I’m going to say she would not be able to escape the grapple anyway since she’s restrained, so make a strength check to pull her out of the vines, with advantage because her size is Tiny.
Orin trudges through the thick vines and weeds that sprouted out of the ground and attempts to pull the restrained frog out of the vines, but it appears to be holding on too tightly. ((Athletics does not help.))
As Orin’s hand wraps around Zoya, her frog form slips out of the weeds and vines and leaps away to safety. I assume you jump as far as you can, which is 10ft.
Cinta turned carefully around, " Can we please put all weapons away. This is a talking time not a whacking time."
" She's asking why we're here and I'm telling her."
" If you do not let us go things will become very bad. You know the people of towns are like ants...if you tread on one suddenly 100 come to find out what happened."
" Better just to talk with us now and avoid all the bother, I think. The fey are mighty and powerful, or so the tales go."
" Did the tree cutters do something to offend or cut somewhere they should not? They claim they have always cut here but the memories of men are short and easily confused."
“They went against their agreement. They cut down too many trees and the forest has started weeping. You know, do you not? You saw what they have done? They came to ask for wood and the trees were willing to provide. But not this much.”
As she finishes speaking to Cinta, you all see pixies coming out of hiding spots and out of invisibility. You see all of them surround you, watching to see what happens.
Leon puts his sword away. He bows his head in respect as he sees the little folk all about. He glances to his companions, raising an eyebrow as he wonders what the conversation is about,a nd how it is going.
"I'm going to repeat exactly what she said about the loggers:
“They went against their agreement. They cut down too many trees and the forest has started weeping. You know, do you not? You saw what they have done? They came to ask for wood and the trees were willing to provide. But not this much.”
Arrin grunts and says, “They attacked first, turn them back and the axe goes away. Until then it’s staying out. Now the sooner they get rid of their magic the sooner we can all talk.”
The pixies look at one another. Cinta, you hear the pixie by you talk again:
“If he does not lower his weapon, his mind will not leave in one piece. We do not like fighting, but we dislike aggressive intruders more. Axe is lowered, enchantment is lifted.”
She looked around at the others, "Can someone else talk to the big lummox too afraid of fairies to put his axe down? I have actual work to do."
" I'm not really in charge of him. He's probably going to try and kill me soon if he doesn't get his way, he thinks the axe is protecting him and doesn't realise its doing the opposite."
"Is there anything I can do? What if I swear on my life that if he does attack you I will defend you?"
“I don’t like things that hide and use trickery. It’s not an honorable way to fight. And I don’t know if you realize but if I don’t complete this I could head back to jail. So I’m a little more worried about that. All they have to do is turn them back to a half-elf. And we can talk about how the forest is sad that the lumberjacks cut down some trees and are replanting what they’re cutting down.” Arrin replies eyes glaring at Cinta before adding, “But here, to appease the one who got wrapped up in vines and showed up to the wrong place this morning.” Arrin puts his axe away, “You happy, hopefully they don’t turn you into a frog next.”

Feeling a hand wrap around her, Zoya tries to free herself to escape the hand.
Strength?: 6
The -5 penalty, but you got a nat20.

Yup, let's go 10ft.
"Ribbit."
Arrin looks around confused axe out and ready to swing, “What’s going on? Why are you all speaking in a weird language?”
Cinta turned carefully around, " Can we please put all weapons away. This is a talking time not a whacking time."

Orin wouldn‘t be holding a weapon anyway.

Three of the pixies keep a hand raised toward Arrin, as if waiting for him to lower his weapon.
“I lower my axe when our companion is no longer a frog.” Arrin replies with a a growl.
" Right.....We'll that's not going to happen until the axe is lowered."
She sighed, " Work with me here. What sort of war-name would you earn here? Fairy-smasher? Ender-of-Sparkles? Decimater-of-Tiny-Toadstool-Villages?"
