Shamash is staggering and barely standing. He will cast cure wounds on himself and then try to move out of the way of his friends so Yed can attack (if he needs to. I'm not sure how much space there is).

Doc appears in the corridor, seemingly from nowhere, and sinks his rapier deep into the Redbrand's heart. The group is now alone, surrounded by corpses, an unconscious bugbear and an unconscious goblin.

Yed breathes heavily and scans the area in high alert after Doc cuts down the last visible Redbrand. He feels his paranoia in his body, flowing as heavily as the blood running from the wounds that he’d sustained during the battle. Looking down on the pile of corpses in the small room he feels a cold shudder, and he begins to count to three repetitively to calm himself down. After which he will look to the unconscious bodies and ask the party,
“So do we plan on interrogating all three for information?” Then gesturing to the goblin, bugbear, and Iarno still tied to his back. If the group decides to bring them along as prisoners, Yed will opt to grab the Goblin instead of the heavier bugbear. Thus ending up carrying a goblin in his arms in front, and a human wizard strapped to his back.

"Not exactly." Doc says, sheathing his weapons. He then goes to search the bodies of the fallen; considering it prudent to acquire a few of the crimson cloaks of the Redbrands and stashing them within his pack. After looting is completed, he will set about tending to the wounds of each injured person, starting with himself.

"I suggest we leave all three of them here; fully bound. Gagged as well, in Iarno's case. We need to deal with that creature in the cavern and notify the family in the cage that it is safe to leave. If my intuition is correct, that beast will prey on the town with its food supply diminished. I can't speak for everyone, but I refuse to leave such a threat active. After that, we can depart and drag them all to Sildar."
The group ties up their captives then goes to deal with the nothic. The monster is in the crevasse, gnawing on a freshly-dead Redbrand. It pokes his head out of the crevasse and grins wildly at you, its teeth trailing bloody flesh.
