OOC: It seems Anthony intends to attack the man with any weapons available to him, Chazrael has announced firing his bow at him and Ophiwalen announced striking him with an unarmed strike.
If you were trying to “knock him down,” for Ophiwalen, was that a specific Monk manuever? If you were generally using the shove/grab/knockdown rules those are based on Athletics checks, opposed by the defenders Athletics or Acrobatics check, but you may have some monk abilities that add knockdown to a strike, I am unsure. You may also do damage in the process. Similarly, Anthony may be able to contest grapple attempts with his choice of Acrobatics or Athletics.
Chazrael can fire two arrows per attack action if he wishes to do so, as he is pure Ranger 5 and has Extra Attack.
I think they are waiting for confirmation of whether their respective attacks hit, and as multiple characters were engaged in making attacks, it seemed like a “combat” of sorts. Halec is still unclear on whether he should involve himself in the matter.
OOC: So far we have: Halec 20, Ophiwalen 15, Weretiger 13, I’ll wait to confirm the initiative order I guess before posting actions and rolls if I am not requested to donotherwise. Let me you want me to go ahead and announce my actions and roll them now, DM.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Chazrael Inititive - 7
OOC: I'll actually get 3 attacks this round - my regular two and Gloomstalkers get a bonus Dread Ambusher in the first round of combat, which allows me to attack and use a d8 damage if it hits. I'll only get this attack during the first round.
First Chazrael will use his bonus action to cast hunter's mark on the target.
Halec will make 5 attacks, one Attack Action, which is 2 attacks thanks to Extra Attack, action surge for an additional action, which will be an additional Attack action, 2 more attacks, and he will take his Bonus action for an additional attack all with the Hand Crossbow, using Crossbow Master. Due to Sharpshooter he attacks up to 120 ft with the weapon without disadvantage. I will look at the attack rolls and if they will low he will use the Superior Dice Battlemaster Manuever Precision Attack to add +1d8 to hit. He will he using the Sharpshooter feature to attack at -5 on each hit to add +10 to damage.
Attack Action 1:
1st Attack Roll: 13
-Adds +1d8 with a Precision Shot from Battlemaster: 4 brings the first attack to 13to hit
2nd attack roll: 22
Bonus Action Attack
BA Attack Roll: 6
Action Surge - Attack action 2
Attack Roll 1: 20
Attack Roll 2 (5th and final attack): 9
Natural 1 on the final, Precise shot cannot aid help that.
Note, Halec is attacking with a +1 Magic Hand Crossbow so each hit is magical piercing damage.
Also, ignore the above post beyond Attack 5, I had tried to copy from above to have reference to the attack rolls and it copied some text below. The 4 potential hits are 13, 14, 19, and 17, and magical piercing damage values are 18, 18, 16, 18.
Halec accidentally hits Chazrael in the gut on the fifth attack
Should I roll damage? Would I have to add the +10 from Sharpshooter? That suggests careful aim at a target, a stray shot does not seem like it would add such "precision damage," it might arguably not even add Dexterity as that represents skill in aiming, possible just 1d6+1 for the weapon die itself?
Also, do the first 4 shots appear to have struck and injured the Weretiger with magical piercing damage?

Yes, roll damage, and Chazrael takes that damage Add full damage (not familiar with Sharpshooter) Yes, magic attacks will injure it (I use a rule where if you roll a natural 1 on any attack roll, you accidentally hurt a teammate, yourself, or another creature other than the target)
Yes, he is in hybrid form.
(All of us seem to be in separate time zones, so we should give the others some time. My players usually respond most when I'm asleep XD)
Ohh, that was a acrobatics check
Well, I guess now that he turned into a weretiger, there is no reason to assume that he is friendly. Roll initiative, ehh?
25
I guess i would hit it with my quarterstaff.
ATk roll 6 Damage 9
and then I would use my free action to stuff the tin foil hat on his head.

So far, here is the turn order:
Halec, Chazrael, Anthony, Ophiwalyn, Weretiger
I'll add in the others when they roll theirs
The weretiger, still angered at Anthony, moves back 15ft., and charges straight at him
Attack: 17 Damage: 9
If the hit succeeds, make a DC14 strength saving throw or be knocked prone
I dodge that sucka (AC 14) and, holding my warhammer with two hands, waiting for an opening to strike, Grinning broadly...

I laugh at Halec's shot... 9 :Charisma
Then I wait for chazrael to recover and attack the weretiger, my hands resting on my hammer.

Will Ki points work on it, or do I sit this one out? (by which i mean just use the dodge ability.) I have nothing to hurt it.

I'd say that would count, it is not immune to bludgeoning damage.
OK, I wait to bludgeon it's stupid brains out... If Halec hasn't killed it yet.
