It will take Anakis and Torrent about a minute to sneak up on the five toads in the redwoods where they sleep. They continue to snore from which you can tell they are spread out before you, roughly one every 15 feet. Which toad do you head towards?
What does everyone else do while Anakis and Torrent head over the marshy ground and into the dark redwoods?
Torrent, thrilled to catch the toads sleeping, whispers to Anakis, "Right, go get the others. I dunno if I kin move as quietly as ya can. Guide em here as quietly as possible. We'll talk about plans once they get here. This may give us a leg up, but we canna waste this opportunity.""

(DM question - are the toads above ground or have they burrowed in? & how far did Torrent & I get to them? They were 80ft away at the other side of the mound, so would it be 30ft or closer?)
"Okay, but stay quiet and wait for me, I don't want to miss out,"Anakis whispers in reply, she goes to leave, then stops, "Maybe be ready to bury one of them should someone wake them up on the way back. That or ready to charm one." And with that, Anakis slinks back to the group (I'm not sure if you want another stealth check - 14)
I had assumed you were going to go all the way up to them, but I suppose it depends on what you mean by "check the toads". If your intention isn't to go the whole 80 feet, how far do you go and in what direction? You can hear five toads snoring away in the dense redwoods, which obscure them from view. You can't see whether they're in burrows or not. Also, which of the five sources of the snoring sound do you move towards?
(Sorry, Tarek! Your post didn't show up until after I replied to Torrent, I didn't mean to sound rude! ('m editing that post, so it says who I responded to XD)
"No worries," Aluzira says in reply to Tarek with a smile.

Fluin would move closer, but stay back from those moving in on the toads themselves. he wants to be about 30 feet behind them, within range of rushing in to their aid if needed.
Fluin, judging by the fact that you made a "Stealth check", I assume it's your intention as you trail behind Anakis and Torrent to avoid being noticed by the toads should they awaken. Is that correct?
Anakis and Torrent, I still need a reasonably specific idea of where the two of you are trying to go. It sounds like Torrent intended to walk all the way up to the toads, but it seems like Anakis is unclear about this. Unless I get some specificity about which toad (e.g. left or right), I'll assume you head towards the center of the group. Also, it looks like now Anakis is going to head back to the party, but I'm not sure how to answer her question about how close to the toads she got.
Everyone else, I'm assuming that barring some clarification from you to the contrary, you're all hanging out with Tarek basically being yourselves within earshot (80 feet) of the toads. Is that correct?
(My goal was to get a layout of where the toads were. Now I was hoping to gather everyone up so we can sneak up and attack them before they know what was happening. I'm okay with Anakis's idea of just getting within line of sight.)

(I'm in agreement with Arc, just getting a layout of the toads and tell if they were burrowed down - to tell if the burying one plan would work, but not close enough to be right on top of them without the party. I'd say with a number of them snoring, we'd head for the centre of the spread of toads to get a good idea of placements. Sorry, I've got to get used to being more descriptive in what I'm looking to do!)
Okay, I think I gave you a layout in post #603. That information is based on hearing the toads rather than seeing them and is available to everyone from 80 feet back.
From the crest of the low dome, about 40 feet from the toads, you can see that the trees where the toads are sleeping, which begin about 15 feet from you, form a heavily obscured area that blocks your vision entirely, so line-of-sight cannot be established to anything inside of it. The pool, which is frozen, is 15 feet directly to your right and is over 50 feet across.
Sorry Anakis, cross-posted with you above, but to be able to tell if the toads are sleeping in burrows or under logs, for example, you'd have to get within 5 feet of them due to the heavy growth of vines, leaves, and branches that block your sight.
(That's ok, that's what I read from your post - can't see them unless we're on top of them - all good. Just want to check I'm reading the frozen pool position correctly though. We have the swampy terrain directly to the toads, but if we wanted to try and swing around to the right we'll have to contend with a 50ft frozen pool?)
(Anakis will continue on with the planned travel as before - leaving Torrent to get the others and bring them closer, i.e. grouping up with Torrent. Once they're all together, she might sneak in a little further, depending on what the group's whispered plan will be.)
From where you and Torrent are, at the apex of the icy dome (which isn't very high at all but is notable since the terrain of the bog tends to be flat and because it provides some visual cover):
Between 10:30 and 1:30 is the dense wood (15 feet away) with the toads in it (40 feet away) centered on 12:00.
Between 1:30 and 4:30 is the frozen pool (also 15 feet away). The pool is more than 50 feet across in every dimension, and the dense wood also wraps around behind it.
Between 4:30 and 10:30 is the icy marsh in which you're also standing, with the rest of the party 35 feet behind you (except Fluin, who's 30 feet behind you) at 6:00.
Every part of the area is difficult terrain.
As long as no one objects, we can say that the party is now all together at or just behind the crest of the dome. The toads don't seem to have been disturbed or awakened.
Tarek, I'd forgotten you said you were staying back, which is fine if that's still what you or anyone else wants to do. I guess I need some clarification on that point, and any other action anyone wants to take.
(Just to give some clarification for DM from Anakis point of view - Anakis has gone back to get anyone that wants to come forward, and has met back up, with them, with Torrent on the mound. No other action yet, just keeping watch for movement and waiting to discuss strategy moving forward with the group as we can't get good vision on the sleeping toads from this position.)
Aluzira follows Anakis to where Torrent is on the mound, being as quiet as possible. "What do we do now?" she asks in a low whisper to the rest of the group.

Stealth: 10
(It's alright Aluzira.)

Seems fine with me. And, yes, Fluin was trying to go unnoticed by the toads.
