(You go into standard roll, roll 1d20 plus your attack modifier, then select yes for advantage, then roll your normal damage)
So, only the second guy is able to get through, and he starts running back to the bearded guy.
Step of the wind - Spend 1 Ki point - Doubles movement speed for turn using dash.
Taking first step against the guy in the front with no helmet I aim my fists towards his face and use unarmed strike as hard as I can (What rolls?)
(You can only do one or the other. Dashing and attacking both require an action, and you only have one to spend)
(Okay then can I attack teh guy whos just tried coming in whilst derk attacks the helmetless guy?)

This is a surprise round, so if you choose to initiate combat (which i don't recommend), you can cast it again next round.
Eglig, you slam a mighty fist right into the man's chest, denting his half plate armor.
Durk, you deliver a quick stab into the bearded guy, right through the arm.
