Halec winces, teeth clenched, as he is wracked with psychic pain. "Reading that was a bad idea. If you can't trust mysterious disembodied voices whispering cryptic edicts, who can you trust? Ouch."
After recovering himself for a moment, Halec says, “This document appears to be some sort of magical trap, it hurt my mind, literally, when I tried to read it. If none of us speak the language of dragons and we cannot guarantee it shares a common tongue with us, it might be best that we wait it out, rather than attempting to converse with it. I’d advise we just stay out of the dragon’s way.”
Halec hides and tries to wait out the dragon, taking a sip from his flask, "for warmth," he adds, offering it to any other part members. "Just a nip will make your cheeks rosy."
"I'm a bit less concerned about fame than survival, ours, as well as the people who reside in this region," Halec says to Nahu. "We will have ample fame, I would imagine, if we do restore the Ruby Snowflake and save the region from collapsing into a ravine. If we fail seeking other glories we not only lose our own lives, but the region loses, evidently, its best and only hope for survival. We have a lot riding on our shoulders. I don't want to hold back any adventurers looking to make a name for themselves, but I would encourage caution given the dire circumstances we face. I've tasted the sting of defeat firsthand. No one is invincible. A gang of thieves led by a wily magus had us dead to rights. I am hesitant to battle a living legend, like a dragon, unless it is absolutely necessary to achieve our goal."

I told you, you should have worn my tin foil hat to prevent brainwave interference.

" Master always said that you can't earn fame if you are dead. "
The air gets colder as you journey higher into the mountain, the storm comes to a complete stop, leaving only a light fall of snowflakes in the bitter air.
The road only had nothing but the usual snow-piles for half an hour of travel. Every so often, a wolf will appear, they will stare at you from the mountains cliffs or just run right by.
Eventually, your group reaches a man-made set of stairs leading up the cliff, built from stone bricks and cobblestone covered in a thin sheet of ice. Snow fills in the cracks of the frozen incline to make the symbol of the god, Bahamut; A dragon's head. Atop the stairs is a young woman with brown, curly hair going down to her neck, she wears a set of fine traveler's clothes made up of a long black-wooled skirt, a loose shirt the same color of the sky, and a well-fit iron breastplate. This woman is facing directly away from your party, and you cannot see what she looks like.
“Perhaps she is a local who can provide directions,” Halec says to his comrades. More loudly he calls to the woman, “Greetings, madame! We are seeking the museum. Could you tell us if we are traveling in the right direction, and how much further we might have to go?”
The woman immediately stops twirling her dagger, looks up, and turns towards your group, revealing her to have a very youthful face, not a single wrinkle or line appears. She calls out to your group in an English Accent "What was that ye said, directions ta what? Love, could you please come up here?"
Halec calls out louder, hands to the sides of his mouth, without approaching her yet, “Thr Museum! We are looking for the Mu-Se-Um,” he calls out the syllables one by one with a pause in between the second time.
The woman comes down the stairs to face your group, she puts her dagger away before speaking again "Ya said the museum? Malison History Museum?" She laughs with a snort "Why I'm sorry dear, the easiest way up would be on the backs of our dragons, but with them gone hostile, I'm afraid its impossible to get up there, unless we can cut a deal; I know of a secret way to get to the museum, but I'll show if ya can help me with a problem I have."
“Certainly, madame,” Halec says. “The Dragon we encountered did seem most distressed about something, I doubt it would willingly serve as a cooperative mount. If you do know of some alternate means to access the Malison Museum, we would be most grateful. How can we aid you in exchange for this assistance?”

While attempting to read the chant, Halec feels a sharp ping in his head. (Take 13 Psychic damage)

Harbek takes the flask and sips from it "thanks, i needed that" he says handing it back
"Or we could kill it, think of the fame we would earn. White dragons are brutes. We'd be doing the world a favor." Halec says as he grips his blade.

The wind calms even more as time passes, the sky clears to reveal itself as a cloudy blue. The dragon, somehow, is nowhere to be found.
"The dragon has passed, it seems," Halec says, a bit in awe at what he saw with his own eyes. "Let us move on."
Harbek stands up and starts heading towards the museum

Harbek stops
can he see what she is doing?
She's just standing there, twirling a dagger in her left hand.
