By now the team could safely assume the name "Exterminators" or may be "Orc Bane" - yet another too confident orc dropped dead on the floor. The last one finally understood things are not really working out and looked - completely terrified - at Leon and his sword,, frozen in expectation of a crushing attack.
And the last already wounded orc fall to the ground. Terrified former prisoners exhaled (probably swearing an oath not to leave your site until they are safely home), and the group could have a breakfast in peace and quiet. (5 more ears)
Once the last of them falls, their bodies looted, and ears are taken, Leon would drag the bodies to the bridge and toss them over into the river far below. Then he would return to eat something with the group before heading out to wherever they are going next.
Ramious helps Leon dispose of bodies. At one point as they stand next to the chasm tossing the last body in, Ramious wonders where the river leads and suddenly imagines orc bodies floating past as people in a village pull buckets of drinking water from it, stopping, and watching horrified as the bloated forms slip past. He feels momentarily guilty, but aside from a quick glance at Leon he says nothing. Better to suffer the imaginary guilt alone.
Once breakfast is done they move out, asking the farmers for directions once they get a bit away from the mountain.

(That's two days of dead bodies down that river... lol)
Alyssa will busy herself using her magic to clean up the bloody mess in the room so that they could eat in a sanitary area while the two dispose of the bodies.
After the ears are cut Bernard would move outside and try to cover up any signs of the struggle. Then while the others cleaned up, he would stand guard at one of the arrow slits for any other returning patrols.
It took farmers some time to guess the right direction (and to adjust to the fresh air and open space) but they did it. The village was supposedly south-east from the entrance to the Keep (with the town you came from directly to the south). In the second half of the day, after some break and before you dive into the that underbrush, difficult to get through, farmers begun somewhat recognize surroundings and brought the group to the brook with nice rocky bed - keeping on the side, between the crude plant cover and the water, you could move faster. It still took more than a day to get to the village, but there were no attacks on the camp, not did anyone saw or heard any orc patrol around.
As farmers promised, the village was tiny. Geradil's parents met the fortunate couple (and adventurers) not quite believing that the two were returned to them. Tough the house was too small to accommodate the party (there was no Inn or anything like it there, either), farmers would be happy to sleep outside should adventurers wish for it. The old woman - Geradil's mother - brought the biggest treasure of the house (if not the village) - two Potions of Healing. "You saved my son and my daughter in law - take it, you might need it on your mission."
Sacks of food, that farmers carried from the Keep were quite appreciated by the villagers too - Geradil and Courana were not the only one missing, just the only one returned, and settlement was shorthanded hunting/scavenging wise.
Once again, the heroes were revered and admired as saviours.
Ramious accepts the praise with an embarrassed shrug and a muttering of "It was nothing...anybody woulda done the same."
He accepts the generous gift of the potions, in exchange for a vow, "We'll be headin up there again, with luck there won't be orcs back in these parts for a few years...after we're done..."
He sleeps outside, setting up his tent and wrapping himself up in his fur lined sleeping blanket. In the morning, he nods farewell and, if the group is ready, they strike out once more for the mountain and it's hidden secrets.

Bernard feels awkward with all of the hero worship. He'll accept whatever gifts they have as graciously as he can but finds himself trying to keep to the outskirts of the attention more and more. Bernard will ask if they have any arrows he can purchase and he will make a point that he wants to purchase them, not accept them as a gift.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alyssa, seemingly in good company, awkwardly accepts the praise, though would turn down any rations or supplies as kindly as she could. She too would happily make her tent outside for the evening. As per her usual routine, she'll check on everyone before retiring to meditate for the night. In the morning she'd review her spells and pack up her supplies to be ready to move on with the others.
Hunting was the common occupation here, of course, and Bernard had no problem to get more arrows (not the finest kind but serviceable). His coins were welcomed too, though at first villagers tried to refuse them.
The familiar by now walk to the Keep, interrupted once by quiet camping, brought you back to the gates. There were still no signs of orcs or anyone else, for that matter. All you could here inside is the river rushing down the chasm. It seems you cleaned up this floor were thoroughly, and no new inhabitants had time to move in.
The rift in the center of the farthest room with its dozens of stone steps still lead down into darkness. You can still hear the buzzing coming from far below.
For sometime nothing happened - same buzzing and the sound of rushing water deep down, but then the darkness burst with small flapping wings and 4 creatures flew high to the ceiling only to regroup and attack: Initiative 12
The elf would facepalm at Ramious’ literal call out for the flying creatures to come up. If anything intelligent was down there, it knows for sure we’re here now. Not that she should be surprised. They’ve never been a quiet bunch after all...
Bernard will just take another shot with his bow at the nearest orc.
