(OOC: Not quite sure what you're planning. Dodge would be a full action. You could do that if you use action surge. Or do you mean that you want to let Magnum hit you next turn? That would be a Deception check to fool the crowd, I think.)

Silent is not quick enough on his feet to think of a good comeback so he holds his sword lengthwise and will attempt a Shove against Magnum, trying to knock him prone.
If Magnum loses the skill contest and gets knocked prone, Silent will use his Action Surge to take a swing with the mace at advantage (if Magnum stays standing, Silent will step back). Attack: 25 Damage: 6

The crowd is shouting some words of encouragement, and some insults, but mostly waiting to see how you're going to entertain them.

"If the total of the roll plus modifiers equals or exceeds the target's Armor Class (AC), the attack hits." From the Player's Handbook: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/combat#AttackRolls. Equalling is enough to hit.
