or give me my dagger back and be on your way!  I could still die in peace."

Sanjay, addressing the group again in a whisper, "We may have to go check in on Tulgi's sister, too. We have no idea how this thing is spread or how wide it has gotten so far. Also, we could give Tulgi the dagger back. There's not really a whole lot of harm in it, especially if she's dying. If she does die, then her deeds will be found out eventually, anyway. If she doesn't die and we cure her, we can turn her in later so that she can face justice for what she's done."

Senine sighs a bit, "I can't say I like it, but from the sounds of this sickness, even a thief wouldn't deserve that. I still say we keep the dagger though. If it has something t'do with this, we may need it to find a cure, and if not we can make sure it's returned t'who it belongs."

Sanjay nods, "Okay. Then, lets be on our way. I could use a meal and we need to come up with a plan for tomorrow."

Salem agreed with the group, "Sounds good to me."

"Ma'am," Sanjay says addressing Tulgi again, "we appreciate your time and your help." He gives her a shallow bow as he says this. "We must be off. We'd like to keep the dagger for now because we believe we'll need it to help find the cure." Then, he starts to tuck the dagger into his pack. 

Tulgi looks slightly taken aback at the gesture, then nods and waves you out the door.  "Close the door tight, will you." is the last thing she says to you.

Now that you've all stepped out, you're about 65-70 ft. from the center of town, where the Jolly Dwarf is located. Of course, there are other places to go, but it's late and everything is likely closed up or closing up shop.

Sanjay will head towards the Jolly Dwarf. What's the temperature outside (relative temperature range)?

Salem followed behind Sanjay, "Should we find an Inn? It's kinda cold out here.."

"It's absolutely freezing out here," Sanjay says. "I think the Jolly Dwarf will have rooms."

"I'm staying at the Inn," Senine says, walking towards town. "I can take you to it."
