Do you want me to wait on the others’ actions or go ahead and roll/post round 1 actions for Halec? Also, did the surprise round attacks appear to hit and hurt them?

You weren't able to surprise attack them (Thanks to Anthony), and I'd say everyone has taken their turn but the ogres.
Ogre 1 noticed Anthony when he stepped on the bone, so he goes up to the dwarf and (tries to) give(s) him a firm slap in the face with his club.
Attack: 25 Damage: 8
The second ogre notices Halec trying to surprise them and (attempts to) plant(s) his club into his chest.
Attack: 21 Damage: 11
(The reply and edit buttons are acting up, so that's why there was the second post)
OOC: OK, so Halec's shots happen now, instead? Should I re-roll or just note the prior figures, 1st: 12 to hit, 18 magical piercing damage, 2nd 11 to hit, 18 magical piercing damage, 3rd 24 to hit, 21 magical piercing damage. He does not incur disadvantage when enemies are engaged in melee due to crossbow master, so the rolls would be the same.
While going onward, your group comes across a circular room, There is a short pedestal in the center, on top is a capped glass bottle with cyan liquid. On either side of the pedestal are four giant gnolls. The gnolls immediately spot you and persue to attack.
(Initiative will stay in the same order as the last encounter)
Damage roll 1:
16
Damage roll 2:
20
Damage roll 3:
18
All Magical Piercing Damage focused on the leftmost Ogre until it drops, then the right most.
Initiative 22
is anyone but the ogres in a fifteen foot cone?
Ogre 1: 6
Ogre 2: 9
Here's the turn order:
Ophiwalyn, Chazrael, Halec, Anthony

(Everyone is within fifteen feet of you)

I cast scorching ray on one orge:
1st 18, 5
2nd 17, 8
3rd 8, 8
Chazrael is going to use his bonus action to Hunter's Mark one of the ogres.
He's going to use his Gloomstalker Dread Ambusher Attack (OOC: I didn't use this in the first combat because I forgot). It's only for the first round.
Attack: 19 Damage: 9
Hunter's Mark Damage: 5
Dread Ambusher Damage - 8
Regular Attacks
Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Hunter's Mark Damage: 6
Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Hunter's Mark Damage: 4
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Your attacks killed both the ogres, the bodies are covered in marks, cuts, and scorches.
I loot them
Ophiwalyn finds nothing of value on the ogres.

“Indeed,” Halec concurs. “Onward.”

The large gnoll to the far right attacks first, running towards Ophiwalyn to stab him with its spear
Attack: 20 Damage: 12
I wait my turn, grinning broadly, my shortswords drawn and at the ready.

What is this for? Reminder, you do not roll initiative.
(No response from Ophiwalyn on attack turn for 24 hours, so we'd have to skip him)
The third gnoll runs toward Chazrael maniacally, attempting to sink its teeth into his arm.
Attack: 10 Damage: 8
(If you don't respond for your turn within 24 hours, I'll have to skip you. Again, your initiative is the same as the encounter with the ogres)
