The guard fighting Griff drops, dead.
The dwarf however seeing his companion fall urged on by the feral tiefling and noticing Griff's state attacks him battleaxe attack Attack: 6 Damage: 8 making a WIZ save 16 passing the save he fells the half-orc!
"Enough," the Feral tiefling shouts holding another spear attack against Yuri and Jophyra. "Drop your weapons or die like you companion," he growls through sharp incisors as the dwarf holds his bloodied battleaxe with a grimace.
Yuri blinded and sorely wounded, chuckles at his brave and impulsive companion's statement. He thinks to himself, "Leave it to Jophyra to respond in the most dramatic way possible. Perhaps I can buy her some time to get away. She's surely more capable on her own then I."
Yuri's features become even more reptilian as he manifests his power. He opens his mouth and exhales a cone of lightning directly in front of him targeting the guard and tiefling.
Yuri looks to his fallen companions. The gentle giant half-orc paladin who seemed so at odds with his outer appearance. The lithe elven rogue who while rash at times, always led them from one exciting adventure to another. He thinks of their missing companions.
Yuri's features continue to remain reptilian as he maintains his sorcerous power, his breath highlighted with arcs of electricity from his Dragon's Breath. He takes a ragged breath and says, "I will yield and accompany you peacefully if my comrades wounds are seen to, otherwise I will deliver you unto hell, devil spawn."
Deception to hide the effects of his wounds and portray powerful resolve: 18 or 11
OOC: I'd say your deception would get disadvantage considering he's hostile to you Yuri.
Griff give me one more save, please.
Jophyra, just roll two just to see how it goes!
Lord Bazlaar nods to his guards surround Yuri, removing his weapons and place him in shackles. They then remove the weapons of Griff and Jophyra shackling their bodies as well before carrying them out of the warehouse. Double the guard is placed on the building as the bodies of Griff and Jophyra are placing in the back of a waiting covered wagon. Yuri is then hustled into the back of the covered wagon as well still able to obverse his surroundings somewhat.
Yuri perception check.

Yuri can see the covered wagon is moving in the same direction as the carriage took flight earlier that evening. Moving on the bumpy road through the town and then onto a road through a heavily wooded swamp area they travel a good twenty minutes before stopping.
Yuri can hear someone call out, he then hears the creaking of gates opening, and the covered wagon moves on. Through the opening, Yuri can see the wagon has passed through large iron gates into a stone-walled courtyard. Once the wagon rounds on an imposing mansion he is hustled out and taken across the stone courtyard towards a stable area of some kind. He is then lead by his shackled hands to a stone room before going through a hallway that meets a set of stairs that lead down. The stairwell spirals and he is lead by guards in front and behind him until he reaches a line of cells, six in total, with three cells on the entire side. Two cells are occupied and Yuri is put into the last on the left-hand side of the room. The first two on that side you notice are occupied but you're hurried passed too quickly to see who occupies those cells.
For Marle:
There's low light from torches around each cell and what looked like one entrance/exit that's guarded by three individuals who when you passed them were seated at a table playing cards with piles of cooper and silver coin atop it. They didn't even seem to acknowledge you but spoke in an odd language you did not understand before putting you into the middle cell. From your middle cell, which you've been in for about a half an hour, you see Yuri being paraded in front of you and placed in the cell beside yours. The bars are on the front only where the door to the cells are and the cells themselves are divided by stonewalls.
OOC: Marle can come in now!

Marle sits, seemingly relaxed, against the wall of the cell near the bars so he can catch glimpses of the guards in the next room. His armor and gear taken, he wears light, loose fitting clothes in bright, though slightly dirtied and wet, colors. When Yuri is brought in, a half smile lifts the corner of Marle’s mouth. Once the guards have dropped Yuri off and left the immediate area, he whispers back, “This feels like the start of a bard’s tale. Where are the others?”

More guards come into the warehouse behind the Feral tiefling, there are six of them with an array of weapons brandished.
